Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian library research, jenis penelitian ini bersifat analisis-deskriptif berupa narasi yang disajikan dengan data yang akurat, penulis memberikan analisa yang komprehensif terhadap berbagai literatur yang tertulis maupun yang bersumber dari media cetak maupun elektronik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Alquran menjadi kitab suci yang bersifat rahmatal lilalamiin, keadaannya mendatangkan kebaikan dan keselamatan bagi siapapaun, maka dalam melihat masyarakat yang majemuk Alquran menitikberatkan dalam beberapa hal, antara lain Alquran mengatakan prinsip ajaran agama bersifat universal atau terbuka terhadap siapapun pada sisi yang lain Alquran juga mengtakan adanya kesatuan nubuwwah hal menunjukkan bahwa ajaran yang diterima oleh para nabi pada prinsipnya ditemukan kesamaan yakni kebaikan dan keselamatan bagi sesama manusia. Dalam konteks negara Indonesia maka penegakan moderasi beragama sangatlah urgen mengingat bahwa negara ini sangat plural dalam semua aspek, pada sisi yang lain bahwa di negara Indonesia terdapat banyak kearifan lokal, juga sebagai pendorong dalam penegakan moderasi beragama di Indonesia.

Abstract

The discourse of interpretation does not only rely on two main sources, namely the Qur'an and Hadith, but also on the opinions of the Companions. So that the opinion of the friends becomes one of the references in explaining the general and problematic al-Qur'an that requires law. Tafsir al-Qur'an according to the opinion of the Companions is classified as a product that occurred in classical times because of the interpretation carried out as a reference product. The Companions interpreted the Qur'an with their opinions based on the knowledge and knowledge of the Qur'an in the form of explanations of the meaning and asbabul nuzul which consisted of social contextual society, history of society, causes of heredity, general meaning, and all meanings. contained in the Qur'an which includes fiqh, worship, aqidah, morals related to human life based on its rules: first, the friends in conveying their words must be correlated with the Qur'an and hadith. Second, the Companions who interpret the verses of the Qur'an must pay attention to the instructions that have been outlined. Third, the Companions used ijtihad in explaining the Qur'an without changing the meaning and content of the Qur'an. Thus, the ability to maintain the authenticity and sanctity of the Qur'an as God's revelation and become a major need in the current context in producing solutions to problems that arise requires legal studies.

Abstract

Ignaz Goldziher is one of the orientalist figures who criticize various Islamic studies. Especially regarding the Qur’an, which he put in his magnum opus, namely the book Mazhahib Al-Tafsir Al-Islami. In the book, he aggressively criticizes the authenticity of the Qur'an. He thought that the emergence of qira'at was due to the paleography of the ancient Qur'an which did not have dots and vowels, so he judged that qira'at al-Qur'an was ijtihad, not tauqifi. The purpose of this study is to provide a more in-depth explanation that the criticism made by Goldziher is a big mistake so that it can minimize confusion and worries from the general public. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results of the study conclude that Ignaz Goldziher's confusion in thinking arises because he assumes that the Qur'an comes from a text like the Bible. it is the text that was born from the Qur'an, because the guidelines for qira'at al-Qur'an are not writing but history. He forgot that Muslims maintain the authenticity of the Qur'an using oral traditions that are maintained through rote memorization and the transmission process of the sanad Which is mutawatir from generation to generation. So it is impossible to say that there is confusion in the Qur'an.

Abstract

AbstrakThe more angerous issue issue of gender problems, never stop rain tubs, begin to rain gerimis, even until the deras, from the time to time, from primitive times to the milineal era, from jahiliyah to modern times, always update and actual.The problem of the people’s view of women where since the first time before Islam came, until today, women are still also in the cosmos, accredited with a variety of religious reasons, and the understanding of the wrong society of the faceits faceits will support how the weakness of this woman, including the problem of women’s leadership, should not be women working for home.The actual tradition of ideology, one of the factors that make the problem of women is never exhausted, even many intellectuals, religions who write about women from various perspectives. One of the journals that have been written by Rena Asyari, one of the shepherds and teachers of the community of Pen Bandung, discussing women’s problems, he discussed about the negative side and positive women in the alquran. As well as Taqiyuddin Zarkasyi discussed about gender issues in the Orientation of Islamic Studies in the IAIN SU 2000-2010 (now UIN SU) he explained what the alquran view of women.The writer in this case, discussing things that are almost the same, only ada differences from the authors of research, which is more focused on pada the meaning of women according to alquran and sunnah, and what women's trials according to the alquran and faceis where the pada discussions previously did not mention the thing, the author reveals more in depth of the difference of the word and his interpreter according to the various mutations of the mufassir both the interpretation of alquran or explanation of the face itself. Because in the alquran meaning of women is much said, but the meaning is different.This research is a Library Research, which is a more minute research weighs on a library book, both classic web or contemporary books. Therefore, the author began from seeking a verse and faceits faceits who talked about women, seeing the word meaning of women in the alquran faceits hadits related to women, researching the interpretation of ulamas through the work of predecessed and contemporary ulamas, refers him to the book of tafsir. Then the author gave opinion and opinion in this case.This article starts from the preliminary chapter, the word meanings of women in the alquranulkarim, the origin of the incidence of women, rights and obligations as well as the existence of women both inside and outside the house, a mistaken view of women. Then the author pulls a short conclusion. Abstract

This research is motivated by the diversity of meanings of shade (zhilȃl). The word shade (zhilȃl) has been understood as positive, such as shade, shadows, shade and so on. However, the author found shade (zhilȃl) which has negative meanings, as found in the word of God surah al-Wȃqi'ah verse 43 "and in the shade of black smoke". The main issues discussed in this research are what the auspices of the Qur'an and those who received auspices in the Koran. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: to explain the meaning of shade in the Qur'an and to explain the people who get the shade presented by the Qur'an. The research style that the author uses in this discussion is patterned library (Library Research) with the interpretation approach maudhu'i by making the Qur'an and the books of interpretation as the main source (primary) and the author also refers to the books of hadith and books books related to this discussion as an additional (secondary) source. Based on the results of the library research that the author did, it can be seen that the shade in the Qur'an uses words that describe good (positive) traits or characters such as shade, shade and others. But shade is also used for negative things, such as shade is used for expressions that get shade in hell. The people who get shelter in the form of favor (positive) are the Children of Israel, people who believe and do good deeds, ashhab al-Yamin (right group), Prophet Musa and those who get shade in the form of punishment (negative) are: people who deny the truth, people who are shirk, ashhab syimal (left) and residents of Aikah.

Abstract

An-Nazha'ir or Mutaradif is a term for different lafadz but has the same or similar meaning. On thiis occasion, the authoor will discuss thee vocabulary that is included as Mutaradif, namely lafadz khauf and Khahyah. If we see, khauf and Khashyah have the same meaning, namely fear. The qualitative method is the one used in this paper. The conclusion of this article is However, if we pay attention, the two words above have different meanings and intentions. Where the word khauf describes fear that is based on suspicion, which encourages a person to prepare steps to avoid something negative. While Khashyah is fear based on knowledge, therefore, a person will leave fear except only to Allah.

Abstract

The issue of domestic violence is not a small issue that only occurs in families who do not have education but also occurs in educated families. The existence of an order to beat the wife when she is against her husband (nusyuz) is the entrance to violence against women in a household. This research is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive type, namely describing domestic violence according to the Qur'an and Hadith. Data were collected using document study techniques on related literature and analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the husband's violence against his wife in the household in a review of the Qur'an and hadith is the potential of the husband's ability to beat his wife for educational purposes after advising and separating beds. In fact, this stage is rarely carried out. There are various forms of sexual violence, namely physical, psychological, sexual and economic neglect. Al-Qur'an and hadith there is no verse that allows violence in a household even though there is an order to beat the wife when nusyuz except for educational purposes. Based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that Allah SWT and the Prophet did not allow violence to occur in the household.

Abstract

Talking about torture, what humans can imagine is a very painful disaster inflicted by Allah SWT on humans in return for their actions. The question always arises in everyone's mind, whether natural disasters and accidents in our transportation world have been planned by Allah? Is natural disaster a test, a blessing or a torment?This research is library research, namely research using written materials, such as books, journals, magazines, and so on. This research is a qualitative research of interpretation and presentation of data by means of descriptive-analytic method. Thematic method is the choice in completing this research. The results of this research explain that the meaning of torture is a warning of Allah's wrath on his creatures (humans) who have violated Allah's commands. torment said with all the fractions the word is mentioned in the Qur'an 374 times. The cause of torment or calamity is because of denying the verses of Allah. A proportional attitude in the face of torment is to istighfar and be patient.

Abstract

Abstrak artikel ini mengintip sekilas tentang aktifitas pedagang masakan di rumah makan / kaki lima kota padangsidimpuan. Pekerjaan ini sudah lama ditekuni oleh sebahagian masyarakat kota Padangsidimpuan. Sekilas profesi ini tidak menyalahi aturan Islam, selama dilakukan sesuai dengan tuntunannya. Ajaran Islam tentu mewajibkan umatnya untuk melaksanakan proses perdagangan yang baik dan benar. Salah satunya dilihat dari jenis barang yang akan diperjualbelikan mesti bersih dan bermanfaat. Termasuk di dalamnya perdagangan jenis makanan pokok, seperti nasi, ikan, daging dan lain sebagainya. Begitu juga dengan bahan makanan yang diolah dan diperdagangkan oleh rumah makan tersebut. Jenis makanan yang bersih dan baik tentu menjamin kehigienisan dan kemanfaatan makanan tersebut terhadap tubuh seseorang. Makanan yang diambil dan diolah dengan bersih akan menghasilkan makanan sehat dan bergizi. Makanan sehat tentu menjadikan tubuh kuat dan jauh dari berbagai penyakit. Untuk itu sudah sepantasnya setiap rumah makan dituntut menghidangkan jenis makanan yang bersih dan sehat. Sehingga konsumen yang menikmati makanan olahan tersebut merasa senang dan bahagaia. Namun, secara praktiknya tidak semua pedagang rumah makan di kota Padangsidimpuan menghidangkan makanan yang sehat dan bergizi. Umumnya pedagang mengutamakan rasa dan kelezatan dari masakannya. Sehingga mereka kurang memperhatikan segi kebermanfaatan makanan olahannya untuk tubuh konsumen. Terbukti masih banyaknya rumah makan yang mengolah masakannya dengan mengikut sertakan penyedap makanan non alami. Sementara penyedap makanan tersebut belum tentu menjamin kebersihan dan kesehatan tubuh. Sebenarnya, untuk menciptakan makanan yang lezat dan gurih bisa dilakukan dengan meracik bumbu secara alami. Hanya saja prosesnya sedikit memakan waktu dan menghabiskan banyak dana. Berbeda dengan penyedap makanan yang instan selain prosesnya mudah dan harga pun terjangkau.
