International Journal Administration Business and Organization (IJABO) is an international peer-reviewed scientific journal with open access, publishing high quality conceptual and measure development articles in the areas of management, business administration, and related disciplines. First published in 2020 for an online version and receive original research articles and any review papers. The rapidly evolving technology and information have driven society into the digital sphere. This phenomenon has been leveraged by businesses to capture consumer attention, particularly among students, utilizing the social media platform Instagram's feed displaying food and beverage products to boost purchasing interest in the business realm. Based on this premise, this study aims to investigate the extent to which Instagram feeds showcasing food and beverage products influence students' purchasing interest in the Bandung Raya region, Indonesia. The research methodology employed is quantitative descriptive, involving data collection through questionnaire surveys. A total of 126 respondents, who are students in the Bandung Raya area, participated in this study, with data analysis conducted using mean tests and regression analysis. The findings of this research illustrate that the portrayal of food and beverage products on Instagram significantly impacts students' purchasing interest.

This study aims to analyze impact of modern retail implementation through the Alfagift application on consumer satisfaction in the Bandung Raya region. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, the study involved 103 respondents who had made purchases through Alfagift. The results of simple regression analysis indicate that 74.6% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by the implementation of modern retail through Alfagift. Hypothesis testing confirms a significant influence between modern retail, the Alfagift application, and consumer satisfaction. This study offers a comprehensive insight into the correlation between modern retail and consumer satisfaction, with Alfagift as a case study. Although 25.4% of other influences remain unexplained, these findings lay the groundwork for further exploration of additional factors affecting consumer satisfaction in the context of modern retail through Alfagift.

This study aims to outline the indications of the influence of artificial intelligence technology on Shopee's chatbot service on customer satisfaction. Involving 111 respondents scattered across the Greater Bandung region, the research focuses on those who have used or frequently used Shopee's chatbot service (Choki). The analytical methods employed include a descriptive approach, utilizing correlation and multiple regression as tools. The research findings indicate that artificial intelligence technology in Shopee's chatbot service has a significant influence of 48.2%, while the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media on online scams in influencing the consumption behavior of students in Greater Bandung. This study used 114 respondents as its sample using quantitative descriptive methods. The data analysis used is descriptive variable test, correlation test and regression test. The data from this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms on social media and offline by face-to-face. This study shows that social media is able to influence online scams by 27.3%, then social media and online scams become two factors that can influence consumer behavior, each level of influence is 45.8% and 45.3%.

This research was conducted with the aim of assessing the impact of courage and risk management skills on the success of e-commerce businesses among students at Bandung State Polytechnic. The research method employed was a quantitative descriptive approach, with data collected through the online distribution of questionnaires using the Google Form application to 100 respondents who are students at Bandung State Polytechnic. The gathered data was then analyzed using descriptive and multiple regression analyses conducted with SPSS software. The findings of this study indicate that both courage and risk management skills have an impact on the success of e-commerce businesses, with the risk management variable showing dominance as the most influential factor.

The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of the call to action marketing strategy in TikTok and Instagram content is on customer purchasing decision among Politeknik Negeri Bandung students. A total of 101 respondents, consisting of Politkeknik Negeri Bandung students with various study programs. Data processing in this research utilize descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and simple linear regression. This research results stated that the call to action marketing strategy in TikTok and Instagram content had a low influence on customer purchasing decision, which had 25,2%, while the remaining 74,8% was influences by other variables beyond the ones investigated.

This study investigates the mental wellbeing of children in primary school in Afghanistan during periods of political instability, specifically focusing on the Taliban's takeover of power in 2021. The study addresses the complex obstacles encountered by children, such as gender-based limitations on education, financial difficulties resulting in child labor, restrictions on personal independence, and changes in educational objectives, through the use of qualitative interviews conducted with teachers and students from different regions. The findings indicate significant impacts on the mental well-being of students, characterized by gender inequalities, financial difficulties, and limited liberties. Teachers also face obstacles such as evolving rules and financial hardships, which can impact their mental health. The evaluation also emphasizes the lack of supportive programs and healthcare services in Afghan schools. This research offers valuable perspectives on the experiences of students and instructors, which can help address the mental health crisis affecting primary school children in Afghanistan.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of debt policy, profitability, and managerial ownership on company value mediated by dividend policy. Data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange without financial sector companies during the period 2019-2021. The population for this type of company was 264, with a purposively determined sample of 35 companies obtained over three years of observation. The results of this study show that debt policy is not able to have a positive and significant influence on company value, but profitability is able to have a positive and significant influence on company value, In addition, managerial ownership is able to have a positive and significant influence on company value, The results of this study show that dividend policy cannot mediate positively and significantly the effect of policy Debt to company value, also cannot mediate positively and significantly the effect of profitability on company value, and cannot mediate positively and significantly the effect of managerial ownership on company value

This study aims to examine the direct effect of visual of Instagram content and purchase intention, examine the influece between product information availability and purchased intention, and examine the influence of Instagram visual content to customers purchased intention through product information availability. This research used quantitative approach with causality analysis. By using two types and sources of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection method is carried out directly on people who have used Instagram for shopping. The sample in this study was taken from a population that is considered representative which is 156 respondents. Statistical analysis used to test the mediating effect of product information availability in the relationship between Instagram visual content and purchase intention uses PROCESS MACRO Mediation by Hayes analysis. The result shows that visual of Instagram content indirectly and significantly influence purchase intentions through product information availability, and there is partial mediation in the relationship between visual of Instagram content and purchase intention through product information availability.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the bureaucratic ethics of the Constitutional Court related to the objectives and constitutional values in the decisions of the Constitutional Court judges, as well as the role of bureaucratic reform based on Presidential Regulation Number 81 of 2010. The method used is a literature study. This method involves analyzing secondary data from Constitutional Court decisions, laws and regulations, and other scientific literature focusing on the research topic. The results showed that ethical violations by Constitutional Court judges are a serious challenge to the integrity of the Constitutional Court institution. After the amendment of the 1945 Constitution after the reform, the Constitutional Court became the highest judicial institution against corruption, collusion, and nepotism. Despite four amendments, legal irregularities in the Constitutional Court still occur, indicating that post-reform law enforcement has not been optimal. The main challenge is the inability of the bureaucracy to serve the public interest. The importance of bureaucratic reform is illustrated by the need to improve the integrity of the Constitutional Court, rebuild public trust, and ensure that this institution continues to function as a justice enforcer that serves the public interest.
