Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the factors that influence the entrepreneurial interest of the younger generation in the agricultural sector in Tinada District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. This type of research is quantitative in nature. The population of this research is the young generation in Tinada District with the sampling technique used, namely engineering proportional stratified random sampling. The questionnaire measurement scale uses a Likert scale which has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the research show that the t test carried out proves: 1) the existence of a negative and significant influence of the family environment on entrepreneurial interest in the agricultural sector (tcount-6,411> ttable1.663 and significance 0.000 < 0.05), 2) there is a positive and significant influence of income expectations on entrepreneurial interest in agriculture (tcount7, 792 > ttable1.663 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05), 3) there is a negative and significant influence of the level of education on interest in entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector (tcount-6,179 > ttable1.663 and significance 0.000 < 0.05). For the F test, this research shows that there is a positive and significant influence of family environment, income expectations, level of education on entrepreneurial interest in agriculture (Fcount 45,812 > Ftable 2.72 and significance 0.000 < 0.05). Meanwhile onadjusted r square shows that the joint results between the dependent variables in this study were 61.3% and the remaining 38.7% of the increase was influenced by other variables or factors that were not explained by this thesis research.Keywords: interests; entrepreneurship; generation; family; education   ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha generasi muda di sektor pertanian di Kecamatan Tinada Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah generasi muda di Kecamatan Tinada dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik proporsional stratified random sampling. Skala pengukuran kuesioner menggunakan skala likert yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji t yang dilakukan membuktikan: 1) adanya pengaruh negatif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha di sektor pertanian (t hitung-6,411 > t tabel 1,663 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05), 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan harapan pendapatan terhadap minat berwirausaha di sektor pertanian (t hitung7,792 > t tabel 1,663 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05), 3) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan tingkat pendidikan terhadap minat berwirausaha di sektor pertanian (t hitung-6,179 > t tabel 1,663 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Untuk uji F, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga, harapan pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan terhadap minat berwirausaha di bidang pertanian (F hitung 45,812 > F tabel 2,72 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Hasil gabungan antar variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini sebesar 61,3% dan sisanya sebesar 38,7% peningkatannya dipengaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan oleh penelitian tesis ini.Kata Kunci: minat; kewirausahaan; generasi; keluarga; pendidikan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study explores the development strategy of Jamur Borobudur, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) engaged in oyster mushroom cultivation and agro-education in the Borobudur area, Magelang, Indonesia. As the popularity of agrotourism increases, Jamur Borobudur has transitioned from a traditional farming operation to an agro-educational site offering visitors insights into mushroom cultivation. This transformation aims to enhance business sustainability and capitalize on its strategic location near Borobudur Temple, a key tourist destination. A SWOT analysis was employed to assess internal and external factors impacting the enterprise’s growth. Key strategies identified include strengthening partnerships with local businesses, increasing production efficiency through modern techniques, and expanding digital marketing efforts. The novelty of this study lies in its emphasis on integrating mushroom farming with agro-educational tourism, providing a unique business model that enhances both economic resilience and environmental awareness. Keywords: oyster mushroom; agro-education; agrotourism; SWOT analysis; borobudurABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji strategi pengembangan UMKM Jamur Borobudur, sebuah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di bidang budidaya jamur tiram dan agro-edukasi di kawasan Borobudur, Magelang, Indonesia. Seiring dengan meningkatnya popularitas agrowisata, Jamur Borobudur telah bertransformasi dari usaha pertanian tradisional menjadi wahana agro-edukasi yang memberikan wawasan kepada pengunjung tentang budidaya jamur. Transformasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan usaha dan memanfaatkan lokasinya yang strategis dekat Candi Borobudur, salah satu destinasi wisata utama. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menilai faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan usaha. Strategi kunci yang diidentifikasi meliputi penguatan kemitraan dengan bisnis lokal, peningkatan efisiensi produksi melalui teknik modern, dan perluasan pemasaran digital. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer decisions to purchascing trademarked tempeh in Langsa City. The independent variables used in this research are price, brand image, quality and packaging. The dependent variable  is the consumers’ decision to buy trademarked tempeh. The sampling technique was detrermined used the nonprobability sampling method, namely, the accidental sampling method of 60 respondents. Primary and secondary data were used for a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis included multiple linear regression analyses. The results show that  price and quality variables (X1 and X3) have a significant effect on consumer decisions in buying trademarked tempeh, whereas brand image and packaging variables (X2 and X4) do not have a significant effect on consumer decisions in buying trade branded tempeh.Keywords: tempeh; consumer decisions; price; brand image; quality; packaging ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli tempe bermerek di Kota Langsa. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah harga, citra merek, kualitas dan kemasan. Variabel terikatnya adalah keputusan konsumen dalam membeli tempe bermerek. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu metode accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan untuk pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga dan kualitas (X1 dan X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli tempe bermerek, sedangkan variabel citra merek dan kemasan (X2 dan X4) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli tempe bermerek.Kata Kunci: tempe; keputusan konsumen; harga; citra merek; kualitas; kemasan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to: (1) Identify risk events and causes; (2) Knowing the level of risk; (3) Mapping risks; and (4) Recommend preventive strategies that can be implemented in controlling appropriate risks in the green lettuce production process at T.G.F Co., Ltd. Data analysis was carried out using the HOR phase 1, Pareto diagram and HOR phase 2 methods. The data used were primary data and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, filling out questionnaires, and literature study. The resource persons in this research were the head of production, deputy field leaders, and permanent employees of T.G.F Co., Ltd. The results of this research show that there are 18 risk events and 22 risk causes in the entire green lettuce production process at T.G.F Co., Ltd. Analysis of the phase 1 HOR model and risk mapping using the Pareto diagram, it is known that there are 9 priority risk causes (2 in sowing, 1 in planting, 4 in maintenance, and 2 in harvesting). To deal with the causes of these priority risks, 19 preventive actions or mitigation strategies were formulated in the green lettuce production process at T.G.F Co., Ltd.Keywords: risk mitigation strategy; fishbone diagram; HOR mode; pareto diagram   ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengidentifikasi kejadian dan penyebab risiko; (2) Mengetahui tingkat risiko; (3) Memetakan risiko; dan (4) Merekomendasikan strategi preventif yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengendalikan risiko yang tepat pada proses produksi selada hijau di T.G.F Co., Ltd. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode HOR fase 1, Diagram Pareto, dan HOR fase 2. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, pengisian kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Narasumber pada penelitian ini adalah kepala produksi, wakil pemimpin lapangan, dan karyawan tetap T.G.F Co., Ltd. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat 18 kejadian risiko dan 22 penyebab risiko pada seluruh proses produksi selada hijau di T.G.F Co., Ltd. Berdasarkan hasil analisis model HOR fase 1 dan pemetaan risiko menggunakan diagram pareto, diketahui terdapat 9 penyebab risiko prioritas (2 pada penyemaian, 1 pada penanaman, 4 pada pemeliharaan, dan 2 pada pemanenan). Untuk menghadapi penyebab risiko prioritas tersebut, dirumuskan 19 aksi preventif atau strategi mitigasi pada proses produksi selada hijau di T.G.F Co., Ltd. Kata Kunci: strategi mitigasi risiko; diagram fishbone; metode HOR; diagram pareto

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the application of 5S work culture at Yogo Nouen Farm on each variable, namely seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke. The type of research used is qualitative research with the data sources being primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The research informants used are key informants, namely the Head of Part II and the Head of Farmers and supporting informants, namely Foreign Workers from Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Nepal. The data processing method used is the Miles and Huberman Model with the data validity technique is source triangulation and triangulation method as well as member check and reliability test is using the NVIVO 12 application. The result of this study is that from all measurements of the implementation of the 5S work culture, namely seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke,  two variables were found that have not been implemented properly, namely the seiketsu variable and the shitsuke variable. In  the variable of seketsu, it is indicated that there has been no marking or labeling of dangerous goods or equipment and warnings to be careful in the work area. The shitsuke variable  is indicated by the number of employees who have not complied with the predetermined regulations.Keywords: implementation; work culture; 5SABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan budaya kerja 5S di Yogo Nouen Farm pada masing-masing variabel yaitu seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, dan shitsuke. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Informan penelitian yang digunakan adalah informan kunci yaitu Kepala Bagian II dan Kepala Petani serta informan pendukung yaitu Tenaga Kerja Asing (TKA) asal Indonesia, Vietnam, Kamboja, dan Nepal. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Model Miles dan Huberman dengan teknik keabsahan data yaitu triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode serta member check dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan aplikasi NVIVO 12. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari seluruh pengukuran penerapan budaya kerja 5S yaitu seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, dan shitsuke ditemukan dua variabel yang belum terlaksana dengan baik yaitu variabel seiketsu dan variabel shitsuke. Pada variabel seketsu terindikasi belum adanya penandaan atau pelabelan barang atau peralatan berbahaya serta peringatan untuk berhati-hati di area kerja. Variabel shitsuke terindikasi dari banyaknya karyawan yang belum menaati peraturan yang telah ditetapkan.Kata kunci: penerapan; budaya kerja; 5S
