Abstract

This study aims to examine work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction on teacher performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, the sample in this study is elementary school teachers in the Maluku district, West Sulawesi, totaling 100 people. The results of the T test of this study indicate that the variables Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and the results of the F test indicate that the variables work motivation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance together.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Alfamidi wonomulyo. The population in this study were all consumers who shopped or made purchases at Alfamidi wonomulyo by calculating the population taken three months during the study, totaling 9,000 people, determining the sample in the study this uses the slovin formula so that the results of the number of samples used in this study are 99 respondents to answer the distribution of questionnaires distributed by researchers. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alfamidi wonomulyo, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alfamidi wonomulyo, and price and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Alfamidi wonomulyo. In the price variable, it is hoped that the company can increase the affordability of prices to each consumer in order to make it easier for consumers to make a purchasing decision at Alfamidi so that it benefits a company.

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to find out and analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, 2) to find out and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, 3) to find out and analyze the influence of career development on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, and 4) To identify and analyze simultaneously the influence of organizational culture, motivation and career development on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency. The analytical method used in this study is the Multiple Regression analysis method. The research data were obtained from employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, totaling 261 people with a sample based on the Slovin formula so that the total sample was 72 people. The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory in nature. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this indicates that the better the organizational culture, the better employee performance, 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this shows that the better the employee's work motivation, the better the employee's performance, 3) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this shows that the better the career development , the better the employee performance, and 4) Organizational culture, motivation and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this shows that the better the organizational culture, motivation and career development, the better the the better the performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to find out and prove the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of state civil servants at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Kab. Mamasa, 2) to find out and prove the effect of competence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Regency. Mamasa, 3) to find out and prove the influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Kab. Mamasa, 4) ) to find out and prove the influence of emotional intelligence, competence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency. Data collection is done through documentation, observation, and questionnaires. The ASN sample consisted of 66 respondents. Data processing consists of descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis The results showed that with a significant level of 5% and degrees of freedom df1 = 3 and df2 = 65, the f table was obtained (3:65) = 2.75. Based on the ANOVA test or the F test from the SPSS output, it can be seen that the f count is 19,135 > 2.75 the f table value and the probability is 0.000 <0.05. More precisely, the calculated F value is compared to the F table where if F count > F table then simultaneously emotional intelligence, competence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency. This means that the hypothesis of the two researchers is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to find out and prove the effect of discipline on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) DDI Kab. Mamasa, 2) to find out and prove the influence of competence on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) DDI Kab. Mamasa, 3) to find out and prove the effect of discipline and competence on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) DDI Kab. Mamasa. Data collection is done through documentation, observation, and questionnaires. The teacher sample is 70 respondents. Data processing consists of descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis The results showed that with a significant level of 5% and degrees of freedom df1 = 2 and df2 = 67 then f table obtained (2:69) = 3.150. Based on the ANOVA test or F test from the SPSS output, it can be seen that the f count is 28,874 > 3.150 the f table value and the probability is 0.000 <0.05. More precisely, the calculated F value is compared to the F table where if F count > F table then simultaneously discipline and competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) DDI Mamasa Regency. This means that the hypothesis of the two researchers is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of the marketing mix (X) which consists of three variables, namely product, price, distribution on sales (Y). The population of this study was customers of the Agency office pru cahaya madani PT. Prudential Makassar, with a sample determination method using the slovin method and the number of samples studied was 98 respondents (people). The results of the analysis of this study use SPSS which can show the results of the F test and t test. From the F test ( simultaneous test) states that the free variables (X) studied simultaneously have a meaningful influence on increasing the loyalty of sharia insurance customers at the office of the civil service agency PT Prudential Makassar (Y). It is known that the value of Fhitung is 13.403 which means that it is greater than Fhitung than Ftabel (32,198 > 0.05). This means that statistically the product variables, prices, distribution, prudential sharia insurance products simultaneously have a meaningful influence on increasing the loyalty of sharia insurance customers of pt Prudential Makassar. As for the t test (partial test), it is known that the three variables are product, price, distribution, significant product to the loyalty of sharia insurance customers at the agency office pru cahaya madani PT. Prudential Makassar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of discipline on teacher performance in the Region III Public Elementary School in the Mambi District in West Sulawesi, to find out and analyze the influence of competence on Teacher Performance in the Region III State Elementary School in the Mambi District in West Sulawesi, to find out and analyze which variable has the most dominant influence on teacher performance in Region III Public Elementary Schools in the Mambi District in West Sulawesi. The population in this study were all teachers, both civil servants and non-PNS, in the State Elementary School Region III, Mambi District, West Sulawesi, totaling 120 people in 2022 which included (23 people in 004 Public Elementary School, 22 012 State Elementary Schools , State Elementary School 009 totaled 24 people, Elementary School 002 totaled 23 people and 006 Public Elementary School totaled 25 people. The results showed that Discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while competence had a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance in Region III Public Elementary Schools, Mambi District, West Sulawesi.

Abstract

The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory in nature. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at Polewali Mandar, this shows that the better the organizational culture, the better it will affect teacher performance, 2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at Polewali Mandar, this shows that the higher the competence, the better the effect on teacher performance, 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at Polewali Mandar, this shows that the higher the motivation teacher work, it will also have a good effect on teacher performance, and 4) Organizational culture, competence and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Polewali Mandar, this shows that the better organizational culture, competence and work motivation teacher, then ak It also has a good effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on discipline at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, 2) to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, 3) to analyze the effect of discipline on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, and 4) to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance through discipline at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis method. The research data were obtained from 38 teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency. The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory in nature. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The principal's leadership has a positive and significant effect on discipline, this means that the principal's leadership can improve teacher discipline at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi Mamasa Regency, 2) Principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, p. this means that the principal's leadership can improve teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, 3) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, this means that discipline can improve teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi Mamasa Regency, and 4) Principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through discipline, this means school principal leadership can improve performance teachers through teacher discipline at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency.

Abstract

Effect of Return On Investment and Debt To Equity Ratio on stock prices at PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia, Tbk. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on investment and debt to equity ratio on stock prices at PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia,Tbk. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary. The analytical method used at PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia in the 2022 period is a multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study, the results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained Y = 5.043 0.067X1 0.003X2. Correlation analysis correlation (R) of 0.911. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.955. The results of the F test are Fcount 10.249 < Ftable 19.00 thus ROI and DER have a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Partially the ROI value is tcount (2.752 <4.303) while the DER value is tcount (3.753 <4.303) which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Therefore ROI and DER have a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices.Keywords: Return on investment, debt to equity ratio, stock price
