Abstract

This research is the economic impact of the closure of Dolly the city of Surabaya. This study takes the title: "Economic Impact Analysis Closing Localization Region Surabaya (Descriptive Study Economic Impact of Closure Localization Dolly for Communities in Sub Putat Jaya Surabaya)". In this study aims to analyze and find out about the economic impact of the closure of the Localization Dolly for the community in the Village Putat Jaya Surabaya. Based on the formulation of the problem and the purpose of the existing research, this research is included in a descriptive qualitative research. In this study withdrawal sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The focus of research is seen from the dimensions of the economic impact in terms of three groups: Group business unit Local, Local labor groups, and local communities. The results of this research is in the area of Dolly impact on group business units locally decreased from income of units of local business, employment and no effect on the tax paid to the Local Government City of Surabaya today, the group of local workforce affected are reviewed of the workforce at the site, the number of working hours remain the same and wages did not rise that is different from the situation before localization is closed, the proportion of daily expenditure is now operating in the region has increased over wages did not rise, the working conditions under normal conditions and not normal (post-closing) business unit at this time is different because there is no additional work from the workers to get bonuses beyond the wages of individual business units - each. At the local communities lack the cash receipts for any Neighborhood or Rukun Warga current, formerly of the inclusion of the homeless - homeless Localization Dolly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and describe the efforts made by the Commission of Police Ethics Code (KKEP) in the enforcement of the code of ethics of the Police profession as well as what factors led to the enforcement of the code of ethics of the Police profession. The research method in this research is empirical research by using qualitative approach, which is to search the object of research, describe, and understand its meaning. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, and documentation, which then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research indicate that the factors of the professional code of ethics is that every Performance of any member or officer who neglects or intentionally commits a violation or a crime of a crime may result not only to the member of the offender, but may also have implications for the Polri institution directly or can not directly affect the decline or loss of confidence in the image of the Police. Efforts made by the KKEP in enforcing the Code of Ethics of the Police Profession is to remain guided by existing regulations, and to forward the personal Tri Bhayangkara Police who are subject to the prohibitions as the State's honorable institution.

Abstract

The coastal region is a potential resource in Indonesia, which is a transitional region between land and sea. Surabaya as a seaside town is one example of how local governments should respond to the adverse impacts of coastal ecosystem destruction that will worsen the carrying capacity of coastal areas that are naturally highly susceptible to damage due to environmental changes and natural disasters. Especially the east coast of Surabaya which has become a special attention in nature conservation which aims to minimize the impact of environmental changes and natural disasters. One of nature conservation in east coast of Surabaya is conservation of mangrove forest. The condition of Mangrove Forest in Pamurbaya from year to year continues to be degraded. Illegal logging for the opening of ponds, settlements, recreation or timber is the cause of destruction of mangrove forests in Pamurbaya. Monitoring policy and control of mangrove area is a policy made to protect and conserve mangrove area. Surabaya City Government has issued Perwali number 65 of 2011 which contains policy of monitoring and controlling procedures of mangrove area in Surabaya City area. The scope of this Perwali is socialization, community empowerment, monitoring and evaluation, investigation and reporting. Implementation of this research has a purpose to know and analyze the impact of Mayor of Surabaya Regulation No. 65 of 2011 on procedures for monitoring and controlling mangrove area in the area of Surabaya. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Some methods used in order to determine and collect data in this study are Observation, Interview (Interview), and Documentation. The stages of data analysis in this study is Data collection (Data collecting), Presentation of data (Data display), and Conclusion. This research uses qualitative approach with phenomenology research type, where in phenomenology research emphasize on phenomenon to be explored based on single concept or idea point of view (Creswell, 2013) Impact of Mayor of Surabaya Regulation No. 65 of 2011 on procedures for monitoring and controlling mangrove areas in the area of Surabaya city is running well but the city government surabaya should always increase supervision and supervise the successful implementation of the mayoral regulations. Socialization of affected communities must be sustainable and continuously done until the creation of a sense of ownership and preservation of the community around the mangrove forest independently.

Abstract

Work productivity is a work of an employee. The work of this employee is a process of working from a person in producing a good or service. Frequent employee productivity decreases due to the possibility of no good control of work productivity of staff or employees that can cause inconvenience in work, minimal wage and also dissatisfaction in work. A company or organization in improving the productivity of employees also experience constraints. Decrease in work productivity is still common. The problem of work productivity is a common problem that occurs in every company. Sometimes the work productivity of an employee tends to decrease and the effect is the decline of a company. If not addressed properly then the company will tend to experience a significant decline. The problems about the productivity of this work is an indication that the role of management as human resource management is required. This is a way of increasing an employee productivity. Conditions as described above show that human factors play an active role in improving the quality of the company. This is also related to existing technology. Many cases show that technology has advanced but the availability of human resources is very minimal. This is because of the unpreparedness of the organization to make optimal progress. This is supported by Gomez (1997) that human resources play an important and decisive role for organizational success. Work productivity which is the performance of employees as the embodiment is performance appraisal or assessment of work, often experience obstacles. This constraint in the form of assessment work that is not in accordance with the performance of employees.

Abstract

“KEREN” is a place for cadre of Educative Anti-Drug Cadres with various professional backgrounds (Trainers, Lecturers, Directors, Principals, Teachers, Ustadz, Entrepreneurs, Students, Students, etc.) who have a strong commitment to save and nurture the nation's generation and optimize the potential to assist BNN in eradicating Drug abuse in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to know the effort of eradication of drug abuse among adolescent through KEREN program by BNN. The results showed that 1) Eradication of drug abuse among adolescents conducted BNNP East Java by launching the program KEREN (Cadres Edukatif Anti Drug) as a container to run anti-drug socialization activities and healthy life without drugs in schools targeting among adolescents. 2) Activity KEREN then share some things with students and schools, namely: first, introduce the BNN function. Second, share the tips of success and solve the problem without drugs. Third, schools should establish cooperative relationships with communities around the school.

Abstract

The quality of public services always with the interests of society as a customer, but as long as these connote community service given by the officer UPTSA Surabaya City to the community tend to be less good and not qualified. This study was descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants involved is the Head UPTSA Surabaya, Head of Sub Unit UPTSA, cs officer and the applicant UPTSA SKRK in Surabaya. The results obtained from this study is the 5 dimensions of service quality tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy in the management of the City Plan Certificate in Integrated Service Unit One Roof Surabaya already relatively suitable but there is still need to be improved.

Abstract

This study tries to analyze the influence of selection and job placement on employee performance in the production division at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresik which aims to determine the effect of selection and job placement on employee performance in the production division at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresik. This type of research is explanatory research. Sampling technique using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique where sampling of member of population have equal opportunity to be taken as sample. Technique of collecting data using kuisoner. Analytical techniques are descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 13.0 for windows. This research resulted conclusion that correlation coefficient value 0,454 meaning 45,4% change of employee performance influenced by selection and placement, while the rest is 54,6% influenced by variable or other factor outside model used in this research. Based on hypothesis testing with test of 7,461 and equal to 1,996 so that (7,461> 1,996) at α = 5% can be concluded that variable selection and placement have positive and significant effect to employee performance variable

Abstract

Inflation has become a fact of economic and experienced almost all countries , both developed countries or developing countries . Indonesia has experienced inflation to reach 650 % in 1965 and over 100 % in 1977 , whereas in 2013 inflasi rate dropped to 8.38% . Factors that were significantly associated with the occurrence of inflation is the price level , because the situation can be described as the tendency of information value of money decreases , followed by rising prices of goods and services compared to the original price in the same market . For the company as one of the economic actors , the change in price will affect the matters relating to the assets and liabilities . Where to more clearly see the effect of the change in the price of assets and liabilities , the company can perform grouping by monetary items are items that are affected by inflation . Changes in the price level due to inflation will affect the stability of the financial unit . This can cause difficulties if the measurement is based on the historical cost so it is necessary to include a historical cost financial statements are presented with additional information or supplementary report . . The supplementary report , a financial report which has accounted for the change in the price level . Concepts used to solve the problem of presentation of financial information by a change in the price of the current cost accounting concepts . The method used is comparative . " Application of Current Cost Acounting As a Supplementary Report In Financial Statements For Assessing Asset Company ". Financial statements to assess the company's assets after using the current method of cost Accounting experience the benefits of storage ( holding gains ) . So that it will be used as consideration for decision making and business owners interested parties .

Abstract

Personnel wisdom is one of the important policies that must be considered in an effort to achieve the company's goals effectively and efficiently. After employees are recruited, selected and placed on a particular job, the company will focus its attention on the creation of a high performance, because high performance must be supported by high skills and knowledge as well as employees should have good attitude and behavior. Labor is a very important factor for the company, because everything related to the activities of the company is done by the workforce. In an effort to achieve the goals of the company depends on the willingness of its members to sacrifice and work hard. In order for it to be achieved there needs to be encouragement from the company as well as stimulant power so that employees can work hard and high work discipline. For that reason the problem of work responsibilities in relation to the policy of providing compensation should be given once, in order to improve employee performance in the company. The determination of compensation is one of the most important and complex tasks for the organization. To determine the compensation of the organization needs to pay attention to various aspects that affect the size and types of compensation to be applied in their organization. In addition to internal conditions, the determination of compensation is also influenced by an external environment filled with dynamics or change. The determination of compensation should be linked to the organization's business strategy and objectives to be achieved. According to Schuler and Jackson (1996) the problem often faced by the organization is how the compensation is determined in order to qualify for justice and fairness. Actual compensation not only satisfies the interests or needs of employees and organizations, but also the interests of society and government. Because the determination of compensation not only qualifies justice and fairness, it also meets regulations / laws, unions, and other factors. This study uses a qualitative approach by focusing on companies engaged in insurance. Characteristics of a typical insurance company provides its own model in setting compensation and compensation system. The number of types of insurance companies with various products offered to make researchers want to deepen the compensation system is implemented, as well as problems caused. The findings of the study classify that there are two models of compensation for insurance companies, namely the administrative model and the marketing model

Abstract

Indonesia is acountry that has the potential of marine natural resources is quite large, especially in the field of fisheries, But until now the condition of coastal communities still lagging. Therefore needed coastal zone management strategy right, one is to applay the model of economic empowerment of coastal communities in accordance with the region in natural resources and human resources cultere of the society. The research focus is on the implementation of the model of community empowerment through business activities grouper HSRT in Situbondo District that implement the principles of good governace. Empowerment model with the principles is that promotes involvement in the implementation of the three pilars, namely the role of goverment, private and public, aplication of the empowerment model was considered successful in the empowering the well-being of coastal communities reseach area. So that this model can be applied, then we describe the factors supporting and factor constraints and requirements that must be fulfiled. We hope this research can be used as the basis for local governments to adopt policies, as well as for further research.
