Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe media use planning, describe the media utilization process, evaluate and follow up on the use of low-grade learning media at SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects who became the population in this study were low class (grades 1,2 and 3) while the sample in this study were 3 respondents who came from their respective class teachers. The results showed that the planning, process, evaluation and follow-up in the use of instructional media had been implemented properly. The delivery of teaching materials using learning media is very helpful for students in understanding the material presented by the teacher

Abstract

This study aims to  describe the implementation of the bounch board exercise to increase student activity;to describe the implementation of the bounce board exercise in improving the basic technique of under pasing skill of volleyball; to describe the effectiveness of the application of the bounce board exercise in increase the basic technique of under pasing skills in the subjects of sports and Health Education.This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) and quasi-experimental. The research subjects were sixth grade students of SD Negeri 9 Pagar Alam Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets to measure the learning process and creative thinking abilities of students and tests to measure learning achievement. While the data analysis used the average score analysis, normality test and homogeneity test and t-test In the first cycle the average score of student activeness is 2.41 the average score of underpasing skills is 66.67 classical completeness 50%, the second cycle the average student activeness is 2.95 the average of underpasing skills is 73.92 with 70 classical completeness , 83%, in the third cycle the average student activeness was 3.40 the average of underpasing skills was 83.71 with classical completeness 95.83%. This study resulted in the following conclusions: (1) the implementation of the bounch board exercise can increase student activity; (2) the implementation of of the bounce board exercise can improve the basic technique of under pasing the volleyball game; (3) the implementation of the bounce board exercise is effective to improve the basic technique of pasing under skills in volleyball games

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the student teams achievement division (STAD) type cooperative learning model to improve social skills and student achievement in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 2 Pagar Alam. The research design used a classroom action research model of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The research subjects were 73 students of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 2 Pagar Alam, consisting of 52 boys and 21 girls. Data collection techniques used observation and test assessment sheets, while the data analysis techniques mean (mean) and percentages and quasi-experimental data analysis with t-test. The results showed that the cooperative learning model type student teams achievement division can improve social skills and economic learning achievement in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Pagar Alam. The implication of the results of this study is that if teachers want to improve social skills and student achievement in Economics, then a cooperative learning model can be used in the type of student teams achievement division (STAD).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of the Discovery Learming Model to improve cooperation and student achievement in Biology subjects in class XI IPA SMA Negeri  3 Pagaralam This research was conducted using Classroom Action Research (CAR) and quasi-experimental. Data collection methods in this study used observation sheets to measure the learning process and student cooperation and to measure student achievement using tests. CAR was carried out in class XI IPA. Experiments in class XI IPA.4 and Control in class XI IPA.1. Data analysis for CAR uses the t test. Meanwhile, for quasi experiments using the normality test, homogeneity, and t test. The results show that the application of the Discovery Leaming model can improve cooperation  and si's learning achievement  self as seen from the teacher's ability to implement the learning model, namely in the first cycle it was in the poor category, in the second cycle it was good, and in the third cycle it was very good.  Student collaboration data showed an increase, namely in the first cycle the category was poor, in the second cycle the category was good, and in the third cycle it was categorized as very good.  The achievement value in the first cycle is 61.69, the second cycle is 71.96 and the third cycle is 83.62.  The post-test scores for cycles I and II have not yet achieved classical completeness because s is 85% and cycle III has reached classical completeness  85%.  This study resulted in the conclusion that the application of the Discovery Leaming model can improve cooperation and student achievement in Biology subjects

Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) Application of Cooperative Learning Model Types of Pictures and Images to improve the students' moral character in the second grade Islamic Religious Education subject at SD Negeri 36 Pagar Alam. (2) Application of the Cooperative Learning Model Types of Pictures and Images to improve student achievement in the second grade Islamic Religious Education subject at SD Negeri 36 Pagar Alam. (3) The effectiveness of the application of the cooperative learning model types of pictures and pictures when compared to conventional learning methods. The population of this study were students of class II SD Negeri 36 Pagar Alam who were taken in 18 people, grade II students of SD Negeri I3 Pagar Alam were included in 40 people with a total of 58 people, from different schools the population was insufficient for the total sampling, namely for the control class. and the experimental class, but the school which is the experimental class and the control class is geographically located not so far from the school that is the research subject, in one sub-district about 10 minutes from the research subject class school. Sampling is done by total sampling, which is determined by taking the entire population into a sample. The research sample that acts as an action class is class IIC SDN 36 Pagar Alam which is assessed by 18 students, the experimental class research is class II which can be determined by 20 students from SD Negeri 13 Pagar Alam, for the control class is class II B which corresponds to 20 students who is at SD Negeri 13 Pagar Alam. Technique data using observation sheets and tests. The result of this research is learning with the application of the Cooperative Learning Model Types of Pictures and Images that can improve students' moral values in learning, especially in the subject of Islamic Religious Education

Abstract

 The aims  of this research is to describe the formative assessment based on the quizizz  application to improve student learning achievement as well as to see its effectiveness on student achievement in Chemistry subject in class X MIPA at SMAN I Pagar Alam. This study design using classroom action research and continued with the experimental approach in the form of quasi exsperiment. The research subjects were students of class X MIPA 1 as the PTK class, X MIPA 2 as the Experiment class and X MIPA 3 as the control class. The data collection techniques used in the study were the observation sheets and student test results. Analysis of the data used is the average value (the mean) and the t-test test. The results of this study can be concluded that the  assessment based on the application quizizz is effective in improving student achievement in chemistry subject in class X Mathematics and Natural Sciences students at SMA Negeri 1 Pagar Alam.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the discovery learning model in improving the creative thinking skills and learning achievement of students and to describe the effectiveness of the application of the discovery learning model in improving the learning achievement of students in Chemistry subjects. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) and quasi-experimental using a pre-test and post-test control group design. The study population was students of class X MIPA at SMA Negeri 4 Pagar Alam in the academic year 2020/2021. The research subjects were randomly selected by students of class X MIPA1 as the PTK class, X MIPA 2 as the experimental class and X MIPA 5 as the control class. Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets to measure the learning process and creative thinking abilities of students and tests to measure learning achievement. While data analysis used average score analysis, normality test, homogeneity test and t-test. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of discovery learning models can improve students' creative thinking skills; (2) the aimplementation of discovery learning models can improve student achievement; (3) the application of discovery learning models effectively improves students' learning achievement

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Number Heads Together cooperative learning model in increasing self-confidence and learning achievement of grade V students of SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam. The research design used was classroom action research and quasi-experimental. The subjects of classroom action research (PTK) were students of class V.A even semester of the 2020/2021 school year SD Negeri 1 Pagaralam. For the quasi-experimental sample, the classes V.B and V.C. The research instrument used observation sheets and tests. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, mean, percentage, and t-test. The results showed that: First, the application of the Number Heads Together cooperative learning model can increase students' self-confidence. Second, the application of the Number Heads Together cooperative learning model can improve student achievement. Third, the application of the Number Heads Together cooperative learning model is more effective in improving student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods. The conclusion of the research is that the Number Heads Together cooperative learning model can increase self-confidence and student achievement and is more effective in increasing student achievement compared to conventional learning.

Abstract

This study aims to produce interactive multimedia for dynamic electric learning that is feasible and practical and is able to improve student learning achievement. This research method uses development research using modifications and a combination of the Akker development model and Tessmer's formative evaluation. This research goes through the analysis, design and evaluation stages. The interactive multimedia developed was further validated by media experts and material experts. The feasibility of the material got a score of 3.56 in the very feasible category and the feasibility of the media got a score of 3.65 in the very feasible category. To test the practicality of interactive multimedia, it was tested one to one and a small group. The results of the quantitative questionnaire assessment of students had a mean of 3.46 with the very practical category. To test its effectiveness on student’s learning achievement, a field test was carried out. Based on the results of t-test analysis on the pre-test value in the control class and experimental class, the Sig (2 tailed) value was 0.943> 0.05. This means there is no significant difference in the pre-test scores of the control class and the experimental class. Furthermore, based on the results of the t test analysis on the post-test scores of the control class and the experimental class, the Sig (2 tailed) value of 0.001 <0.05 was obtained. This shows a significant difference in the post-test scores of the control class and the experimental class. Based on these results it can be concluded that interactive multimedia is feasible, practical and can improve learning achievement in students

This study aims to describe the application of the Advance Organizers learning model to increase student attention and learning achievement in Computer and Basic Network subjects in the tenthgrade students of TKJ at SMK Negeri 1 Jarai. The research design used was classroom action research and quasi-experimental. The research subjects were students of class X.a TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Jarai even semester of the 2020/2021 school year. For the quasi-experimental sample, class X.b and class X.c as the control class. The research instrument used observation sheets and tests. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, mean, percentage, and t-test. The results showed that the application of the Advance Organizers learning model could increase student attention and learning achievement in Computer and Basic Network subjects of the tenthgrade students of TKJ at SMK Negeri 1 Jarai.
