Abstract

According to a report from the World Health Organization, maternal deaths generally occur due to complications during and after pregnancy and childbirth. Globally 80% of maternal deaths are classified as direct deaths. The pattern of direct cause was the same everywhere, namely bleeding (25%). It is said that every woman dies every minute during childbirth, where 24% is caused by heavy bleeding. 40% of deaths due to postpartum hemorrhage occur in the first 24 hours and 66% occur during the first week. The aim is to determine the relationship between the characteristics of mothers in labor and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage at the Afisya Clinic. This type of research is Analytical Survey with a cross-sectional design. Population 118 and sample 118, Data processing: editing, coding, tabulating, and data entry. The results of the study showed that the majority of primary postpartum hemorrhage was 78 people and a minority of secondary postpartum hemorrhage was 40 people. The age majority is at risk of 79 people and the minority is not at risk of 39 people. The parity majority is at risk of 74 people and the parity minority is not at risk of 44 people. The majority of birth spacing has a risk of 79 people and the minority delivery spacing is not at risk of 39 people. From the results of statistical tests, the Oods Ratio (OR) = 0.321% CI = 0.126-0.817 and the value is 0.0250.005, which means that there is no relationship between education and postpartum hemorrhage. From the statistical test results, the Oods Ratio (OR) value = 0.308% CI = 0.126-0.754 and P Value 0.014 which means there is a relationship between postpartum hemorrhage parity.

Abstract

Coverage of exclusive breast milk (ASI) in the working area of the Saribudolok health center is still low, as a result of early complementary feeding (MP ASI) under the age of 6 months. Giving solid foods in this period before the baby's digestive system is ready to accept them, then these foods cannot be digested properly and can cause indigestion, gas, and constipation. Early complementary breastfeeding is closely related to the decisions made by a mother. Data on Indonesia's health profile in 2004 shows that exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low, namely 41.7%. This research is an analytic descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months in the working area of the Saribudolok Health Center who were selected by simple random sampling by taking a sample of 30 respondents. The results showed a bivariate analysis of 30 respondents who had babies aged 0-6 months, which influenced mothers in providing complementary food for breastfeeding, namely education and family support, namely p-value 0.000x 0.5, while that did not affect age, occupation, socio-economic. So that everyone around the mother can provide support to the mother to improve the mother's perception regarding her milk production.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the revealed word of Allah SWT, which is regarded as a miracle. It was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Qur'an is a book that is believed to be true, and its recital is considered an act of worship. Al-Murotal is a recitation of the verses of the Qur'an, the purpose of which is to preserve the Qur'an by recording the reading of the Qur'an. It is a well-established fact that there are specific laws of reading (tajweed) that must be adhered to when reciting the Qur'an. Accordingly, the objective of utilizing recording media is to reinforce the preservation of the Qur'an. The recitation of the Qur'an has been demonstrated to have a beneficial effect on a range of ailments, including those affecting the heart and the body, as well as those pertaining to the afterlife. Furthermore, the Qur'an serves as a remedy for a multitude of human afflictions, acting as both a medicine and an antidote to ailments of the mind and body. Listening to Murotal Qur'an has been demonstrated to have a significant impact on a range of ailments, largely due to the influence of perfect harmony in the repetition of words and letters, the impact of balanced rhythm on the verses of the Qur'an, the impact of information on each verse, and the beautiful harmonization. The pregnant women at the Syahruddin Clinic who are suffering from high blood pressure are unaware that there are alternative treatments available to them besides medication. They are not informed that listening to Murotal Al-Qur'an can help to reduce their high blood pressure. This information has been obtained from interviews with pregnant women who are afraid of taking drugs to reduce their high blood pressure during pregnancy.
