This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Competence on employee performance at the Daya Village Office, Makassar City This research was conducted at the Daya Kelurahan Office, Makassar City, with a population and sample of all employees, totaling 81 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed through Validity Test, Reliability, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Coefficient of Determination (R2), using the SPSS application. The results showed that Organizational Culture and Competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The dominant organizational culture variable influences the performance of employees at the Daya Makassar Village Office

This research is a type of correlational quantitative research. measurement using multiple linear regression test. 120 samples were taken from 350 populations using data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained was processed using statistical methods, namely through descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that the results of the regression calculations in this table show that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) obtained is 0.912. this means that 91.2% of consumers' purchasing decisions for betel nut brand rice are influenced by product variables (X1), price (X2), location (X3) and promotion (X4) while the remaining 8.8% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study . Simultaneously there is an influence between product, price, distribution, and promotion on consumer decisions to choose betel nut brand rice in Pinrang Regency. It is expected that the price of Kepala Nasi in the market does not differ much from one brand to another, so that it will have a significant influence on the purchasing decision of the Areca Kelapa brand in Pinrang Regency. For researchers it is hoped that in the research that will be carried out it will expand the range of samples and increase research tests so that the results are more accurate in measuring the influence of the market mix on consumer decisions

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of the quality of human resources and work discipline, both directly and indirectly on the target of local tax revenues through excellent service at the Samsat Technical Implementation Unit for Pinrang Regency. This research is an observational research and includes associative research. The number of respondents was 55 employees. To test the hypothesis using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect directly or indirectly on the local tax revenue target through excellent service at the Samsat Technical Implementation Unit for the Pinrang Regency, 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect directly or indirectly directly to the target of local tax revenue through excellent service at the Samsat Technical Implementation Unit for the Pinrang Regency, and 3) Excellent service has a positive and direct significant effect on the target of local tax revenue at the Samsat Technical Implementation Unit for the Pinrang Regency.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Regional Government Employee Cooperative (KOPEMDA) Maros Regency in 2018 – 2020. This research uses several ratio analysis methods, including liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. The data source used in this research is primary data in the form of financial reports for the period 2018 - 2019 obtained directly from KOPEMDA Maros Regency. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that cooperative liquidity in terms of the current ratio is declared illiquid. The solvency ratio in terms of the debt to assets ratio and debt to equity ratio of cooperatives is declared solvable. In terms of the activity ratio, in terms of working capital, turnover is stated to be healthy, while receivable turnover is stated to be very unhealthy. The profitability ratio in terms of return on assets is stated to be unhealthy, while the return on equity is stated to be unhealthy.

This study aims to test and find out how training and work discipline influence employee performance at the South Sulawesi Prov. South Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Office. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using random sampling technique. The population is all employees of the South Sulawesi Province Manpower and Transmigration Office, the sample taken is 97 people. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression techniques and multiple linear regression. The results showed that training and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Province Manpower and Transmigration Office.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture and work environment on widyaiswara performance, and analyze the dominant influence among the three variables on widyaiswara performance. This type of research is quantitative which is designed to answer the problems that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved as well as to test hypotheses. The sample size was selected using full sampling, namely 161 widyaiswara respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that transformational leadership plays an important role in work activities, where work action-oriented transformational leadership influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that transformational leadership has an effect on the performance of widyaiswara. Organizational culture that is loaded with values and working principles influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that organizational culture influences the performance of widyaiswara. Work environment that is integrated with work dynamics influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that the work environment has an effect on the performance of widyaiswara. Dominant transformational leadership influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that transformational leadership is charismatic, inspiring, shows intellectual stimulation and individual considerations have an effect on increasing widyaiswara performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the provision of investment credit and working capital loans at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The population in this study is the amount of investment credit and working capital credit at PT. Bank BNI in the period 2015 to 2019. This research fully uses secondary data, secondary data in the form of financial reports that have been published by PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the conclusions in this study are based on the F test or simultaneous test of investment loans and working capital loans simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on probability, meaning that both variables this can increase the probability.

This study aims to determine the effect of the halal label on consumer purchasing decisions for Syifa care aromatherapy wind oil products at CV. Afsal Makmur. The data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The method used is descriptive answers to the questionnaire results with a Likert scale and statistical analysis in the form of simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test. the results of a simple regression analysis obtained the equation that is y = 8.137 + 0.49x, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between halal labels on consumer purchasing decisions for Syifa Care aromatherapy wind oil products at CV. Afsal Makmur. The results showed that the analysis of the correlation coefficient rxy 0.549 and r2 xy 0.3014 or 30.14% and obtained tcount of 5.06 is greater than ttable 1.6706 (5.06> 1.6706) with a significant level of 5% ( one side).

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and work ability on employee performance at BPPMDDTT Makassar. This study uses a combined approach, namely using qualitative and quantitative approaches using primary data as a reference. The sample used in this study is the entire population, which is 60 respondents. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire consisting of 15 statements of the total number. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression techniques with simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that by means of a simultaneous test (f test) there is a sig probability of 0.000. Sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) it can be concluded that Ho is rejected H1 is accepted, so there is a positive and significant influence. Partially (t test) there is an effect of the tcount (3,875) > ttable (1,296) and the resulting significant value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.

The research aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee morale and enthusiasm. The number of samples was taken as many as 60 people due to time and cost constraints. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used in this study was the Accidental Sampling method, in which the sample was selected by selecting anyone who was met at that time, in this case, the employee who was met at that time to answer the questionnaire. The data analysis tool used to test the hypotheses that have been proposed in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using a questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire distributed to the employee respondents at the Makassar Port Administrator's Office, it was shown that most of the respondents agreed or were satisfied that the work environment had a positive effect on employee morale and enthusiasm at the Makassar Port Administrator's Office. This can be seen from the answers of respondents who were very satisfied as much as 64.5%.
