Abstract

Traffic jams are a common sight that can be seen in almost all major cities in Indonesia. One of them is in Rangkasbitung City, Lebak Regency. This happens because the number of vehicles continues to increase. The traffic light control system implemented in Indonesia is a static preset time because the time of each phase is predetermined. This type of control system is still not effective in overcoming traffic congestion, especially at certain peak traffic jams. By using the Mamdani fuzzy logic system, it is possible to implement the human mindset into a system. Some rules can be set out in the fuzzy logic controller. The purpose of this study is to design a traffic light control system using fuzzy inference that regulates traffic based on its density. The data used are observations made at the research site. The conclusion of this study is to explain that the fuzzy mamdani method can solve existing problems in traffic congestion in Rangkasbitung City, Lebak Regency, Banten Province

Abstract

Paresthesia is a condition where the sensation on the skin is abnormal, such as tingling, itching or numbness, for no apparent reason. This condition can occur only temporarily or for a long time (chronic). Bucharestesia can be temporary (temporary) or chronic. Almost everyone has experienced temporary paresthesia. This sensation occurs when nerves are accidentally compressed in certain body positions, such as sitting cross-legged for too long or sleeping with your head on your hands. Temporary paraesthesia will go away on its own when the pressure on the nerves is relieved. However, if the tingling feeling persists even though the pressure has been relieved, then there may be another disease or disorder in the body that is the cause. Chronic paresthesia is often a symptom of a neurological disease or caused by trauma to the nerve tissue. A variety of diseases can cause chronic paresthesia including vitamin deficiency, neurological disorders due to repetitive movements or other diseases. Chronic paraesthesia requires medication and management to heal. However, sometimes chronic paresthesia cannot completely heal even after undergoing treatment even though an expert system is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques to solve problems that usually only one person can solve. Expert systems also help their activities as highly experienced assistants. Expert systems can also provide analysis of problems and can also recommend to users some actions to make improvements.

Abstract

Covid19 is a deadly virus that has been destroyed by the people of the world to be destroyed. Many countries are competing to close their countries from migrants who turn to spread the virus. All shops, whether restaurants or staple food vendors, stop selling. The seller is afraid of the transmission of the virus caused by touch or distance between humans that are too close. Spread through banknotes was allegedly the highest factor in disease transmission. Therefore we developed a payment method into the application without involving banknotes. The seller is still safe selling food everywhere, because payments can be made digitally in the vege application. Thus the community will remain calm while it is working on independent isolation at home during the pandemic. Applications that are designed using Android are expected to be able to reach most people who have an Android phone from other phones. The vege application is a vegetarian food sales application that is low capacity and can be installed by most versions of Android even though old school phones are all. Buyers do not need to come to a restaurant or place to buy food to buy food. Buyers only need to order and pay through the application for vegetarian food purchases. In this way it is expected to reduce the spread of covid 19 virus through banknotes.

Abstract

Technology Augmented Reality is one of the digital industries related to the industrial revolution 4.0. Augmented Reality allows the expansion of the perspective of an object by utilizing digital projections of the object. This technology utilizes sensory such as visual, auditory, haptic, somatosensory, and olfactory to support the delivery of information to users. One of the very potential fields in implementing Augmented Reality is the world of education. Augmented Reality allows students to get a more learning experience interactive and varied, so as to be able to encourage interest and curiosity in learning. In this study, Augmented Reality is used as a medium for learning the introduction of computer hardware to users (students) by utilizing the smartphone and hardware basics of a computer. Users will be presented with an expansion of information in both 3D visuals, audio and video to the device. The results of Augmented Reality are expected to be a supporting media in helping the teaching and learning process in the midst of preparation for facing the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

IGraciass is an integrated academic and non-academic management information system from the Telkom Education Foundation (YPT). Based on the vision and mission, the strategy and tagline of the Telkom Education Foundation is "The Leader of ICT Education Provider" and the spirit of digital transformation for Indonesia, I-Graciass must be adopted and implemented in all higher education institutions (lemdikti) under the auspices. The YPT. However, the facts on the ground the adoption and implementation process of I[1]Graciass in each of these higher education institutions are not easy matters. Many features, ease of use of technology and the system interface needed to access the system are important factors in the success of the system. For this reason, this research was conducted with the aim of facilitating the adoption process of IGraciass in all higher education institutions of the Telkom Education Foundation (YPT) according to the respective needs of the educational institutions under the auspices of YPT. This research was carried out using the mixing method both qualitatively and quantitatively, then the researcher also developed a qualitative research instrument to conduct a survey of the users to determine which channels were effective in the process of transferring knowledge. The results show that to minimize the risk of failure in adopting a knowledge management system, companies need to select a system based on the functional, non-functional and transition requirements for the system, as well as the strength and capacity of the organization.

Abstract

Learning in the form of practical applications is a form of real learning activities where students will receive teaching materials at the same time be able to directly prove it through direct practice at school. The long-term objective of the research is that students will be exposed to data interpretation in which they are asked to apply their theoretical knowledge to numbers and use their reasoning skills to make inferences based on the logic and trends of the given data set and can also contribute to the development of education in Indonesia. especially in the city of Gorontalo. Learning in the form of practical applications can be an intermediary for teachers and elementary school students to be able to develop students 'and teachers' way of thinking so as to produce professional teachers and genius students. Currently, the learning conditions are not optimal in achieving the learning objectives, therefore it is necessary to conduct research on learning in the form of practical applications with this research to answer the causes of the less than optimal implementation of the effective learning process in Gorontalo City and efforts to increase teacher professionalism can be realized. This research uses qualitative research. The type of research is program evaluation using the explanatory model. The main data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation of various data sources (informants) that are directly related to, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, or the Internet of Things. This research is not only directed at the results (product). However, the other three components are also evaluated, because the four components are very closely related. Apart from interviews, data collection was also carried out using observation and documentation techniques. The observation technique was carried out on the learning process and product (result) in the form of practical application in Gorontalo City, while the documentation technique was carried out on documents relating to the process and product (result). In this aspect, the highest percentage (%) is that students spend about 1 hour / day at 28%, while the lowest is that students spend 4-5 hours / day or 11.6%. From this percentage, it can be concluded that the percentage of students who spend or spend time reading science subjects is still low so that the efforts of teachers and parents and the surrounding environment are needed so that students' interest in reading is maximized.

Abstract

Flood is the overflow of the river flow due to water exceed the storage capacity of the river, so that overflow and inundate the plains or the lower regions in the vicinity. Floods are natural disasters that often occur in Indonesia because it is located in the tropics. A lot of flood prone areas which have high population density, due to less understanding of the community regarding the geographic region. Floods often occur in the City of Padang caused by high rainfall in the upstream areas of the river and the topography is hilly so increase the speed of the flow of water to the lower plains. In this study, the author examines the factors of vulnerability to flood by using the method of Simple Moving Average with a parameter of the flood that used rainfall and long rainy days.
