Adaptive response Positive results will be obtained if the individual can accept and manage anxiety. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of lavender and rose aroma therapy on the level of anxiety in mothers in dealing with cesarean delivery at the hospital. Surya Medika. Method : The research design used in this study was Quasy Experimental with a pre-post test design. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. Samples were taken as many as 40 respondents. Divided into 2 groups of 20 respondents in the intervention by giving lavender aroma therapy and 20 respondents in the intervention by giving rose aroma therapy. The independent variables were lavender and rose scented terpai. The dependent variable is the expenditure of t. Data collection on the level of maternal anxiety. SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Lavender Aroma Therapy, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Rose Aroma Therapy and questionnaire sheet. Wilcoxon test results obtained p value = 0.000 for lavender and rose aroma therapy where <0.05 which means that there is an effect on breast milk production. Result & Analysis : The results of the Mann Whitney U Test statistical test showed an insignificant value of p = 0.426 where > 0.05 which means H1 was rejected, so there was no significant difference between giving lavender aroma therapy and rose aroma therapy to anxiety levels. Discussion : Giving lavender aroma therapy and giving rose aroma therapy can be used to reduce SC anxiety levels. Lavender aroma therapy was more effective on the mother's golden level in dealing with cesarean delivery, compared to rose aroma therapy

Abstract

Introduction. The pandemic conditions mean that the implementation of Antenatal care (ANC) requires time management, ANC is carried out with limited visits and is carried out more through online telecommunication and studying MCH books. ANC examinations during the pandemic must still be carried out by implementing health protocols. Factors related to ANC visits include family support, support from health workers and knowledge. Pregnancy examinations are carried out according to the 10T examination service standard of care. This research was to determine the analysis of factors related to ANC visits during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Melong Asih Health Center working area, Cimahi City. Methods. This research uses a cross sectional approach . The sampling technique in research is a Non Probability Sampling technique in the form of Accidental Sampling as many as 88 respondents. Data were collected using a family support questionnaire , the role of health workers, knowledge and observation of maternal and child health (KIA) books . Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square test. Results and Analysis. Statistical test results were obtained from 3 ANC visit factors There is only 1 factor that has a relationship, namely between family support and ANC visits with a value of p = 0.036 < α = 0.05. Discussions. The results of this research can be used as evaluation or policy material by the community health center to update data on pregnant women in the working area of the Melong Asih Community Health Center, Cimahi City.

Abstract

Introduction. The prevalence of depression cases in the world is around 17% of all mental disorders in society. This figure is the largest compared to other mental disorders. This condition will increase under certain conditions, for example in patients with certain medical conditions who experience chronic illnesses such as stroke, diabetes, cancer and chronic kidney failure. Patients with chronic kidney failure who are required to undergo hemodialysis will increase the risk of depression, this is caused by stressors that arise such as dependence on hemodialysis machines for life, changes in lifestyle patterns related to long periods of undergoing hemodialysis, restrictions on food and drink patterns and adaptation to disease condition. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the length of time undergoing hemodialysis and the level of depression in chronic kidney failure patients in the SHBC hemodialysis room. Method. This research is a quantitative correlation research with a cross sectional approach or also called a point time approach . The sampling technique used in this research was Accidental Sampling of 92 respondents using the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) questionnaire. Result & Analysis. Based on the results of statistical tests, the p-value = 0.038 (p <0.05). Discussion. In this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the length of time undergoing hemodialysis and the level of depression in chronic kidney failure patients in the SHBC hemodialysis room in 2022. Patients with chronic kidney failure have many stressors that arise while undergoing hemodialysis, for this reason families and nurses can provide motivation to patients with chronic kidney failure so that they can reduce the level of depression.

Abstract

Introduction. Respiratory disorders, which range from 1 to 100 μm, are a significant concern in the textile industry. Typical symptoms of cotton dust exposure include chronic cough with or without phlegm, painful breathing, wheezing, nasal congestion, and chest pain. While most research has focused on natural cotton fibers, there is a growing need to investigate the health risks associated with synthetic cotton dust, such as that derived from petroleum-based resources such as polyester. Method. This research employed a cross-sectional design, with 76 respondents. Result & Analysis. The results showed that 21.1% of the workers experienced respiratory symptoms, and 43.4% of the workers were exposed to high levels of synthetic cotton dust. Chi-square test analysis indicated a significant relationship between synthetic cotton dust exposure and respiratory symptoms (p < 0.001; OR 15.1 [3.17 – 73.21]). Discussion. Workers with high synthetic cotton dust exposure had a 15.1 times greater risk of experiencing respiratory symptoms than those with low synthetic cotton dust exposure.
