The classification of the quality of palm oil in PT Tasma Puja is still done by laboratory testing and then the data is saved manually in Excel. The method of grouping takes time and allows data to be lost. With the development of knowledge, it can be replaced by a data mining approach that can be used to classify the quality of palm oil based on its standards. The k-Means clustering method can be applied to classify the quality of palm oil based on water, dirt and free fatty acids. The data used is the quality data of palm oil in December 2017 as many as 31 data with criteria of good, very good and not good. The test results contained 3 clusters, namely cluster 0 for good categories amounted to 12 data, cluster 1 for very good category amounted to 13 data and cluster 2 for less good categories amounted to 6 data. The k-Means clustering method can be used for data processing using the concept of data mining in grouping data according to criteria.

Farmers sell corn kernels in the company of PT Charoen Pokphan Indonesia Tbk Medan, corn kernels are used to mix feed ingredients to meet the protein values and nutrition of these feeds to be of high quality. The company PT Charoen Pokphan Indonesia Tbk Medan buys corn kernels to farmers by specifying the best quality corn kernels, so they know the total price of corn kernels is in accordance with the quality needed. This research determines the criteria of the best quality types of corn kernels and how to apply the Multi Attribute Utility Theory to decision support systems to determine the quality of corn kernels, to be able to help the company PT Charoen Pokphan Indonesia Tbk Medan in determining the quality of corn kernels. Based on the criteria set out in the company PT Charoen Pokphan Indonesia Tbk Medan to obtain the best quality corn kernels using grade 1 to grade 4 and ranking. The results of testing these methods are produced a decision on an alternative with a total value of 86.7%. So this method is needed to evaluate the determination of the best quality corn kernels to produce the best decisions

Vocational High School Student Competency Competition (Vocational School LKS) is a series of activities conducted by the Education Office. This activity is carried out as one of the means and ways to measure the success of the education process in Vocational Schools. LKS is held as a vehicle for competition in promoting students' abilities to the business world and industry. For the determination of the winning contestants correctly and precisely requires a good decision system. The method that used in this study is TOPSIS on report card grades in 2018. The results of this study are participants who qualify with a value of V = 0.7978. Participants who qualify for this place rank first in the match with 80% conformity to the participants sent in the match. So that this method is a recommendation to dismiss the process of determining the next LKS contest participant.

This research and development is motivated by the problem of registering new students conducted manually so that, it is less effective and there are also many students who come from areas outside the city of Padang. This study aims to determine the Practicality of Designing and Making Information Systems for New Student Admissions Based on Mobile Web of SMK Negeri 7 Padang. This research uses a 4D Research & Development method. The subjects of the study amounted to 21 people, with the design and development steps as follows. (1) Define, in the define step an analysis of the requirements of the system will be carried out (2) Design, in this step a design will be made for the system to be created ( 3) Develop, in this step an assessment phase of the system will be made and (4) Disseminate, at this stage the product distribution has been made. Practicality testing is carried out on the Information System for New Student Admissions Based on the Valid Mobile of SMK Negeri 7 Padang. The overall practicality assessment results of the practical assessment of the New Student Admissions Information System Based on SMK Negeri 7 Padang Mobile Web is 86.26%, so the practical level can be interpreted to be very practical to use. In conclusion, based on the assessment along with expert input as well as the results of the field trial of the New Student Admissions Information System Based on Mobile Web as an information system that has been tested for its feasibility, excellence, and can be used in the admission process of SMK Negeri 7 Padang

This study aims to determine the level of Validity, Practicality and Effectiveness of Client Server-based Mobile Learning media in SMK Negeri 9 Padang. Because there are still limited learning resources and learning media in the form of interactive multimedia with mobile learning packaging at Padang Vocational High School 9. The study uses a development model (Four-D model). The development steps are (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development, and (4) Disseminate. The trial instrument was conducted on 31 students at Padang N 9 Vocational School. The sample in this study was 31 students. The results showed that the level of validity obtained was 82.17% with valid interpretations, the practicality level was 82.29%, which meant that it was practically used and for the effectiveness test level of 90.03, which meant that it was very effective to use the Learning Media Client Server Based Learning Media. Based on the research conducted at the Vocational High School (SMKN 2Padang) in Class X of Computer and Network Engineering in the odd semester, the average value of the validity test of the 3 validators was obtained for mobile web-based mobile learning media by 91.04%, so that the validity level can be interpreted very valid is used, and the average practicality assessment of mobile web-based mobile learning media is 87.67%, so the practical level can be interpreted very practically in use, and the average assessment of effectiveness test for mobile web-based mobile learning media is 88 , 57%, so that the level of effectiveness can be interpreted to be very effective to use. So, it can be concluded that the Mobile Web Based Mobile Learning Media for Computer and Basic Network subjects in class X Computer and Network Engineering of SMK Negeri 2 Padang is worthy of being used for the learning process.

Appendicicitis is found throughout the world and can affect everyone, both men and women. If inflammation of appendicitis cannot be recognized or treated, appendicitis can rupture, make an inflamed sac outside the intestine and cause pus. As a result, objects from the appendix enter the abdominal cavity, causing serious inflammation. To find out appendicitis they must visit a doctor. With this condition a system is designed that is able to provide solutions to patients or users who experience these conditions. It is built an expert system involving doctors who are experts in their field as experts and adapt information through experts and applied to a system. using the backward chaining method in reading the data when the user or patient is consulting. It is based on a website and can be used on various smartphones, the results of this system can also be used in hardcopy

The development of the Internet led to a flood of digital information. Various information can be obtained easily just by clicking or pressing 'enter'. Dissemination of information in the form of digital documents has experienced unprecedented growth. One of the web intended for the general public in the province of Central Java, web named 'Lapor Gub!'. This site was made with the intention to accommodate the aspirations, concerns, or complaints against public services and also dissatisfaction with the performance of local government and the provincial government of Central Java. An increasing number of documents in text format significantly recently made the process of grouping documents (document classification) becomes important. By using the method of text classification, then the document is an overwhelming number of these are organized in such a way so as to facilitate and accelerate the search needed information. Experiments in this study aimed to classify the Indonesian language text documents using Neural Network algorithm. The test is done by using a sample of text documents taken from a web-based electronic mass media entitled 'Lapor Gub!'. The experimental results show that the neural network method effectively used to classify texts public complaints. It is seen from the experimental results, namely the use of Neural Network algorithm on the classification process produces high accuracy in the amount of 43.00% with a period of 03 hours 45 minutes 14 seconds of the Indonesian language text documents classify text public complaints
