Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and workload on employee performance at PT Adis Dimension Footwear. This type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample used was 30 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that the work environment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a regression coefficient value of 0.663 and a calculated t value of 4.740 (significance 0.000 <0.05). Conversely, workload (X2) has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient value of -0.218 and a calculated t value of -2.115 (significance 0.044 <0.05). The F-test shows that simultaneously the work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated F value of 11.358 and a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.457 indicates that 45.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these two independent variables, while the remaining 54.3% can be influenced by other variables such as compensation and indications of low employee commitment. Thus, it can be concluded that the work environment and workload, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Adis Dimension Footwear.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja Tangerang, especially in the People Organization Development (POD) section. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the training variable had a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (4.657 > 2.00575) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. On the other hand, career development did not have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value < t table (1.950 < 2.00575) and a significance of 0.057 > 0.05. However, simultaneously, training and career development had a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value > F table (18.232 > 3.18) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that training is a crucial factor in improving employee performance, while career development requires a more targeted approach to significantly contribute to performance improvement.

Abstract

Organizational change remains the critical nexus between strategic intent and realized value, yet a significant proportion of transformations fail to achieve sustained benefits due to inadequate management of the human element. This paper introduces the ENGAGE Star Model, an integrated and measurable framework designed to systematically guide organizations through the complexities of behavioral and structural transition. Built upon a synthesis of established process standards and psychological adoption models, the ENGAGE Star Model operationalizes change management by focusing on six distinct stages of individual commitment and mastery: Enlighten, Nurture, Guide, Activate, Grow, and Embed. The model’s core contribution is its ability to translate abstract change principles into actionable, data-driven interventions. This research posits that by applying the iterative and human-centric ENGAGE framework, organizations can significantly improve adoption rates, mitigate resistance, and accelerate the realization of strategic benefits. The findings offer a practical and academically rigorous methodology for practitioners seeking to master the science and practice of measurable organizational change.
