Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect between Fee Based Income and Statutory Reserves on Return on Assets of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2018-2022. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The data source of this research uses secondary data obtained from the financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The analysis technique uses panel data regression with cross-section on 9 Islamic commercial banks for the period 2018-2022. The results showed that Fee Based Income had a significant positive effect on ROA. While the Minimum Reserve Requirement has a negative and insignificant effect on ROA. This research is expected to make Fee Based Income and Statutory Reserves one of the alternative solutions to increase Return on Assets at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on share prices in pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. This research uses the method quantitative with secondary data sources. This research uses the analysis method T Test (partial), F Test (simultaneous), and company multiple linear regression. The analysis tool used is Eviews 10. The results of this research are that the variables Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) have no influence on share prices in pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has an influence on share prices in pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Halal Awareness, Islamic Branding, Perceived Quality, and Price on Wardah Cosmetic Product Purchase Intention among female STEI SEBI students. The research method used is research with a quantitative approach and the data analysis tool used is SmartPLS version 4.0. The sample for this research were active female students from the Classes of 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 who have used or are currently using Wardah cosmetic products. The tool used to obtain respondent data is a Google form questionnaire. The sample selection used purposive sampling with the number obtained were 100 respondents. The results of this research state that partially the Islamic Branding and Price variables have a significant effect on Purchase Intention, while Halal Awareness and Perceived Quality do not have a significant effect

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and marketing strategy creativity intervening with innovation on business performance in the Dama Group. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with smartPLS version 4.1.0.0. Based on the research results, it was found that market orientation variables, entrepreneurial orientation and marketing strategy creativity had an influence on business performance variables in the Dama Group. The variables market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and marketing strategy creativity influence the innovation variable at Dama Group. The innovation variable has no effect on the business performance variable at Dama Group. The market orientation variable has no effect on business performance where innovation intervenes at Dama Group. The entrepreneurial orientation variable has no effect on business performance where innovation intervenes at the Dama Group. The marketing strategy creativity variable has no effect on business performance where innovation intervenes at Dama Group.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the internal and external factors in developing the Anis Baduih batiah business in Nagari Simawang, Rangkat District, Tanah Datar Regency and to explain the strategy for developing the Anis Baduih batiah business in Nagari Simawang, Rangkat District, Tanah Datar Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Batiah Anis Baduih Business has tried to carry out development activities. The results of this research show that Anis Baduih's batiah business has internal factors in developing the business, especially the experience and expertise possessed by Mrs. Anis. Meanwhile, external factors in Anis Baduih's batiah business have not been maximized because the promotion process is only through word of mouth and has not used social media properly, so the market share is relatively small. The lack of collaborative partners in Anis Baduih's batiah business has had an impact on the business. It would be better if Anis Baduih's batiah business development strategy uses communication channels in the form of social media to promote Anis Baduih's batiah business, as well as establishing key partnerships to the maximum

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Islamic leadership style, reward and punishment on employee performance with work motivation as a moderating variable for Brownies Cinta Karanganyar employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with a saturated sample technique. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Brownies Cinta Karanganyar employees with a population and sample of 50 employees. From the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that (1) Islamic Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Rewards have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Punishment has no significant effect on employee performance. (4) Work Motivation is unable to moderate Islamic Leadership Style on Employee Performance. (5) Work motivation is unable to moderate rewards for employee performance. (6) Work Motivation is unable to moderate punishment of employee performance

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji faktor-faktor penyebab konsumen berlangganan di Swalayan 90 Nagari Limo Kaum Kecamatan Lima Kaum Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah penyebab konsumen berlangganan di Swalayan 90 Nagari Limo Kaum Kecamatan Lima Kaum Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles And Huberman yang meliputi, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor-faktor penyebab konsumen berlangganan di Swalayan 90 ada tiga. Pertama, faktor produk yang lengkap tersedia. Kedua, faktor tempat di tepi jalan lintas, tempat yang luas, bersih, rapi, dan dilengkapi dengan tempat parkir yang luas, nyaman untuk mobil dan motor, serta disediakan tempat duduk bagi konsumen yang berbelanja. Ketiga, faktor promosi dengan memberikan kupon berhadiah. Setelah dibahas, perilaku konsumen yang membuat konsumen berlangganan di Swalayan 90. Dimana perilaku konsumen itu meliputi, berbelanja berdasarkan kebutuhan terhadap produk, dan konsumen butuh produk yang lengkap tersedia, tempat belanja akan menjadi pertimbangan konsumen untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian, promosi berdampak terhadap perilaku konsumen yang  menjadikan konsumen terdoktrin untuk terus mengonsumsinya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost of production of Syana Busana Convection. Convection business has an important role in the textile and fashion industry, especially in producing apparel and other textile products. The cost structure in producing all products at Syana Busana Convection is very complex. Production costs include raw material costs, labor costs, factory overhead costs, distribution, and others. The research method includes direct interviews with the business owner of Syana Busana Convection. The result of this research is a deeper understanding of the cost of production of Syana Busana Convection. By knowing the cost of goods produced, it is hoped that it will make it easier to determine the selling price of each product.

Abstract

The main problem in the research is the decline in visitors to the D' Teras Food and Drink cafe in the last few months due to tight competition in the culinary business in Nagari Cubadak. The aim of this research is to determine the strategy for developing the D' Teras Food and Drink cafe business using the Blue Ocean Strategy approach.This type of research is field research with qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques use interviews. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman with stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. as well as development strategy analysis tools using Blue Ocean Strategy.The research results show that the implementation of the four-step Blue Ocean Strategy framework is eliminating several menus that are rarely available and ordered by customers. Reducing the prices of Food and Drinks, which are still quite high. Increasing the menu to be more varied and unique, increasing the number of employees, more actively promoting the cafe via social media, and making the cafe decoration more attractive and aesthetic. Creating several supporting facilities, such as acoustic and karaoke equipment, parking lots that can protect vehicles from rainy and hot weather, and adding digital payment methods

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of innovation and information technology on the development of Pastries MSMEs with a diversification strategy as an intervening variable. This type of research is field with a quantitative approach. The data source is primary data collected by offline questionnaires to pastry food MSMEs in flatlands, the sample used was 65 MSMEs. The analysis technique using the Stuctural Equation Model is processed using SmartPLS version 4. The results showed that there was no significant effect of innovation and diversification strategies on the development of pastry MSMEs in Tanah Datar. There is a significant influence of innovation on the diversification strategy of pastries in Tanah Datar. There is a significant influence between the Information Technology variable and the development variable of pastry MSMEs in Tanah Datar. There is no significant effect of Information Technology on the diversification strategy variable. Product innovation has no significant effect on the development of MSMEs intervening diversification strategies in Tanah Datar, information technology has no significant effect on the development of MSMEs intervening diversification strategies in Tanah Datar
