Abstract

Methods of prevention and equipment to reduce the risk of falls based on accelerometer and gyroscope sensor have developed rapidly because its operations are cheaper than video cameras. Improved accuracy of detection and fall prediction based on accelerometer and gyroscope sensor is carried out by utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to predict falling patterns. However, the existing fall prediction system is less responsive and also has a low level of accuracy, sensitivity and specificity. The current system does not have a notification system to care givers or doctors in the hospital. To overcome the above problems, this study proposes the development of smart fall prediction system based on accelerometer and gyroscope for the prevention of fractures in geriatric populations (JaPiGi) which are accurate and have high sensitivity and specificity. This study uses Fuzzy Mamdani to recognize movements falling forward, falling sideways, sitting, sleeping, squatting and praying. The total data tested was 100 data from 10 participants. The introduction of this movement is based on 6 input variables from data of accelerometer and gyroscope sensor. To calculate the accuracy, precision, sensitivity and specificity in this study using the equation Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC). Motion recognition is carried out 3 times with an average accuracy of 90%.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya merupakan sekolah kejuruan negeri favorit di Surabaya. Lokasi SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya berdekatan dengan RSI Ahmad Yani Surabaya. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilandasi pemikiran bahwa pada era milenial ini, SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya harus dapat bersaing dengan sekolah kejuruan lain, baik sekolah negeri maupun swasta, entah di kota Surabaya sendiri ataupun di kota-kota lain. Solusi yang ditawarkan dari Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya dalam mengikuti perkembangan zaman adalah pelatihan keterampilan web design yang ditujukan bagi para siswa SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya Jurusan Multimedia dan Jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya dalam membuat dan mengelola web secara mandiri. Pelatihan keterampilan web design ini melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa dari program studi Rekayasa Perangkat Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan web design adalah para siswa mampu merancang dan mengelola web secara mandiri, mulai dari tingkat dasar sampai tingkat dinamis.

Abstract

In industry 4.0, the development of the food business is growing rapidly with the support of technology. His food business is tiwul rice. The establishment of the Nasi Tiwul SBR business began in March 2020 (coinciding with the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia). The problem that occurs in Nasi Tiwul SBR is increasing the in-come of tiwul rice during the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach taken in this research is to use a dynamic system approach. The purpose of using a dynamic system approach is to provide feedback on the behavior of the systems involved in the research, especially the owner of the tiwul rice business. The result of this research is to increase the business income of tiwul rice and increase the market share of tiwul rice products.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has natural beauty and cultural diversity, making tourists from abroad visit Indonesia. The purpose of tourists coming to Indonesia is to travel with their families. Over time, tourists or foreign travellers have decreased, due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia that has not ended. As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, several airports and ports were temporarily closed to avoid the development of an increasingly virulent COVID-19. The purpose of the study was to determine the prediction of the number of arrivals of foreign travelers using the linear regression method. The simple linear regression method is a method consisting of one or more ordinary independent variables with the notation X and one dependent variable represented by the notation Y. The independent variable is the number of foreign travelers to Indonesia as notation X and the dependent variable is the number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. Indonesia as Y notation.

Abstract

Information security management is very important to use, especially for educational instutions, because it is able to reduce the risk of threats to the use of information technology for educational organizations. Information security management is indispensable as an effort to minimize the risk of data enhancement and information threats. Implementation of information security management is intended to know technical problems and non technical problems. The research uses the ISO 27001:2005 standard is very flexible depending on the needs of the organization and focus on information security management. The research results using the ISO 27001:2005 standard is able to reduce the risk level and perform some activities that must be improved to improve information security at XYZ institutions.

Abstract

IGraciass is an integrated academic and non-academic management information system from the Telkom Education Foundation (YPT). Based on the vision and mission, the strategy and tagline of the Telkom Education Foundation is "The Leader of ICT Education Provider" and the spirit of digital transformation for Indonesia, I-Graciass must be adopted and implemented in all higher education institutions (lemdikti) under the auspices. The YPT. However, the facts on the ground the adoption and implementation process of I[1]Graciass in each of these higher education institutions are not easy matters. Many features, ease of use of technology and the system interface needed to access the system are important factors in the success of the system. For this reason, this research was conducted with the aim of facilitating the adoption process of IGraciass in all higher education institutions of the Telkom Education Foundation (YPT) according to the respective needs of the educational institutions under the auspices of YPT. This research was carried out using the mixing method both qualitatively and quantitatively, then the researcher also developed a qualitative research instrument to conduct a survey of the users to determine which channels were effective in the process of transferring knowledge. The results show that to minimize the risk of failure in adopting a knowledge management system, companies need to select a system based on the functional, non-functional and transition requirements for the system, as well as the strength and capacity of the organization.

Abstract

Seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru merupakan tahap awal institusi untuk menyaring mahasiswa baru berdasarkan kriteria dan bobot yang ditentukan. Proses seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru dimulai dari persyaratan administrasi, melakukan pendaftaran, seleksi berkas, pengumuman hasil seleksi, dan pendaftaran ulang. Selama ini, kegiatan seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru masih dilakukan secara manual berupa rekap data dari file Excel, sehingga membutuhkan waktu lama untuk menentukan mahasiswa baru yang layak diterima. Proses seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru membutuhkan ketelitian yang tepat, agar mahasiswa baru yang dipilih berkualitas sesuai dengan jumlah daya tampung yang terpenuhi. Pada penerimaan mahasiswa baru menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) berdasarkan bobot dan kriteria yang ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membantu proses seleksi mahasiswa baru ITTelkom dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) berdasarkan bobot dan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan membantu melakukan seleksi alternatif dari sejumlah alternatif terbaik pada penentuan mahasiswa baru. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah membantu pihak admisi institusi dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dalam penerimaan mahasiswa baru sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan dari pihak institusi.

Abstract

Pengguna aktif media sosial Twitter di Indonesia dinilai sebagai salah satu negara dengan pertumbuhan pengguna aktif harian media sosial Twitter paling banyak berdasarkan laporan finansial Twitter tahun 2019 yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi berbagai informasi dengan pengguna lain. Twitter  digunakan sebagai sumber informasi yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan, mengingat banyaknya informasi, berita, dan juga opini yang disebarluaskan oleh warga negara dan juga sumber resmi. Dalam makalah ini, kami menggunakan analisis sentimen untuk mengeksplorasi sejumlah besar tweet di Indonesia. kami menggunakan 4.000 tweet dalam bahasa Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat kecenderungan pendapat atau opini seseorang terhadap sebuah topik dengan menerapkan metode word embedding dan algoritma Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) untuk analisis terhadap sentimen mengenai vaksin COVID-19 yang berasal dari media sosial Twitter. Percobaan menggunakan LSTM-Word Embedding menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 74,46% dengan hasil akhir yang diperoleh yaitu sebanyak 425 data bersentimen positif dan 507 data bersentimen negatif. Hal ini penting dilakukan untuk memahami reaksi publik, penyebaran informasi pada media sosial, dan membuat strategi yang tepat yang selanjutnya harus dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi COVID-19 mengakibatkan banyak pekerja kehilangan pekerjaan, sehingga terjadi pengangguran dan pengurangan karyawan, maka perlu mencari sumber potensi pendapatan baru yang dapat dieksplorasi dari lingkungan sekitar. Salah satu cara yaitu penerapan metode peningkatan branding dan optimalisasi pemasaran produk lokal menuju produk internasional. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah memberdayakan UMKM lokal agar hasil produk yang dihasilkan lebih efektif dan memperoleh hasil maksimal berupa desain kemasan produk dan memanfaatkan media pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian sejalan dengan program Pemerintah terkait peningkatan ketahanan pangan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi dari pemilik UMKM, permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah aktivitas pemasaran produk lokal pada tingkat nasional. Aktivitas peningkatan branding dan optimalisasi pemasaran produk lokal menuju produk internasional dapat menjadi solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah, terutama masalah yang dihadapi pemilik usaha Nasi Tiwul SBR Malang terkait pemasaran produk terbatas pada lingkungan sekitar. Metode peningkatan branding dan optimalisasi pemasaran produk lokal menuju produk internasional sangat sederhana yaitu mengetahui cara dan strategi dalam memasarkan produk secara tepat dan terarah. Melakukan pemasaran produk ke luar negeri dapat dilakukan dengan mudah melalui media digital. Saat ini, akses komunikasi dan penyebaran informasi dari seluruh dunia dapat dilakukan melalui internet, termasuk memperkenalkan bisnis ke luar negeri. Diharapkan dalam 6 bulan sudah mendapatkan hasil dan dapat dijual langsung pada wilayah Malang dan sekitarnya, sehingga produk lokal Indonesia dikenal dunia.
