Jurnal Informatika Progres merupakan jurnal Blind Peer-Review yang dikelola secara profesional dan diterbitkan oleh P3M STMIK Profesional Makassar dalam upaya membantu peneliti, akademisi, dan praktisi untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitiannya. Jurnal ini didedikasikan untuk publikasi hasil penelitian dalam bidang yang memuat artikel tentang Teknologi, Komunikasi, Informasi dan Komputer. Terbit dua kali setiap tahun, 2 nomor 1 volume, yaitu pada bulan April dan September. Semua publikasi di Jurnal Informatika Progres ini bersifat akses terbuka yang memungkinkan artikel tersedia secara online tanpa berlangganan apapun.

<![CDATA[Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim dari STMIK Profesional yang dilaksanakan pada 12 Desember 2015, bertempat di SMK Mahardika telah mendapat sambutan yang sangat baik dan antusiasme yang tinggi.Tujuan dari IbM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terhadap materi pelatihan. Adapun target yang ingin dicapai adalah siswa memiliki kompetensi sesuai standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan terhadap materi database dan pemrograman web. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalah mitra dalam pelatihan desain aplikasi database berbasis web adalah metode pelatihan orang dewasa (androgogi) dengan teknik partisipatif, antara lain metode ruang kelas, demonstrasi dan contoh serta simulasi. Secara garis besar terbagi dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi.Faktor pendukung kegiatan tersebut diantaranya peserta pelatihan memiliki kemauan yang besar untuk mendapatkan informasi dan pengetahuan mengenai materi aplikasi database dan pemrograman web. Sedang kendala yang dihadapi pada saat pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah keterbatasan dalam fasilitas pendukung dalam kegiatan pelatihan yaitu jumlah kursi peserta yang tidak sesuai dengan jumlah peserta, sehingga beberapa peserta harus duduk di lantai saat mengikuti pelatihan.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam rangka mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik sesuai dengan konsep Good Governance, salah satu fokus pemerintah adalah memberikan pelayanan publik yang menganut perinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Oleh karena itu peranan sistem informasi yang didukung dengan Internet and Comunication Technology (ICT) dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintah sangat penting untuk meningkatkan produktifitas baik tingkat daerah maupun tingkat nasional. Penggunaan ICT yang dibangun atas dasar arus informasi yang bebas membawa manfaat terhadap seluruh proses pemerintahan dan informasinya dapat diakses oleh semua pihak yang berkepentingan. Secara garis besar ICT memberikan manfaat dalam hal antara lain : Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas (paperless), proses menjadi lebih efisien dan efektif, proses terintegrasi sehingga akurasi data lebih tinggi, mengurangi kesalahan, proses dilakukan secara transparan, karena semua proses berjalan secara online. <![CDATA[The objective of research is to examine whether Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure affects on the profitability performance and firm’s value for three years. Corporate Social Responsibility Index (CSRI) by GRI 3 is used as the proxy of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure. This population of research is companies registered within mining sector list on Indonesia Stock Exchanges with the period 2011-2013. Sample selection methods using purposive sampling. Analysis of data using simple regression, coefficient determination and t statistical test. This result of the research show that Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure has positive and significant influence on the profitability performance namely ROA, ROE and NPM. So does Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure has positive and significant influence on the firm’s value.]]>

<![CDATA[TK / TPA Khoirul Anam is one of the Education Park Qur'an (TPA) or TPQ, the most basic level of education. It aims to educate, teach and inculcate the pupils in reading the Qur'an tartil. The applied learning system still uses a conventional system that is Uztad and Ustadzah teaches directly from recognizing hijaiyah letters of the Iqro book volume 1 to volume 6, with a direct reading method, CBSA (Active Student Learning Method).IbM team introduced a method of learning to read the letters of hijaiyah by using Animation Application Program. Its objectives were (1) To help the teachers and pupils in the process of learning to read the letters of hijjaiyyah by using animation applications. (2) To improve the skills of pupils in reading letters hijaiyyah by using animation applications. The learning method used a lecture and demonstration methods.The training activities lasted in 300 minutes (5 hours). The first part of the training was to demonstrate the animation application wherein each part consisted of 4 levels, each level based on the level of reading on Iqro 1 to Iqro 6.The pupils had a test before teacher explained the subject about how to read the letters of hijaiyyah by using animation application. After the training was conducted, the pupils had a test again to determine the effectiveness of the animation application which was able to be absorbed by the pupils. From the data of 15 respondents were then asked questions, the ability of respondents who answered the question with the correct answers were 12 pupils. There were 80% of pupils who answered questions correctly. There were 3 respondents from 15 respondents who answered the questions with the wrong answers. It means that there were 20% of pupils who were not able to answer the questions correctly.]]>

<![CDATA[Smart Home is an integration between the technologies and services that are implemented on a home. This study aims to improve the security, safety, comfort and energy savings. This research uses descriptive method. Data were analyzed using the basic theories of smart home, which uses server. The concept of smart home is not the technology of the future, this concept has been developed at this time and have a direct impact on the lifestyle of people in it. The results showed that a person who is outside the home can interact and controlling of all devices in the home by simply using mobile devices such as smartphones.]]>

<![CDATA[Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Makassar is a large hospital that gives the servicing to patients. To increase servicing, the patient can registry through SMS Gateway. Through a program SMS calls "SMS RS Ibnu Sina," patients can order whatever they want a registration of ‘ Rawat Jalan dan Rawat Inap’ at any time they want, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. The program can send the billing statement for patients that have debt. The benefits of SMS RS Ibnu Sina go beyond patient satisfaction, and can reduce queue’s patients. Patients can send SMS of suggestion, claim.]]>

<![CDATA[Tri Darma college covers, education, research and community service. The three components are interrelated with each other in supporting the success of teaching and learning in higher education. There are several factors to support teaching and learning activities, such as faculty-student ratio, frequency of attendance of lecturers in teaching and students in receiving lectures, as well as things that are non-technical.This research was conducted at the College of Informatics and Computer Management (STMIK) Profesional Makassar for year 2016 in Studies Program Information System, Information Management, Computer Engineering and Computerized Accounting Results showed overall good for the classroom theory and practical classes can be stated that the achievement of the highest number there on the course following the Computerized Accounting Information Management, Information Systems and lowest achievement is a program of study Computer Engineering. Their GPA for 7 semesters students from years 2012-2015 for Computerized Accounting Studies Program higher than that of the three other courses. Second-placed highest on the course for Information Management, Information System and the average low is IPS Computer Engineering study program.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah prototipe robot pelayan restoran menggunakan sensor garis dan sensor pir dengan algoritma optimasi lintasan yang implementasinya disematkan ke dalam mikrokontroller. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksprementaal yaitu dengan melakukan perancangan, pembuatan dan pengujian model sistem. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa robot pelayan restoran ini dapat bekerja sesuai kemampuan atau daya baterai yang digunakan. Hal ini tidak terdapat pada tenaga kerja manusia yang bekerja secara part time. Cara kerja robot tidak dapat diintervensi oleh perintah lain dari pelanggan seperti panggilan suara atau sentuhan, karena hanya mengikuti perintah koki. Sehingga tidak mempengearuhi proses bekerjanya ketika melakukan pengantaran, Seperti tidak dapat berbalik mendadak karena perintah baru. Selain itu, diketahui akurasi atau ketepatan pada robot lebih baik karena sifatnya yang otomatis. Sebab sifat perintah pada robot sudah deprogram terlebih dahulu, sehingga kesalahan pada oenempatan dapat dihindari s ebagimana yang biasa terjadi pada tenaga kerja manusia.adalah emosi akibat kelelahan atau kesehatan dan beban pikiran yang menyertai ketika bekerja. Sedangkan pada robot, faktor itu tidak terjadi karena sifatnya yang mekanistik.]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims at discovering the effectiveness level of the Think Talk Write (TTW) Strategy in mathematics learning based on the students’ learning styles at SMPS PPM Rahmatul Asri Enrekang. This researchis pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this research was all female students of class VIII at SMPS PPM Rahmatul Asri Enrekang which consisted of 3 classes and the samples of this research were class VIIIE with 20 persons and class VIIIF with 24 persons which had the same treatment, so the sample in this research counted as one group. The sampling technique was conducted by employing stratified cluster random sampling. The data collected consisted of the students’ learning outcomes, the students’ response data, and the learning implementation data. The results of the research reveal that (1) teacher’s activities in presenting the learning process with the implementation of TTW strategy is in good category, (2) the studens’ learning outcomes after the implementation of TTW strategy is better then the student’s learning outcomes before TTW strategy is implemented, (3) the students’ response whether visual, auditorial, and kinestetic style toward the lesson plan is in positive category, (4) students’ activities in learning process with TTW strategy implementation is in good category. The result of inferential analysis by using One Way Anova test shows that the TTW strategy implementation is effective in Mathematics learning, especially in cube and rectangle material.]]>

<![CDATA[The research aimed (1) to construct a web-based application which could function as the server; (2) to monitor the development progress of the health services in the Community Health Center. The research used php application with the my sql database with the web display in the form of the health information, particularly in the community health center. The method used was the descriptive method. By conducting the analysis of the basic theories of the smart city, which were modeled and converted into the program language, the application of the smart city dashboard and the optimization of the health service using the application of the information technology at the health center woud be produced. The research result revealed that the output of the point spread of the patients, the data graphic of the patients’ visits showing their ages, the data graphic showing desease groups, and the uploaded patients, including the online maps visualizing the development progress of the services of the health center, which would facilitate the government, patients, and society in general to obtain more detailed information, and hence could make a decision and policy about the services and guaranteed the patients’ comfort in the future.]]>
