Abstract

Transactions sell and buy can not be separated from human life. due to the increasingly growing modernization of transactions, the transaction also experienced a development. thus the term modern market was born (Sinaga, 2006). the modern market is a market managed by modern management, generally in urban areas, as a provider of goods and services with good quality and service to consumers who are generally members of middle and upper class society. Indomaret as one example of the modern market that has grown in the community take part in the fulfillment of consumer needs. The high public interest towards the modern market caused indomaret to become one of the best-selling mini-marketers. the world of business is always related to the term turnover and profit, not infrequently people still misunderstand between turnover and profit. Some understand between turnover and profit in reverse or even equate it. Omzet referred to in this study is the value of all the money earned business results of product sales. Turnover is all money coming in, in layman language is called gross income. because turnover is a gross income, where it still has to calculate the cost of goods, as well as other expenses to earn residual income as profit. the definition of customer satisfaction is as a full-time evaluation where the selected alternatives at least equal or exceed customer expectations, while dissatisfaction arises if the results do not meet customer expectations so that consumers who feel satisfied with the services provided a company will re-purchase goods or services in the company. So that will bring customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is an in-depth customer commitment to re-subscribe or re-purchase consistent products / services consistently in the future, although the influence of the marketing situation and efforts has the potential for behavioral change (Oliver, 2000 in Ratih Hurriyanti, 2005). This study aims to describe the role between the increase in turnover in retail business (Indomart) with customer loyalty. This study also aims to provide an overview of the development and increase of sales turnover in retail business. The research method used in this research is using qualitative narrative approach. Where in this type of research focuses on the experience experienced by a person or an organization. the findings in this study obtained a model that loyalty customers increase sales turnover in retail business indomart.

Abstract

The more intense the level of business competition today, resulting in the company faced with the challenge to be able to maintain the survival of his company. therefore companies must be able to compete and one tool that can be used by the company is by providing compensation, both in the form of financial compensation and non-financial compensation. if the compensation program is perceived to be fair and competitive by employees, it will be easier to retain employees and encourage employees to improve their performance so that their performance can improve and companies are able to produce products at competitive prices. companies not only excel in business competition alone, but also able to maintain the survival of the company, even able to increase profits and expand its business.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the influence of style of leadership, competencies, and school atmosphare toword the teacher performence in seven group own state Prelementry School City District-Kediri City. Analysis instrument use in this study uses multiple linear regression analyse, which consist of teacher performance as dependent variables and style of leadership (X1), competencies (X2), and school atmosphare (X3) as independent variables. Determine the most independent factors that influence the teacher performance the researcher use T-test analyse, data collected from questioners, observations and school document. In this study, we found that teacher competencies is the most factors which influence the teacher performances. In this study, we found too that style of leadership, competency, and school atmosphere significant influence the teacher performance.

Abstract

The Research aims to understand how have program good governance on cooperation on commission public service the province of east java the cooperation between commission public service east java in the city surabaya by radio, television, legal aid institutions and ngos of the society in creating good governance ).The kind of research descriptive, namely is research intended to described and analyze.The locus the study is done in commission public service the province of east java, surabaya.The east ngagel no. 56, surabaya. The result of this research the implementation of the good governance in cooperation between commission public service by a community complaint post , represented the radio , television , legal aid institutions and ngos in indicators information , data , consultation , negotiation , presenting , reported , and in the aspect of mutually beneficial and develop between the two sides are engaged , are already done enough for kpp in support the kpp so far .This is proven would know the community in the existence of kpp and a community complaint post in helping people who have trouble administration . But cooperation do kpp and a community complaint post still it has not optimal, this can be seen as follows: (1) dialogue, interactive done kpp with a community complaint post represented the radio and television perceived less than optimal, because hampered by intensity, caused budget problems. (2) compensation, kpp had difficulty budget, which will the budget affect operational activities done by a community complaint post.Compensation to a community complaint post already provided, troubled about abuse authority. (3) efficiency , in budget cuts done kpp to a community complaint post , influence on the the socialization a community complaint post represented the television .This is evidenced in budget cuts which was previously rp .3.000.000 , -- earned the right siar six times live telecast , and when budget cuts to rp .2.000.000 , -just earned the right siar socialization live twice telecast .( 4 ) the effectiveness of , complaints about the problem , is still being felt by less .Because target of kpp in one year the period cooperation with a community complaint post across the province of east java wanted reach of 864 complaints , this troubled about suply given a community complaint post .

Abstract

Every firm always focus on their existing services product and also introducing the new products, in which public relations has an important role. The research aims to analyze the role of public relations in informing the public about the new and existing services products of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kediri. 50 respondents selected accidentally to fill the questionaires. The results identified the unsatisfied role of public relations section in the corporate to inform and/or introduce the services products offered on public. In the case, a lot of customers still not aware the offered products.

Abstract

Basically, job satisfaction is an individual thing. Each individual member of the Indonesian National Army - Navy will have a level of satisfaction varies according to the value system that applies to him. This study aimed to analyze how the mutual relationship between risk taking, compete aggressively pursue achievement, and a proactive attitude and how they affect entrepreneurial intelligence and job satisfaction of the middle-Navy officer (rank of Major and Lieutenant-Colonel) in the environment MABESAL Cilangkap - Jakarta. Sampling was addressed to 150 people Major and Lieutenant-Colonel of 100 people (men) from the existing amount. Of the 5 main variables of the study (risk taking, compete aggressively pursue achievement, proactive, entrepreneurial intelligence, and job satisfaction) raised 50 manifest variables or observations. The number of valid questionnaires were further processed as many as 250 copies. The data were processed with descriptive analysis, cross tabulation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, analysis of the structural model , are summarized end with the test of the hypothesis. The results that test the 7th hypothesis proved significantly. Factors of risk taking, compete aggressively pursue achievement, and proactive significantly influence entrepreneureurial intelligence. Factors of risk taking, compete aggressively pursue achievement, and proactive also significantly influence job satisfaction. Entrepreneurial intelligence factors significantly influence job satisfaction. Further discussion of the recommendations for improvement and development potential risk taking, compete aggressively pursue achievement, proactive, entrepreneurial intelligence, and job satisfaction in MABESAL environment.

Abstract

LQ-45 is a group share consisting of 45 shares of the elect with the level of market capitalization and liquidity level above the average for the other stocks. So LQ-45 became one of the most volatile due to the high level of liquidity and market activities. The share price berfluktuatif is a risk that must be faced by investors. Assessment of the share price can be done to minimize the risk of one price. This research aims to know and analyze the results from the calculation of the stock valuation using the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) as the basis for decision on investment companies including in the LQ-45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange the year 2013-2015. This research is classified as quantitative descriptive research and sampling used is purposive sampling. A sample of this research as much as 11 companies in accordance with the criteria. Based on the results of research and analysis of the data using the method Dividend Discount Models (DDM) not constant growth shows that the entire company in 2015 including overlavued category among others, ADRO, AKRA, ASII, ( BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BMRI, CPIN, GGRM, UNTR, UNVR. While, 2013 and 2014 only one company including undervalued categories namely ASII. Investment decision that can be taken when have stocks including overvalued category, should be sold and when the shares including undervalued categories should be purchased or suspended when has.

Abstract

Non formal education is the path of education outside formal education can be structured and tiered. Law No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System Article 26 (1) states that non-formal education organized for citizens who require educational service that serves as a substitute for, or complement formal education in order to support lifelong education. Equitable access to adult education has become a trend (tendency) won the Society Development Index (HDI), which has three inter-related indicators, such as Economy, Education and Health. Therefore, the government tried to pursue programs to improve educational equity, one of which is with the Community Learning Center (CLC). CLC is an institution that has an important role for the Non-Formal Education. This study aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of the implementation of comprehensive school education programs (PLS) in Packet C at PKBM Variant Centre Surabaya also analyze the factors supporting and inhibiting. The research is described by using qualitative research methods and descriptive research, using the technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Determination of informants using purposive and snowball technique. Methods of data analysis include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This study shows that the School Education Program Effectiveness in the Packet C at Community Learning Center Variant Centre is quite effective.

Abstract

Duties and responsibilities in running a company, can not be left to just one person, in this case the leader. These duties and responsibilities must be borne by all people based on their expertise in their respective fields. Therefore, it takes a device called an organization. Organizations need integrated human resources. Human resource component of course has various expertise. For that, it takes a team work (teamwork) and work discipline that plays a role to run the organization. Teamwork in this study can also be called a working team. This teamwork is a way to work together. Teamwork is the one who runs all the management activities so that teamwork becomes the factors that affect the good and bad of the company's performance. Therefore, teamwork becomes an important element in the success of a company. Teams are better than individuals who act on their own or in larger organizational groups, especially when performance demands varying skills, judgments, and experiences. This study aims to describe the role of work team as one factor to improve employee performance in companies engaged in insurance. Insurance companies have their own peculiarities that make the author interested to do research. “PT Asuransi Sinarmas” is one of the largest insurance companies in Indonesia that has many variants of insurance products offered to its customers. In marketing insurance products required a solid and resilient work team. Where the performance of the company is realized from the quantity of insurance products that are in demand and required by its customers. The method used in this study using a qualitative research approach with the type of research in the form of case studies. The results of the study found that the role of team work is to determine the amount of target performance that has been determined by the leadership of the company.

Abstract

In today's digital era, each city is competing with another city. Each city features uniqueness that can be highlighted from him, all of it is to attract funding from investors. The ultimate goal is to improve the welfare of the city. Surabaya has been known by the people of Indonesia through the history of Indonesian independence as The City of Heroes. However, the identity as The City of Heroes is not yet strong enough to attract investment and the interest of tourists to invest in this city of Surabaya. Thus a new identity, in this case new branding must be made in order to strengthen the position of Surabaya before the eyes of the community both internal communities within the city of Surabaya, as well as external communities outside the city of Surabaya and abroad. The research method that was used is descriptive qualitative method. This method is by doing observation and analysis of marketing strategy of city branding which have been done by Surabaya city. This scientific work was developed by using literature review approach or literature study. In this research noted that the process of building a city brand is not easy. Especially if the parties involved have a political interest in it. As a social construct, city branding of the city of Surabaya as a city of Maritime will certainly generate various responses from the community. The response can be a positive response, as well as a negative response.
