Abstract

Abstrak: Pada era industi 4.0, usaha makanan berkembang sangat pesat dengan dukungan teknologi dan menciptakan peluang bisnis baru. Salah satu peluang bisnis makanan adalah nasi tiwul, berlokasi di Malang. Nasi tiwul merupakan makanan yang berbahan dasar dari singkong. Usaha makanan nasi tiwul merupakan mitra dari pengabdian masyarakat yang bernama Warung Nasi Tiwul SBR. Pendirian Warung Nasi Tiwul SBR pada Maret 2020, bertepatan awal pandemic Covid-19. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada mitra adalah pemasaran nasi tiwul masih di sekitar Warung Nasi Tiwul SBR dan media sosial. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan pemasaran dan mempromosikan nasi tiwul secara online. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra berupa pemasaran online dan media sosial. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam mempromosikan produk nasi tiwul dan meningkatkan pendapatan nasi tiwul di masa pandemic Covid-19. Evaluasi dari kegiatan pengabdian yaitu pengisian kuesioner yang dibagikan tim pengabdian kepada mitra pengabdian. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengisian kuesioner didapatkan adalah 90% orang menjawab puas dari kegiatan pengabdian berupa pemasaran online nasi tiwul. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah mitra pengabdian antusias dan memberikan dampak positif dari kegiatan pemasaran online dan media sosial. Saran dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah dapat memaksimalkan promosi di media sosial dan media online agar lebih dikenal masyarakat. Abstract:  In the industrial era 4.0, the food business is growing very rapidly with the support of technology and creating new business opportunities. One of the food business opportunities is Tiwul Rice, located in Malang. Tiwul Rice is a food made from cassava. The Tiwul Rice food business is a partner of community service called Warung Nasi Tiwul SBR. The establishment of Warung Nasi Tiwul SBR in March 2020, coinciding with the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. The problem that occurs with partners is that the marketing of Tiwul Rice is still around Warung Nasi Tiwul SBR and social media. The purpose of the service activity is to increase marketing and promote online rice tiwul. The method used is to provide training and assistance to partners in the form of online marketing and social media. The results of the service activities are increasing the ability of partners in promoting tiwul rice products and increasing tiwul rice income during the Covid-19 pandemic. Evaluation of service activities is filling out questionnaires distributed by the service team to service partners. Based on the results of filling out the questionnaire, it was found that 90% of people answered they were satisfied with the service activities in the form of online marketing of Tiwul Rice. The conclusion of service activities is that service partners are enthusiastic and have a positive impact on online marketing and social media activities. Suggestions from service activities are to maximize promotions on social media and online media so that they are better known to the public.

Abstract

A project cannot be separated with the name of the risk, not the exception to the abstract information technology projects, and can only be perceived benefits in the long term. So, it becomes a very important thing to manage risk properly so helpful to the success of the project. In this paper, we contribute to the model in analyzing the priorities of risk to the project E-Government to adopt the model of risk assessment using RIPC4 and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in assessing the risk, so it can know which risks a priority to perform the procedure changes in the implementation of e-government based on the strategy used in the process of change management.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya teknologi saat ini berbanding lurus dengan kebutuhan akan proses mengelola dan monitoring jaringan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. TE (Traffic Engineering) dikembangkan untuk mengoptimalkan arus data dalam jaringan untuk memenuhi tingkat QoS (Quality of Services) dalam penggunaan jaringan. Namun, TE memiliki tantangan dalam hal kompleksitas komunikasi dan algoritma yang dapat meningkatkan kebutuhan akan sumber daya jaringan. SDN (Software Defined Networking) merupakan suatu teknologi jaringan terbaru untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada pada TE. Dengan pengaturan secara terpusat (centralized control) dan lebih fleksible, SDN secara signifikan dapat memangkas penggunaan sumber daya jaringan komunikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk kebermanfaatan sumber daya jaringan secara keseluruhan. Makalah ini akan mengulas beberapa literatur terkait metode optimasi routing pada jaringan dengan menggunakan teknologi SDN yang berfokus pada SDN-WAN (Software Defined Networking – Wide Area Network).

Abstract

In industry 4.0, the development of the food business is growing rapidly with the support of technology. His food business is tiwul rice. The establishment of the Nasi Tiwul SBR business began in March 2020 (coinciding with the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia). The problem that occurs in Nasi Tiwul SBR is increasing the in-come of tiwul rice during the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach taken in this research is to use a dynamic system approach. The purpose of using a dynamic system approach is to provide feedback on the behavior of the systems involved in the research, especially the owner of the tiwul rice business. The result of this research is to increase the business income of tiwul rice and increase the market share of tiwul rice products.

Abstract

IGraciass is an integrated academic and non-academic management information system from the Telkom Education Foundation (YPT). Based on the vision and mission, the strategy and tagline of the Telkom Education Foundation is "The Leader of ICT Education Provider" and the spirit of digital transformation for Indonesia, I-Graciass must be adopted and implemented in all higher education institutions (lemdikti) under the auspices. The YPT. However, the facts on the ground the adoption and implementation process of I[1]Graciass in each of these higher education institutions are not easy matters. Many features, ease of use of technology and the system interface needed to access the system are important factors in the success of the system. For this reason, this research was conducted with the aim of facilitating the adoption process of IGraciass in all higher education institutions of the Telkom Education Foundation (YPT) according to the respective needs of the educational institutions under the auspices of YPT. This research was carried out using the mixing method both qualitatively and quantitatively, then the researcher also developed a qualitative research instrument to conduct a survey of the users to determine which channels were effective in the process of transferring knowledge. The results show that to minimize the risk of failure in adopting a knowledge management system, companies need to select a system based on the functional, non-functional and transition requirements for the system, as well as the strength and capacity of the organization.

Abstract

I-Graciass is one of the digicampus programs under the Directorate of Digital Transformation, Synergy &Performance (DTSP) of the Telkom Education Foundation (YPT) in the form of a smart app & information system as an integrated academic and non-academic management information system. Based on the Vision-Mission, Strategy and Tagline of YPT as The Leader of ICT Education Provider in Indonesia as well as the spirit of carrying out digital transformation in the foundation, so that I-Graciass becomes mandatory to be adopted and implemented in all Higher Education Institutions (Lemdikti) under the guidance of YPT. However, the facts on the ground of the process of adopting and implementing I-Graciass in each Lemdikti are not easy things. For this reason, this research was carried out in order to facilitate the process of adopting and implementing I-Graciass through the method of climbing Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) in all YPT Lemdikti, especially for new universities such as Telkom Institute of Technology Surabaya and other new universities that will later be established by YPT. The results of this study show that the factors that influence the success of the I-Graciass Adoption process at ITTelkom Surabaya and other Lemdikti consist of tennis and non-technical aspects that can refer to the implementation of best practices in the previous lemdikti. In addition, to support the success rate of adoption and implementation, an effective knowledge transfer process is needed through the use and development of the right KMS for an organization and its end users.

Abstract

Vulnerability Assessment is one of the crucial stages that must be carried out to define and identify vulnerabilities in web systems so that they can be repaired and reduced. The XYZ institution is new, so the Vulnerability Assessment is to minimize attacks from irresponsible parties. In this study, a Vulnerability Assessment of the IT Support website was carried out on XYZ institution using the Nessus tool. This study used the Vulnerability Assessment Penetration Testing (VAPT) Life Cycle method, which has six stages: scope, planning, scanning & vulnerability Analysis, exploitation, Privilege Escalation, and Generating Report. The results of this study obtained various vulnerabilities ranging from Low to Critical on the IT Support website at XYZ institution so that the IT Support party at XYZ institution to update PHP versions, JQuery and several other preventive steps reviewed in the discussion section.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 telah berlangsung dua tahun sejak awal tahun 2020 lalu. Hal ini ternyata berdampak tidak hanya dari aspek kesehatan, tetapi juga aspek pendidikan dan perekonomian masyarakat. Dampak pendidikan dan ekonomi inilah yang turut dirasakan oleh warga kampung Sepanjang Asri, Sidoarjo. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah perubahan pola pikir (mindset) wirausaha (entrepreneur), pemanfaatan teknologi secara postif, sehat dan bijak yang berlanjut pada peningkatan keterampilan pemasaran digital bagi para pemuda calon pengurus karang taruna kampung mitra yang akan dibentuk. Metode yang digunakan mulai dari sosialisasi, seminar, pelatihan, penugasan hingga pendampingan digital entrepreneur kepada 30 peserta yang terdiri dari 17 remaja putra, 13 remaja putri mulai dari tingkat SMP, SMA, Kuliah mapun pemuda yang sudah bekerja. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah perubahan mindset, peningkatan digital skill serta terbentunkya karang taruna yang menjadi wadah untuk pengembangan diri menjadi wirausaha muda dan aktif. Adapun hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian berupa penyebaran kuisoner kepada mitra menunjukkan bahawasanya 87% peserta kegiatan menjawab puas dengan kegiatan pengabdian tersebut. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah permasalah remaja dan pemuda pada mitra binaan dapat teratasi dengan dibentuknya karang taruna sebagai wadah bagi para remaja dan pemuda tersebut dengan memberikan seminar entrepreneur dan pelatihan digital skill. Saran dari kegitan pengabdian adalah membuat kegiatan yang lebih variatif, konsisten dan berkelanjutan sebagai sarana pendampingan bagi eksistensi dan keberlanjutan karang taruna tersebut.Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has been going on for two years since the beginning of 2020. This turned out to have an impact not only on the health aspect, but also on the education and economic aspects of the community. The impact of education and the economy is also felt by the residents of the Sepanjang Asri RT 11 / RW 06, Kelurahan Sepanjang, Kecamatan Taman, Sidoarjo Regency. The problem that occurs with partners is that many teenagers and fostered youth are addicted to gadgets and their time is to play online games, unclear tiktok, hoaxes, bullying, cybercrime and other counterproducts due to the School From Home (SFH) policy. In addition, there are no youth or youth forums and activities such as youth organizations that are able to direct more productive activities to help the family's economy due to being laid off or rolling the mat due to the low purchasing power of the people. The purpose of the service activity is to change the entrepreneurial mindset (entrepreneur), use technology in a positive, healthy and wise manner which continues to improve digital marketing digital skills and prepare business plan proposals (business plan) for youth candidates for village youth organizations. Partners to be formed. The methods used range from socialization, seminars, training, assignments to assisting digital entrepreneurs to ± 30 teenagers or young foster partners. The results of the service activities are a change in mindset, increased digital skills and the formation of youth organizations that become a forum for self-development to become young and active entrepreneurs. The results of the evaluation of service activities in the form of distributing questionnaires showed that 87% of the activity participants answered that they were satisfied with the service activities. The conclusion of the service activity is that the problems of youth and youth in fostered partners can be resolved by the formation of youth organizations as a forum for these youth and youth by providing entrepreneurial seminars and digital skills training. Suggestions from service activities are to make activities that are more varied, consistent and sustainable as a means of mentoring for the continuity of the karang taruna.

Abstract

Abstrak: Usaha Dagang (UD) Depo Bahagia merupakan salah satu bentuk Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berada di Kota Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. Proses bisnis utamanya adalah menjual air minum dalam kemasan dan isi ulang. Proses penjualan dimulai dari proses pemesanan hingga proses pengiriman ke pelanggan. Saat ini proses pemesanan masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu datang secara langsung, melalui Telepon maupun aplikasi pesan singkat Whatsapp (WA), karena prosesnya dilakukan secara manual, maka sering terjadi permasalahan seperti tidak tercatatnya pemesanan sehingga menimbulkan komplain pelanggan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem untuk melakukan pemesanan secara online untuk memudahkan para pelanggan dan pengelola dalam melakukan pembelian, pemesanan, status pembelian/pemesan produk serta lokasi pembeli. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dimulai dengan memahami proses bisnis mitra, kemudian memahami proses bisnis aplikasi pemesanan produk yang telah dikembangkan oleh tim peneliti kemudian dilakukan sosialisasi bagaimana cara penggunaanya kepada mitra, kemudian dilakukan evaluasi dan penyerahan aplikasi kepada mitra jika kondisinya sudah memungkinkan untuk penggunaan aplikasi secara mandiri. Dari program pengabdian ini mitra mendapatkan penambahan pengetahuan cara menggunakan aplikasi mobile dan membantu kegiatan operasional layanan kepada pelanggan, sehingga proses bisnis usahanya menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien.Abstract: UD. Depo Bahagia is one of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) located in Mojokerto City, East Java. Its main business process is selling bottled and refillable drinking water. The sales process starts from the ordering process to the delivery process to the customer. Currently the ordering process is still done manually, namely coming in person, via telephone or WhatsApp (WA) Messenger Application, because the process is done manually, so there are often problems such as not recording orders, causing customer complaints. Therefore, need a system to place orders online to make it easier for customers and managers to make purchases, orders, status of product purchases/orders and the location of the buyer. This Community Service activity begins with understanding partner business processes, then understanding the product ordering application business process that has been developed by the research team then socializing how to use it to partners, then evaluating and submitting applications to partners if conditions allow for independent use of the application. From this service program partners gain additional knowledge on how to use mobile applications and assist operational service activities to customers, so that their business processes become faster and more efficient.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi COVID-19 mengakibatkan banyak pekerja kehilangan pekerjaan, sehingga terjadi pengangguran dan pengurangan karyawan, maka perlu mencari sumber potensi pendapatan baru yang dapat dieksplorasi dari lingkungan sekitar. Salah satu cara yaitu penerapan metode peningkatan branding dan optimalisasi pemasaran produk lokal menuju produk internasional. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah memberdayakan UMKM lokal agar hasil produk yang dihasilkan lebih efektif dan memperoleh hasil maksimal berupa desain kemasan produk dan memanfaatkan media pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian sejalan dengan program Pemerintah terkait peningkatan ketahanan pangan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi dari pemilik UMKM, permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah aktivitas pemasaran produk lokal pada tingkat nasional. Aktivitas peningkatan branding dan optimalisasi pemasaran produk lokal menuju produk internasional dapat menjadi solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah, terutama masalah yang dihadapi pemilik usaha Nasi Tiwul SBR Malang terkait pemasaran produk terbatas pada lingkungan sekitar. Metode peningkatan branding dan optimalisasi pemasaran produk lokal menuju produk internasional sangat sederhana yaitu mengetahui cara dan strategi dalam memasarkan produk secara tepat dan terarah. Melakukan pemasaran produk ke luar negeri dapat dilakukan dengan mudah melalui media digital. Saat ini, akses komunikasi dan penyebaran informasi dari seluruh dunia dapat dilakukan melalui internet, termasuk memperkenalkan bisnis ke luar negeri. Diharapkan dalam 6 bulan sudah mendapatkan hasil dan dapat dijual langsung pada wilayah Malang dan sekitarnya, sehingga produk lokal Indonesia dikenal dunia.
