Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the variables Leadership, and Work Experience partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Ethics at Regional Water Supply Companies in Banggaid Regency and to analyze and find out whether of the two variables which has the dominant influence on Employee Work Ethics at Companies Banggai Regency Drinking Water Area. The samples in this study were 52 employees at the Banggai Regency Drinking Water Company. Library research methods (Library Research), namely research methods or techniques intended to obtain theories from books/literature and scientific writings that have a relationship with the discussion of this paper. For the research method using a field research method approach (Field Research), namely a research method carried out by making direct visits to research locations, namely the Regional Drinking Water Company in Banggai Regency. To obtain data by technique (Accidental Sampling) is a collection that is done through questionnaires and interviews. Documentation, namely data collection based on documents and other written reports that have something to do with this research and distributing questionnaires. And the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Based on the results of the study, it shows that partially the Leadership variable (X1), has a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Ethics (Y) at the Banggai Regional Drinking Water Company "partially the Work Experience variable (X2), has a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Ethics (Y) at the Company Banggai Regency Water Supply Area, the Work Experience variable (X2), has a dominant and significant influence on Employee Work Ethics (Y) at the Banggai Regency Water Supply Company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the information management function on the effectiveness of learning in elementary schools in Kindang District, Bulukumba Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative method that emphasizes the objective measurement aspects of social phenomena. The population in the study were employees/employees and all teachers at elementary schools in the Kindang District. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The test results show that the influence of information management together has a significant (significant) effect on the performance of elementary school employees/teachers in the Kindang District. This can be seen from the planning function, where before formulating a work program, it first implements policies, procedures and standards that must be achieved, then carries out activity planning by first coordinating with staff and employees and always adjusting planning materials. The organizing function, even though it shows a positive effect due to the selection and placement of employees and the assignment of clear assignments, coupled with the conditions of supporting facilities and infrastructure, therefore this function does not have a positive and significant effect. While the evaluation variable, although it has a positive effect, is not significant on the effectiveness of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on student loyalty in the STIE Pembangunan Indonesia Management Study Program using Telkomsel prepaid cards. Data collection techniques using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population in this study were all students of the Management Study Program at STIE Pembangunan Indonesia Economic Studies Program who used Telkomsel prepaid cards. The number of research samples is 77 people, the determination of the sample is by using the Slovin formula. Data analysis used a simple linear regression analysis technique, while a statistical t-test was used to test the research hypothesis. In addition, the coefficient of determination is used to find out how far the proportion of variation of the independent variable can explain the dependent variable well. The results showed: the marketing mix has a significant effect on student loyalty in the STIE Pembangunan Indonesia Management Study Program using Telkomsel prepaid cards. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the R Square value was 0.364, the effect of the marketing mix on consumer loyalty of students of the STIE Pembangunan Indonesia Management Study Program who used Telkomsel prepaid cards was 36.4%, while the influence of other variables not examined was 63.6%.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to: 1) analyze the effect of Management and Organizational Structure to Local Tax Revenue at the Department of Revenue Regency of Sidrap, 2) analyze the effect of Organizational Procedures to Local Tax Revenue at the Department of Revenue Regency of Sidrap 3) analyze the effect of Organizational Strategy to Local Tax Revenue at the Department of Revenue Regency of Sidrap, 4) analyze the effect of Management and Organizational Culture to Local Tax Revenue at the Department of Revenue Regency of Sidrap, 5) analyze the effect of Tax Administration Reform which includes the organizational structure, procedures Organizations, Organizational Strategy and Modernisation of the organizational culture to Local Tax Revenue at the Department of Revenue Regency of Sidrap The study was condute at the Department of Revenue Regional Regency of Sidrap. Sample was the Systematic random sampling with 44 employees as samples. Analysis of the data in this study using validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of study indicates that 1) Organizational Structure has positive and significant influence to Local Tax Revenue at the Department of Revenue Regency of Sidrap, 2) Management and Organizational Procedures has positive and significant influence to Local Tax Revenue at the Department of Revenue Regency of Sidrap 3)Management and  Organizational Strategy has positive and significant influence to Local Tax Revenue at the Department of Revenue Regency of Sidrap, 4) Modernisation of the management and organizational culture has positive and significant influence to Local Tax Revenue at the Department of Revenue Regency of Sidrap, 5) Tax Administration Reform which includes the organizational structure, procedures Organizations, Organizational Strategy and Modernisation of the organizational culture simultaneously have significant influence to Local Tax Revenue at the Department of Revenue Regency of Sidrap.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Education and Training Personnel Board of East Kutai Regency. The population in this study were employees at the Education and Training Personnel Board of East Kutai Regency with a total sample of 32 people. The methods of collecting data in this study are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive methods and quantitative methods, namely with multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the East Kutai Regency Personnel Education and Training Agency. Based on the independent variable F test (compensation, work discipline and work environment) together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance). Through testing the correlation coefficient (R) it is found that the level of correlation or relationship between compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance is a high relationship, namely 59.4%. And compensation is the most dominant factor influencing employee performance at the East Kutai Education and Training Personnel Board

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to find out and analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Agriculture Service Office in Mamasa Regency, 2) to find out and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of State Civil Apparatuses at the Agriculture Service Office in Mamasa Regency, and 3) To know and analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of the Civil State Apparatus at the Agriculture office in Mamasa Regency. The analytical method used in this study is method Multiple Regression analysis. The research data were obtained from the State Civil Apparatus of the Agriculture Service Office in Mamasa Regency. The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory in nature. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Agriculture Service Office in Mamasa Regency, 2) Motivation gives a positive and significant influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Agriculture Service Office in Mamasa Regency, and 3) Work discipline  has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Agriculture Service Office in Mamasa Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, products and promotions on customer satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Palopo city. This research was conducted at PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Palopo city. with a population and a sample of all customers totaling 50 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed through Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and the Coefficient of Determination (R2), using the SPSS application. The results showed that service and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while promotions had a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. The dominant product variable influences customer satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Palopo city.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and work ability on employee performance in Pai sub-district, Makassar city. This study uses a combined approach, namely using qualitative and quantitative approaches using primary data as a reference. The sample used in this study is the entire population, which is 60 respondents. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire consisting of 15 statements of the total number. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression techniques with simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that by means of a simultaneous test (f test) there is a sig probability of 0.000. Sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) it can be concluded that Ho is rejected H1 is accepted, so there is a positive and significant influence. Partially (t test) there is an effect of the tcount (3,875) > ttable (1,296) and the resulting significant value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and job training on micro, small and medium enterprises in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City This study uses a combined approach, namely using qualitative and quantitative approaches using primary data as a reference. The sample used in this study is the entire population, namely as many as 81 respondents This data collection technique uses a questionnaire consisting of several statements of the total number. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression techniques with simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that job training and motivation have a significant relationship with the performance of MSMEs in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the PAI Kelurahan office in Makassar City in mid-December to mid-January. Sampling in this study used as many as 42 respondents. the data collection technique is to use a questionnaire distributed to respondents. the research variables are Compensation (X1), Competence (X2), and Employee performance (Y). This study uses validity and quantitative analysis, to test the level of reliability using Cronbach Alpha and then the data is processed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the t test with a significance level of 5%. This study uses the SPSS Version 25 tool. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that employee performance is influenced by compensation and competency variables. The result of the determination (R2) of one dependent variable. That is 0.970, which means that the performance variable is able to explain 97% of employee performance while the remaining 3% is influenced by other variable factors that were not examined. from the results of the calculation of the t test it can be seen that the compensation and competency variables partially affect employee performance.
