Abstract

Nutritional status is an expression of a state of balance in the form of certain variables, or the manifestation of nutrition in the form of certain variables. In Indonesia, the LBW threshold with the risk of SEZ is estimated to give birth to LBW babies. If the baby is born with low birth weight (LBW) will have a risk of death, malnutrition, growth disorders, and child development disorders. To prevent the risk of CED in pregnant women before pregnancy, women of childbearing age must have good nutrition. This study aims to determine the nutritional status of pregnant women in the working area of the Malintang Public Health Center, Bukit Malintang District, Mandailing Natal Regency . This research is descriptive, as many as 35 respondents. From the results of the study, it was found that the nutritional status of pregnant women based on normal weight gain was 30 respondents (85.71%) and less weight gain was 5 respondents (14.28%), based on LBW the majority of normal LBW were 30 respondents (85.71). %) and LBW less than 23.5 cm as many as 5 respondents (14.28%), and based on the adequacy of adequate nutritional intake as many as 30 respondents (85.71%) and the adequacy of insufficient nutritional intake as many as 5 respondents (14.28%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the nutritional status of pregnant women in the Malintang Health Center Work Area is to further improve the health service program for pregnant women.

Abstract

Nutritional status is Anemia is a condition in which the number and size of red blood cells are below the normal limit value. Anemia is still a health problem in Indonesia. Anemia is a public health problem that affects low, middle and high income countries and has an adverse impact on health, social and economic development. this research aims to determine nutritional status in Rumbio Village. This research is a cross-sectional descriptive in nature, using primary data obtained from questionnaires and then distributed to pregnant women. The sample used in this study was a total sampling technique, which was obtained from the entire population, namely 20 respondents. From the results of the research conducted, it showed that the respondents' knowledge about the nutritional status of pregnant women regarding the incidence of anemia was based on the age of the majority 20-35 years of 10 respondents (50%), based on the majority of middle education as many as 17 respondents (85%), based on the occupation of the majority of farmers as 9 respondents (45%), based on BMI the majority had normal nutritional status as many as 17 respondents (85%) and based on LILA the majority also had normal status as many as 16 respondents (80%), based on HB the majority were normal as many as 17 respondents (85%) had less knowledge in the age group of 20-35 years there were 13 respondents (65%). Based on the results of the study on the Overview of Nutritional Status of Pregnant Women Against Anemia Incidence, the majority of anemia occurs in pregnant women with poor nutritional status, both based on BMI and LILA, each of 1 person (100%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine factors that cause stunting in toddlers based on a lack of caregivers well, health services are still limited including ANC services, lack of coverage nutritious food, lack of clean water and sanitation coverage, economic status, LBW. Type study This characteristic descriptive with technique total sampling with amount 30 respondent. Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin pesat, pendidikan menghadapi tantangan untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dan nilai-nilai budaya dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) muncul sebagai solusi inovatif yang mengaitkan materi pembelajaran dengan kehidupan nyata, pengalaman, dan budaya siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan CRT dalam pembelajaran materi Getaran dan Gelombang untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII. Melibatkan 32 peserta didik yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 82% siswa mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) setelah penerapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas yang mengaitkan materi dengan konteks budaya lokal. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam minat belajar siswa, dari skor rata-rata 83 (pretest) menjadi 91 (posttest), yang diukur menggunakan angket berdasarkan model ARCS (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai budaya dalam proses pembelajaran tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman konsep ilmiah, tetapi juga membangun rasa percaya diri dan keterlibatan siswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar guru lebih kreatif dalam merancang pembelajaran yang tidak hanya fokus pada capaian kognitif, tetapi juga pada pengembangan aspek afektif siswa, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan bermakna.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Mual dan muntah merupakan keluhan umum yang terjadi pada kehamilan muda. Dampak mual muntah pada ibu hamil yaitu kelelahan, dehidrasi, dan penurunan berat badan serta dampak mual muntah pada janin yaitu keguguran, premature, berat bayi lahir rendah, dan malformasi janin. Mengatasi mual dan muntah selama kehamilan dapat dilakukan dengan farmakologis dan nonfarmakologis. Tindakan non farmakologi yang biasa disarankan oleh tenaga kesehatan seperti menganjurkan ibu hamil untuk mengkonsumsi jahe dalam bentuk teh jahe, teknik relaksasi, dan aromaterapi. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui Efektifitas pemberian minuman teh jahe terhadap mual muntah pada ibu hamil trimester I. Metode penelitian : Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pretest dan posttest, total populasi 20 dengan teknik total sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan lembar observasi sebelum dan sesudah pemberian minuman teh jahe terhadap mual muntah ibu hamil trimester I. Hasil penelitian : Berdasarkan output spss “Test Statistics”, diketahui Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) pada pretest dan post test pemberian teh bubuk jahe bernilai 0,001. Karena nilai 0,001 lebih kecil dari < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hipotesis diterima, Artinya ada pengaruh pemberian minuman teh bubuk jahe terhadap mual muntah pada ibu hamil trimester I. Kesimpulan : Setelah dilakukan observasi posttest setelah dilakukan pemberian minuman teh bubuk jahe yang dikonsumsi 2 kali sehari selama 14 hari, responden merasakan penurunan mual muntah yang dialami berkurang. Sehingga analisis dan penatalaksanaan sesuai dengan teori didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengurangan rasa mual dan muntah pada ibu hamil trimester I setelah dilakukan pemberian minuman teh bubuk jahe.

Abstract

Perawatan tali pusat bertujuan agar tali pusat terhindar dari kotoran. Hal ini dilakukan agar bayi tidak terkena infeksi. Spora kuman Clostridium tetani masuk ke dalam tubuh bayi melalui pintu masuk satu-satunya yaitu tali pusat, yang dapat terjadi pada saat pemotongan tali pusat ketika bayi lahir maupun pada saat perawatannya sebelum puput. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu post partum tentang perawatan tali pusat pada bayi baru lahir berdasarkan umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, sumber informasi, paritas. Penyebab infeksi tali pusat adalah bakteri seperti stapilokokus, streptokokus atau bakteri lainnya. Bila infeksi tidak segera diobati, ketika tanda-tanda infeksi ditemukan, akan terjadi penyebaran didaerah sekitar tali pusat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, lokasi penelitian di klinik bidan atikah sipolu-polu dengan populasi seluruh ibu post partum. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling yaitu seluruh ibu post partum sebanyak 47 responden, pengambilan data dengan sekunder dan primer. Pengolahan data menggunakan editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. Hasil penelitian dari 47 responden mayoritas berpengetahuan cukup sebanyak 38 responden (80,9%). Berdasarkan umur mayoritas berpengetahuan cukup pada kelompok umur 21-25 tahun sebanyak 18 responden (81,8%). Berdasarkan pendidikan mayoritas berpengetahuan cukup di kategori pendidikan SMA sebanyak 22 responden (95,6%). Berdasarkan pekerjaan mayoritas berpengetahuan cukup dengan pekerjaan wiraswasta 14 responden (87,5%). Berdasarkan sumber informasi mayoritas berpengetahuan cukup sebanyak 15 responden (93,7%) mendapatkan informasi dari tenaga kesehatan. Berdasarkan paritas, mayoritas berpengetahuan cukup sebanyak 16 responden (94,1%) pada ibu primipara. Bagi Responden supaya lebih giat mencari informasi dari sumber mana pun tentang perawatan tali pusat pada bayi baru lahir yang baik dan benar, agar dapat terhindar dari infeksi tetanus neonatorum.
