Abstract

Abstract: Character education plays an important role in forming students with high morals and ethics. This study aims to examine the optimization of folklore as a means of internalizing ethics in character education in elementary schools. The method used is qualitative through literature studies and observations of folklore-based learning practices. The results of the study indicate that the use of folklore interactively through reflective discussions, role-playing, and digital media can improve students' understanding and involvement in moral values. Teachers who apply creative methods in conveying stories are also able to foster students' interest in character values such as honesty, hard work, and mutual cooperation. This optimization not only strengthens character education, but also contributes to the preservation of local culture. Keywords: Folklore, Internalization of Ethics, Character EducationAbstrak: Pendidikan karakter memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk siswa yang berakhlak dan bermoral tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji optimalisasi cerita rakyat sebagai sarana internalisasi etika dalam pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan observasi praktik pembelajaran berbasis cerita rakyat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan cerita rakyat secara interaktif melalui diskusi reflektif, permainan peran, dan media digital dapat meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterlibatan siswa terhadap nilai-nilai moral. Guru yang menerapkan metode kreatif dalam menyampaikan cerita juga mampu menumbuhkan minat siswa terhadap nilai-nilai karakter seperti kejujuran, kerja keras dan gotong royong. Optimalisasi ini tidak hanya memperkuat pendidikan karakter, tetapi juga berkontribusi dalam pelestarian budaya lokal.Kata kunci: Cerita Rakyat, Internalisasi Etika, Pendidikan Karakter

Abstract

This research aims to develop and analyze the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning strategy (PjBL) in the Dynamic Archives Management course in the Study Program of Office Administration Education. PjBL is applied to improve students' ability in managing dynamic archives, both in terms of theory and practice. The method used is quantitative, with data collection through pretest and posttest before and after the implementation of PjBL. The results of the research showed a significant increase in students' abilities, with an increase in posttest scores compared to pretests. In addition to improving technical skills, PjBL also helps students develop collaboration, problem-solving and leadership skills. Most students showed consistent improvement, although some struggled with time management and cooperation. The archive management projects completed by students showed more systematic and efficient results. The conclusion of this research is that PjBL is effective in improving students' competency in managing dynamic archives, while strengthening soft skills including teamwork and communication. This approach can be widely applied in office administration education.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically investigate the impact of the labor force and population on government expenditure as a percentage of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in five selected developed countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Germany, and Australia. The research employs secondary quantitative data sourced from the World Bank and other official institutions, which are subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression with a panel data approach. The analysis includes descriptive statistics, presented through tables and graphs, and inferential statistics to examine the significance of the independent variables' effects on the dependent variable. The empirical findings reveal that both the labor force and population exert a statistically significant influence on government expenditure as a percentage of GDP, both individually and collectively. These results underscore the relevance of demographic and workforce dynamics in shaping fiscal policy across developed economies.Keywords: Labor Force, Population, Government Expenditure, Multiple Linear Regression, Panel Data.
