This study aims to evaluate the academic supervision program of the principal of a public elementary school in Rejang Lebong Regency, Indonesia. This research is an evaluation study of the CIPP model with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were principals and teachers of public elementary schools in Rejang Lebong Regency. Techniques for data collection include observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The outcomes of the study reveal that, first, the setting of the principal's academic supervision program does not meet the criteria. There are still numerous flaws, such as the principal's lack of understanding of the notion of academic supervision, which has prevented them from properly developing program planning. Second, the input of the academic supervision program has not fully supported the program, there are still many shortcomings such as no stakeholder support, and not being able to find the right strategy both in planning and in program implementation. Third, the process of the academic supervision program has not been following the plan, such as the program implementation steps. Fourth, the product of the academic supervision program has not shown an increase in teacher performance. However, both teachers and principals want the principal's academic supervision program to continue by correcting all its shortcomings and weaknesses. The conclusion of the academic supervision program of the principal of the public elementary school in Rejang Lebong Regency as a whole has not been fulfilled but is continuing with improvements, both in terms of context, input, process, and product aspects. For this reason, in this study, the author offers a model of academic supervision training based on KKS and KKG through mentoring.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the general school leadership and discipline of work with teacher performance junior high schoolAs the District of STL TerawasUluMusiRawas. The study population was all government school teachers in junior high schoolAs the District STL TerawasUluMusiRawas which amounted to 102 people, with a standard error of 10%, the number of samples from a population of 102 people to 73 people. The conclusions of the research are as follows: First, a significant difference between the Leadership Principal principals on teacher performance by the correlation value of 0.343. Secondly, a significant difference between the performance of teachers Work Discipline by the correlation value of 0.736. Third, there is simultaneously a significant influence between Headmaster Leadership and Work Discipline principals on teacher performance by the correlation value of 0.737.

This research aimed to describe the application of guided inquiry model to improve student’s confidence in grade V SDN Gugus VIII Bengkulu City in science lesson, to describe the application of guided inquiry model to improve student achievement , and describing the effectiveness of the application of guided inquiry model to improve student achievement in grade V SDN Gugus VIII Bengkulu City in science learning. The design used was Mixed methods Research. The subjects of this research were the students of grade V SDN Gugus VIII of Bengkulu City. The data collection in this research was done by observation and test sheet. Based on the results of research conducted during three cycles, the results showed that the ability of teachers in applying guided inquiry model had increased during its implementation, student confidence also increased from cycle I to cycle III, in addition to student achievement had a significant increase of the cycle I until cycle III.Keywords: guided inquiry model, student confidence, and learning achievement

This research purpose to increase the independence and student achievement in the class X students majoring in accounting at SMA N 5 Bengkulu through the development modul of teaching materials of introductory finance and accounting. This research is the development of the subject of the research that teachers and students are in class XII IPS 1 to 20 students, of 35 students the class XII IPS 2 and 2 teacher introduction to the financial and accounting, while the object of this research is the module material introductory teaching finance and accounting. Analysis techniques by observation, interviews, expert judgment, questionnaires, research documentation and test results of learning. Based on these results it can be concluded that the development of teaching materials introductory finance and accounting module can increase the independence and student achievement.Keywords: module accounting, independence, learning achievement

This study aims to describe scientific attitudes and student achievement as well as to know the effectiveness of the application of experimental method to student achievement.The method used in this research is a combination method of classroom action research and quasi experiment.The research subject is a class action fifth grade students of State Elementary School 03 Taba Penanjung year 2016/2017 2nd half totaled 22 students.The population of this quasi-experimental research is all the students of grade V of State Elementary School of Class II Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah. The sample of his research was selected by two classes at the Central Elementary School 07 Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah that is class VA and VB.Technique of collecting data using observation sheet and test.Data analysis uses mean and t-test. The results concluded that: (1) Application of experimental methodcan improve students' scientific attitude;(2) Application of experiment method can significantly improve student's learning achievement, and (3) Application of effective experiment method can effectively improve student's learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of video tutorial learning on student learning achievement. The experimental design was used in this study. There were 48 students consists of 20 men and 28 women as respondents in the study. Data collection uses multiple choice objective tests with 5 answer choices. Test questions have been tested to see their validity and reliability. Data analysis using statistical assistance, namely the t test. The results of the study show that there is an influence of learning by using tutorial videos on student learning achievement. The use of tutorial videos in learning can be applied to other fields of study.

The objective of this research is to know the effect of cooperative learning method (Jigsaw and TPS) and cognitive style on students’ learning outcomes of science. The research was applied to 36 students on fourth grade of SDN 07 Kota Bengkulu, which are 18 students applied jigsaw and 18 students applied TPS. This research used an experimental method with 2 x 2 factorial design. Data was collected through questionnaires and tests. Data analysis used two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and t-test. The results of this research are: (1) learning outcomes of students applied jigsaw are higher than learning outcomes of students applied TPS; (2) learning outcomes between field independent students do not have a significant difference with field dependent students; (3) there is an interaction between learning method and the cognitive style of students towards the students’ learning outcomes; (4) Learning outcomes of field independent students applied jigsaw are higher than field independent students applied TPS; (5) learning outcomes between field dependent students applied jigsaw do not have a significant difference with field dependent students applied TPS.

The objective is to know to Influence of cooperative learning and participation on biological learning achievement. The research method is a quation experiment with the experimental design used by the research with 2x2 factorial design. Research subject of X1 IPA class X1 IPA 1 as experimental class that applied to implementation of cooperative learning model of STAD type while X1 IPA 2 class is used as experimental class II while XI IPA 3 is not subject to sample action in This research is all students of the grade XI IPA 1, XI IPA 2 and XI IPA 3 which are divided into 3 classes. Data analysis is done with the average (class) and test- Anava. The results of this study show: 1) There are differences in learning outcomes of students who learn with cooperative learning models of STAD and JIGSAW, 2) There is a influence of interaction between cooperative learning models and participation in learning outcomes Students, 3) There are differences in the learning outcomes of students whose study participation is learning with the cooperative learning models of STAD and JIGSAW, 4) There are differences in the learning outcomes of students who study the low learning with models The cooperative learning of STAD and JIGSAW types
