Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong berbagai lembaga, termasuk Sahabat Akuatik Club (SAC), untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, terutama dalam pencatatan absensi yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Proses manual ini dinilai tidak efisien, rawan kesalahan, dan menyulitkan dalam pemantauan data kehadiran secara real-time. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang dan dibangunlah sebuah aplikasi absensi berbasis Android menggunakan Flutter, Laravel, dan MySQL, yang dilengkapi fitur lokasi GPS. Sistem ini juga mendukung pengelolaan jadwal latihan dan pemberitahuan otomatis kepada anggota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di SAC. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu mencatat absensi secara akurat, mempermudah manajemen jadwal pelatihan, serta meningkatkan transparansi informasi bagi orang tua dan pelatih. Dengan pendekatan Agile, sistem ini fleksibel dikembangkan sesuai kebutuhan lapangan. Aplikasi ini diharapkan menjadi solusi digital yang efisien dalam mendukung operasional SAC secara profesional dan terstruktur

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which work ability and work experience influence the performance of employees in the Product Creation Center department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 73 respondents. The problem phenomenon identified by the researcher is based on the results of a preliminary survey, which showed suboptimal outcomes related to a lack of experience and work-related skills. As a result, employees have not been able to meet the targets set by the organization. In addition, many employees have not yet mastered the tasks assigned to them due to insufficient work experience. This has led to difficulties in making sound decisions, and their work performance has not met the expectations of their superiors and colleagues. These issues have ultimately led to a decline in employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that both work ability and work experience variables, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Product Creation Center department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

Employee welfare is a crucial factor in maintaining worker productivity and loyalty within an organization. This research is motivated by the important role of Cooperatives and Trade Unions in efforts to improve employee welfare at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. Issues such as the cooperative's less responsive service and complicated loan procedures, as well as the assumption that union leaders still side with management and are less responsive to employee complaints, are suspected to have an impact on the decline in employee welfare. To test this suspicion, this study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method, which aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 82 employee respondents of PT Adis Dimension Footwear. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25.0. The results of the regression analysis show that the Cooperative variable has a regression coefficient (B) of -0.578 with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000, indicating a significant negative influence. Meanwhile, the Workers Union variable has a regression coefficient (B) of 0.968 with a Sig. 0.000, indicating a significant and strong positive influence on Employee Welfare. Simultaneously, an F-test (ANOVA) obtained an F-value of 212.372 with a significance value of 0.000, indicating that cooperatives and labor unions jointly have a significant influence on Employee Welfare. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that 84.2% of the variation in Employee Welfare can be explained by cooperatives and labor unions, while the remaining 15.8% is explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of welfare and work morale on the performance of Kharisma Vocational School teachers, both partially and simultaneously. This quantitative study used the independent variables (X) of welfare and work morale, and the dependent variable (Y) of teacher performance. The sample consisted of 33 Kharisma Vocational School teachers, recruited through a questionnaire distributed on Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted quantitatively using SPSS. The results of the study revealed that the t-test showed that the welfare variable (X1) partially had a significant effect on teacher performance (Y), and the morale variable partially and significantly influenced teacher performance (Y). The f-test showed that the welfare and morale variables simultaneously influenced teacher performance. The effect of welfare and morale on teacher performance was 61.1%, while the remaining 38.9% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

- The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of work stress and work discipline on the performance of employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely research that describes variables as they are supported by data in the form of numbers generated from actual conditions. The population in this study were all employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. The research sample consisted of 76 respondents. The technique used to determine the sample in this study was the simple random sampling technique.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work stress significantly affects the performance of employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (5.323> 1.993) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work discipline significantly affects the performance of employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (5.585 > 1.993) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, work stress and work discipline significantly affect the performance of employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by Fcount > Ftable (108.524 > 3.12) with a significance level of 0.000, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of work stress and work discipline, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Nosew section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence job training and compensation have on the performance of employees in the Assembling NCVS 2.02 section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely research that describes variables as they are supported by data in the form of numbers generated from actual conditions. The population in this study were all employees in the Assembling section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. The research sample consisted of 83 respondents. This study used a saturated sample technique because the population was small, so the sample in this study used the entire population to be used as respondents, as many as 83 employees.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, job training significantly influences the performance of employees in the Assembling NCVS 2.02 section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value> t table (5.310 > 1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, compensation significantly influences the performance of employees in the Assembling NCVS 2.02 section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (6.578 > 1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, job training and compensation significantly influence the performance of employees in the Assembling NCVS 2.02 section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by Fcount> Ftable (114.329>3.11) with a significance level of 0.000, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that job training and compensation variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Assembling NCVS 2.02 section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence social support and organizational commitment have on the work productivity of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees in the Preparation section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, totaling 351. The research sample consisted of 78 respondents. This study used the Slovin formula as a sample technique, so the sample in this study was 78 employees.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, social support significantly influences the work productivity of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (5.355 > 1.992) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, organizational commitment significantly influences the work productivity of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (3.771 > 1.992) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, social support and organizational commitment significantly influence the work productivity of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Tangerang Regency, which is indicated by Fcount> Ftable (55.292> 3.12) with a significance level of 0.000, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of social support and organizational commitment, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant influence on the work productivity of employees in the Preparation section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Tangerang Regency.

Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by Fcount> Ftable (97.882>3.15) with a significance level of 0.000, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of human resource development and work motivation, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on employee performance in the Computer Stitching section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence transformational leadership and interpersonal communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work motivation in the Injection Phylon section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The research sample consisted of 83 respondents. The technique used to determine the sample in this study was the simple random sampling technique.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, transformational leadership significantly influences the work motivation of employees in the Phylon Injection section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (4.659 > 1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, interpersonal communication significantly influences the work motivation of employees in the Phylon Injection section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (6.778> 1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
