Abstract

Food and drink are basic needs for humans to meet the body's intake needs, both for growth and for energy in daily activities. Allah SWT. ordered people to look for food and drink that is lawful and good (Qs. al-Baqarah / 2: 168, 172) This has been regulated since the revelation of the Islamic treatise. In Islamic law, it is strictly prohibited and even forbidden to consume drinks containing alcohol, such as khamr and the like. However, there are still many cultural phenomena in certain Muslim societies where people consume alcoholic beverages, or khamr, and do not pay attention to the effects of consuming alcohol. This research focuses on issues related to the need for a new interpretation that is more contextual by using the object of the al-Tabari interpretation book as the main reference. Because the book of al-Tabari, contains a wealth of sources and previous history, especially in terms of the meaning of words and the use of Arabic. In this essay, the author uses a type of library research (library research) using a descriptive-analytical method. The results of the research show that Allah SWT. really loves and cares for each of his servants so they don't fall into immoral behavior, such as khamr and the like. Because khamr is very dangerous for the health of the human body, and can cause a loss of awareness of reason and intellectual abilities.

In the Qur'an, there are several terms that lead to the notion of writing, such as Kataba, Khat, and Satara. Etymologically, these three terms have different aims and purposes. As for the method used in this study, because this type of research is qualitative research, the data used is sourced from the literature, namely all data and materials used are data or library materials that are appropriate to the issues raised. Library materials used as research objects are books, journals, magazines, or other writings related to 'writing' in the Qur'an. In this study, there are two data sources used by researchers, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Thus, the results of this study are that there are three concepts of writing in the Qur'an as a way of life for Muslims, namely Kataba, Khat, and Satara. From the results of observations, it is known that these three concepts are mentioned directly in the Qur'an, and that is what distinguishes them from other writing concepts, and these three writing concepts can be used as a solution to increase the literacy interest of the Indonesian people.

Abstract

In studying the Qur'an, two things absolutely must be considered, namely al-tsubut (source truth) and al-dalalah (meaning content). In the case of al-subutal-Qur'an, there is no difference of opinion among Muslims regarding the truth of the source (qath'itsubut) originating from Allah because it reaches the mutawatir of Muslims to ensure. All the verses of the Qur'an that Allah sent down through Jibril to the Prophet Muhammad. which are compiled in the Mushaf and read by Muslims around the world, which are agreed upon by Muslims, are no different and have changed since the beginning of their descent until now and in the future. Meanwhile, from a dalalah or editorial point of view, the contents of the Qur'anic verses related to law can be divided into qath'i and zanni verses. An in-depth study of al-Qur'an poetry shows that the existence of qathi'i and zanni poems is a characteristic of the al-Qur'an in explaining law (ahkam). This journal will discuss the Qath'i and zanni debates from the perspective of the Quran. The method used in the study of this paper is a literature review. Taking the main reference from the Quran, as well as the interpretation of the scholars. Hopefully this study will be useful to add to the body of knowledge, especially in the field of Quranic studies.

Abstract

This study discussed the pros and cons of two-to-one inheritance using the principle of fair interpretation. The method used in this research was qualitative with library research, including finding sources from written materials with a historical approach. The discussion results included the sources of the argument for inheritance in the Qur'an, the distribution of inheritance one to two (1: 2) between men and women according to contemporary scholars and scholars, and the concept of justice put forward by the scholars. This study concluded that the reason for the pros and cons was the existence of different paradigms in interpreting the term justice. Classical scholars agree that inheritance verses are qath'i verses whose distribution cannot be contested so that the distribution of inheritance two to one is considered fair based on the responsibilities borne by a man. Meanwhile, feminist commentators consider the inheritance verse a sociological verse where the division of inheritance cannot ignore the current social context. The distribution of inheritance could change by the context of the circumstances and the benefits of the inheritance itself.
