Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve young people's understanding of constitutional law as a preventive measure against socio-political conflicts in the region. Low legal literacy and rampant political disinformation necessitate practical and participatory legal education. The activity was carried out in Korpri Jaya Village, Bandar Lampung City, involving 40 participants from among young people, youth organizations, and community leaders through workshops, focus group discussions, role-playing simulations, and the creation of educational digital media. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of constitutional law principles and the formation of rational attitudes and respect for legal mechanisms. This activity also gave birth to the Korpri Jaya Law- Conscious Youth Forum as a platform for continuing legal literacy. Overall, this program emphasizes the importance of legal literacy as the foundation of local social and political resilience and a means of shaping a young generation with integrity, national insight, and a commitment to social peace.

Abstract

Beberapa remaja belum paham menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan organ reproduksi mereka, kemungkinan disebabkan kurangnya informasi, untuk itu kami melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan yang berbertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran siswi SMA Negeri 2 Metro agar bisa menajga kesehatan dan kebersihan organ wanitanya selama menstruasi. Metode penyuluhan dengan presentasi, pembagian leaflet, diskusi inetraktif dan pertanyaan pre test sebelum dilakukannya penyuluhan serta dilakukan post test setelah penyuluhan terhadap 34 siswi kelas XII. Hasilnya terdapat penambahan pengetahuan, ada 32 (94%) siswi paham sedangkan belum paham hanya 2 (6%) siswi. Pembahasan dalam penyuluhan ini memberikan dampak postif dengan hasil penambahan pemahamann remaja putri mengenai merawat kebersihan dan kesehatan organ wanita ketika menstrusi, juga diharapkan kedepannya bisa diaplikasikan dalam kesehariannya saat menstruasi. Kesimpulannya tim dosen meberikan dampak positif melalui aktiviats ini bahwasannya pendidikan kesehatan di sekolah wajib agar pemahaman siswi tentang menjaga dan merawat kesehatan juga kebersihan organ wanita saat menstruasi

Abstract

Developing the competitiveness of MSMEs requires an integrated approach between strategic management and performance management so that businesses can survive and grow sustainably. This community service aims to improve the capacity of MSME actors in developing targeted business strategies and implementing a performance management system based on measurable indicators. The implementation methods include needs identification, participatory training, assistance in strategic plan development, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) development, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activities show an increase in MSME actors' understanding of the importance of business environment analysis, competitive strategy formulation, and periodic business performance measurement. In addition, partner MSMEs have successfully developed simple strategic plans and key performance indicators that can be used as business control tools. The integration of strategic management and performance management has proven to help MSMEs improve operational efficient.
