Abstract

Abstract. The creation of achievements obtained by athletes certainly cannot be separated from the physical quality, the psychological condition of the athlete which plays an important role in the success of an athlete. The demands made by coaches, spectators, management, and the whole series of competition enthusiasm can sometimes be very psychologically disturbing for the athletes themselves. It is not uncommon for some athletes to elicit psychological reactions such as symptoms of anger, pleasure, and even anxiety. Competitive Anxiety is one of the variations in the response to stress, which is an unpleasant emotional response and the presence of an avoidance motive characterized by worry and fear about possible physical or psychological harm, along with an increase in physiological arousal resulting from the threat assessment (Smith el al., 1990). ). Therefore, mental skills is needed to be able to overcome anxiety, namely in the form of patience according to Yusuf, U (2020) is a mental strength, which has an understanding as an attitude to restrain emotions and desires, and survive in difficult situations by not complaining. Where this patience has a lot of positive impact on other professional activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of patience on competitive anxiety. Respondents in this study were 35 people with analysis calculations using multiple linear regression analysis models. The patience variable was measured using a measuring instrument from Yusuf, U (2021) and the competitive anxiety variable was measured using the Sport Anxiety Scale (SAS). The results of this study found that patience has an effect of 50.1%. In addition, it was also found that Ketekunan is the aspect of patience that has the greatest influence, which is 48.4%. Abstrak. Terciptanya prestasi yang didapatkan oleh atlet tentulah tidak terlepas dari kualitas fisik, kondisi psikologis atlet yang sangat berperan penting dalam kesuksesan seorang atlet. Tuntutan yang diberikan oleh pelatih, penonton, manajemen, dan seluruh rangkaian animo pertandingan kadangkala dapat sangat mengganggu psikologis dari atlet itu sendiri. Hal itu tidak jarang membuat beberapa atlet memunculkan reaksi psikologis seperti gejala marah, senang, bahkan cemas. Kecemasan bertanding merupakan salah satu variasi respon dari stress, yaitu merupakan respons emosional yang tidak menyenangkan dan adanya motif penghindaran yang ditandai dengan kekhawatiran dan ketakutan tentang kemungkinan bahaya fisik atau psikologis, bersama dengan peningkatan gairah fisiologis yang dihasilkan dari penilaian ancaman (Smith el al., 1990). Maka dari itu dibutuhkan kemampuan mental untuk dapat mengatasi kecemasan, yaitu berupa Kesabaran menurut Yusuf, U (2020) merupakan suatu kekuatan mental, dimana memiliki pengertian sebagai suatu sikap untuk menahan emosi dan keinginan, serta bertahan dalam situasi sulit dengan tidak mengeluh. Dimana kesabaran ini telah banyak berdampak positif pada aktifitas professional lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesabaran terhadap kecemasan bertanding. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang dengan perhitungan analisis menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Variabel kesabaran diukur dengan alat ukur dari Yusuf, U (2021) dan variabel kecemasan bertanding dengan alat ukur Sport Anxiety Scale (SAS). Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kesabaran memberikan pengaruh sebesar 50.1%. selain itu ditemukan pula bahwa Ketekunan merupakan aspek kesabaran yang paling besar memberikan pengaruh yaitu sebesar 48.4%.

Abstract

Abstract. At the time of high school, students are at a time when they are looking for information about themselves and their talents or abilities that must be collected so that efforts can help high school students in preparing their dreams for the future. Students who are in this high school level have an average age of 15 to 18 years, which is the age of adolescence which has entered the stage of transitional development from childhood to adulthood. Being a high school teenager is expected to have understood his career potential and chose the right career goal. However, this can be difficult for high school students because at this time there are problems that require students to start making decisions to continue their studies. The researcher found a phenomenon where class XI students at SMAN 1 Lubuklinggau showed behavior where there was no willingness to seek information that could be used to determine decisions in choosing further studies and career choices. This is because these students do not yet have one of the factors that support high Career Maturity, namely Self-Efficacy. So the purpose of this study is to find out how much influence Self-Efficacy has on Career Maturity in class XI students at SMAN 1 Lubuklinggau Reference. The research method used is quantitative method with simple regression analysis technique with a sample of 130 students using simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used was compiled by the researcher by deriving the theory of Self-Efficacy from Bandura (3) and Career Maturity from Super (24). The results showed that there was an effect of Self-Efficacy on Career Maturity, which was 0.446 or 44.6% and the rest was the influence of variables not examined. Abstrak. Abstract

Abstract. Taekwondo is a martial arts sport that originated in South Korea and developed in Indonesia. Based on the achievements in the PON XX event, West Java got the most gold medals, 5 of the 9 athletes who won gold medals were athletes from Bandung (1). Athletes who face competition can experience a psychological condition, namely competition anxiety which is characterized by the emergence of worries, negative thoughts, doubts about their abilities, body feels stiff, muscle pain, cold sweats, and difficulty focusing. Therefore, it takes a psychological strength that is patience. Based on research, patience can lead individuals to success. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing how much influence patience has on competition anxiety. The method used is non-experimental causality with a population of 35 athletes in Bandung taekwondo athletes. Measurements using the Patience Measurement Tool compiled by Umar Yusuf and the Sports Anxiety Scale compiled by Smith n Smoll (1990) and adapted by Nyak Amir (2012) (2). The results of the simple and multiple linear regression tests that were carried out showed the results of R2 = .618 (α = 0.05) and the aspects of patience that had the most influence on competition anxiety were steadfastness and perseverance. Indicates that patience has an effect of 61.8% on competition anxiety and the influence is negative, meaning that high patience affects low competition anxiety. Abstrak. Cabang olahraga taekwondo merupakan olahraga seni bela diri yang berasal dari Korea Selatan dan berkembang di Indonesia. Berdasarkan perolehan prestasi di ajang PON XX, Jawa Barat menjadi daerah dengan perolehan medali emas terbanyak, 5 dari 9 atlet yang mendapatkan medali emas merupakan atlet yang berasal dari Kota Bandung (1). Atlet yang menghadapi pertandingan dapat mengalami suatu kondisi psikologis yaitu kecemasan bertanding yang ditandai dengan munculnya kekhawatiran, pikiran negatif, ragu dengan kemampuan diri, tubuh terasa kaku, nyeri otot, berkeringat dingin, dan kesulitan untuk fokus. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu kekuatan psikologis yaitu kesabaran. Berdasarkan penelitian, kesabaran dapat membawa individu menuju keberhasilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kesabaran terhadap kecemasan bertanding. Metode yang digunakan adalah kausalitas non-eksperimen dengan populasi seluruh atlet taekwondo Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 35 atlet. Pengukuran menggunakan Alat Ukur Kesabaran yang disusun oleh Umar Yusuf dan Skala Kecemasan Olahraga yang disusun oleh smith n smoll (1990) dan diadaptasi oleh Nyak Amir (2012) (2). Hasil Uji regresi linear sederhana dan berganda yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil R2 = .618 (α = 0.05) dan aspek kesabaran yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan bertanding adalah ketabahan dan ketekunan. Menandakan bahwa kesabaran memberikan pengaruh sebesar 61.8% terhadap kecemasan bertanding dan pengaruh tersebut bersifat negatif, artinya tingginya kesabaran berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya kecemasan bertanding.

Abstract

Abstract. The last West Java diving athlete won the title in 2016. One of the reasons is the lack of mental preparation, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety in competitive situations is characterized by feelings of restlessness, worry, and the perception of competition as something dangerous, as well as physiological changes such as rapid breathing, increased blood pressure, stomach cramps, increased heart rate, and facial flushing. To reduce competitive anxiety , athletes need mental strength such as patience. Patience is the ability to manage, control, guide (thoughts, feelings, and actions) in a comprehensive and integrated manner and overcome various challenges and difficulties based on ethics and morality. Being in a professional activity can give you the calm needed to look for more opportunities, analyze them, consider pitfalls, and choose the right path. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of patience on competitive anxiety in athletes in West Java. The research design used was non-experimental causality with a quantitative approach with a total of 32 athletes as respondents. This study uses a population study, namely diving athletes in West Java. The measuring instrument in this study to measure patience is the patience measuring instrument from Yusuf, U (2021) and to measure competitive anxiety using the Sport Anxiety Scale (SAS) which has been translated into Indonesian. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS version 25 application and found an effect of 0.339, which means the effect of patience on competitive anxiety is 33.9%. Abstrak. Atlet loncat indah Jawa Barat terakhir mendapatkan gelar juara pada 2016. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya persiapan mental yang salah satunya adalah kecemasan. Kecemasan dalam situasi bertanding ditandai dengan perasaan gelisah, khawatir, dan persepsi pertandingan sebagai sesuatu yang berbahaya, serta perubahan fisiologis seperti pernapasan cepat, peningkatan tekanan darah, kram perut, peningkatan denyut jantung, dan wajah memerah. Untuk mengurangi competitive anxiety atlet dibutuhkan kekuatan mental seperti kesabaran. Kesabaran adalah kemampuan untuk mengelola, mengendalikan, membimbing (pikiran, perasaan, dan tindakan) secara menyeluruh dan terpadu serta mengatasi berbagai tantangan dan kesulitan berdasarkan etika dan moralitas. Dalam aktivitas profesional dapat memberikan ketenangan yang dibutuhkan untuk mencari lebih banyak peluang, menganalisisnya, mempertimbangkan perangkap, dan memilih jalan yang benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kesabaran terhadap competitive anxiety atlet di Jawa Barat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausalitas non-eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 32 atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi populasi yaitu atlet loncat indah di Jawa Barat. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur kesabaran adalah alat ukur kesabaran dari Yusuf, U (2021) dan untuk mengukur competitive anxiety menggunakan alat ukur Sport Anxiety Scale (SAS) yang sudah di translasi ke Bahasa Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 dan ditemukan pengaruh sebesar 0.339 yang artinya pengaruh dari kesabaran terhadap competitive anxiety adalah 33.9%.

Abstract

Abstract. Satisfactory work is a reflection of employees with high spirituality, while employees with low spirituality tend to judge themselves into several work problems such as high turnover and low morale (Petchawangan & Duchon, 2009). In the era of globalization, turnover is a problem that constantly occurs in companies, staff turnover is a serious problem in the field of human resource management. It is costly for an organization because it goes through processes such as termination, advertising, hiring, selection, and recruitment (Abaasi & Hollman, 2008). This study aims to determine the study of the contribution of Workplace Spirituality to the Turnover Intention of JNE employees in Bandung. This study uses a Contribution Study with a quantitative approach. In this study, 85 subjects/respondents were used with multiple regression data analysis. The measuring instrument used in this study was Workplace Spirituality developed by (Ashmos & Duchon, 2000), and Turnover Intention developed by (Mobley & Hillingsworth, 1978) adapted by (Abid & Butt, 2017). Positive factor Work Unit Value has a negative effect of 23.35%. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative effect of Workplace Spirituality on Turnover Intention of 62.5% (R = .791 R2 = .625). Abstrak. Pekerjaan yang memuaskan merupakan cerminan dari karyawan yang memiliki spiritualitas tinggi sedangkan pada karyawan dengan spiritualitas rendah cenderung menilai dirinya ke dalam beberapa masalah kerja seperti omset yang tinggi dan, semangat kerja yang rendah (Petchawangan & duchon, 2009). Di era globalisasi, turnover merupakan masalah yang terus-menerus terjadi dalam perusahaan pergantian staf merupakan permasalah yang serius dibidang manajemen sumber daya manusia. Ini sangat mahal untuk sebuah organisasi karena melalui proses seperti pemutusan hubungan kerja, periklanan, rekruitmen, seleksi dan perekrutan (Abaasi & Hollman, 2008). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui studi kontribusi Workplace Spirituality terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan JNE Kota Bandung, Penelitian ini menggunakan Studi Kontribusi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan subjek/responden 85 orang dengan analisis data regresi berganda. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini Workplace Sprituality yang dikembangkan oleh (Ashmos & Duchon, 2000), Turnover Intention yang dikembangkan oleh (Mobley & Hillingsworth, 1978) diadaptasi oleh (Abid & Butt, 2017).Hasil uji parsial tertinggi penelitian ini terletak pada faktor Positive Work Unit Value berpengaruh negative sebesar 23.35% .Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh negatif dari Workplace Spirituality terhadap Turnover Intention sebesar 62,5% (R=,791 R2 = .625).

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of resilience at work on work-life balance in high school teachers in Bandung with 159 teachers as a subject. The research method used is the causality method with quantitative design. The measuring instrument used in this research is the resilience at work measuring instrument from Malik and Garg (1) and work-life balance scale from Fisher's measuring instrument adapted by Gunawan (2). The sampling technique in this study used the quota sampling technique. The analytical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that 88% of high school teachers in Bandung City had a high level of resilience at work and 89% of high school teachers had a high work-life balance. The results of the hypothesis test state that workplace resilience has a positive and significant effect on work life balance of 42%. Then the results resilience at work's dimension on work-life balance had states that the dimensions have the largest to the smallest influence are managing stress 0.245, building social relationships 0.204, staying healthy 0.186, for your calling 0.166, maintaining perspective 0.161, and living, authentic 0.127. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resilience at work terhadap work life balance pada guru SMA di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah subjek 159 guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas dengan desain kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur resilience at work dari Malik dan Garg (1) yang diadaptasi oleh peneliti dan alat ukur Fisher yang diadaptasi oleh Gunawan (2). Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 88% guru SMA di Kota Bandung memiliki tingkat resilience at work yang tinggi dan 89% guru SMA memiliki tingkat work life balance yang tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa resilience at work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work life balance sebesar 42%. Kemudian hasil uji setiap dimensi resilience at wor terhadap work life balance menyatakan bahwa semua dimensi memiliki nilai positif dan berpengaruh secara signifikan. Dengan dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar hingga paling kecil adalah managing stress 0,245, building social connection 0,204, staying healthy 0,186, for your calling 0,166, maintaining perspective 0,161, dan living, authentically 0,127.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of psychological capital on work engagement at crew outlet. Psychological capital is a positive psychological condition of individuals who have the characteristics of self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience (Luthans et.al 2007). Work engagement is a positive emotion and full involvement at work which is characterized by vigor, dedication, and absorption (Schaufeli et al., 2002). The method used is quantitative with multiple regression technique. The subjects of this study were 62 crew outlet employees calculated using the slovin formula from 157 crew outlet employees. Psychological capital measuring tools are PCQ-24 from Luthans et.al (2007) and work engagement using UWES-17 from Schaufeli & Bakker (2002). The results showed that psychological capital had a significant effect on work engagement by 75.3%. All dimensions of psychological capital have a significant effect on work engagement, especially Hope dimension with the largest influence and self-efficacy dimension with the least effect. Abstrak.: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh psychological capital terhadap work engagement pada crew outlet. Psychological capital adalah kondisi psikologis yang bersifat positif dari individu yang memiliki karakteristik self-efficacy, optimisme, hope dan resilience (Luthans et.al 2007). Work engagement adalah emosi positif dan keterlibatan penuh ketika bekerja yang ditandai dengan vigor, dedication, dan absorption (Schaufel et al., 2002). Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan teknik multiple regression. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 62 karyawan crew outlet yang dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dari 157 karyawan crew outlet. Alat ukur psychological capital adalah PCQ-24 dari Luthans et.al (2007) dan work engagement menggunakan UWES-17 dari Schaufeli & Bakker (2002). Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap work engagement sebesar 75.3%. Seluruh dimensi psychological capital memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap work engagement terutama dimensi Hope dengan pengaruh paling besar dan dimensi self-efficacy dengan pengaruh paling kecil.

This study aims to examine the effect of Workplace Spirituality on the Organizational Commitment of the Employees of BPRS Al Masoem Rancaekek. This research method causality with the number of subjects 31 employees. This study uses a tool for measuring workplace spirituality from Ashmos and Duchon (2000) developed by Widyarini (2011), and a tool for measuring organizational commitment from Mowday, Steers, Porter (1979) developed by Tri Muji Ingarianti (2015). The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that there was a positive influence of the workplace spirituality variable on organizational commitment by 33%. Where workplace spirituality has a high category of 68% and a high category of organizational commitment is 25.9%. Partially, the inner life component has an effect of 19.7%, the second order component of sense of community has an effect of 9.7%, and the meaningful work component has an effect of 3.6%. Abstrak. Sumber daya manusia merupakan bagian penting bagi tercapainya tujuan organisasi maka dari itu perlu menghasilkan kualitas kinerja yang baik. Kualitas dan kuantitas kinerja yang baik dihasilkan dari komitmen organisasi yang tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasi dapat melalui workplace spirituality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Workplace Spirituality terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan BPRS Al Masoem Rancaekek. Metode penelitian ini kausalitas dengan jumlah subjek 31 Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur workplace spirituality dari Ashmos dan Duchon (2000) yang dikembangkan oleh Widyarini (2011), dan alat ukur komitmen organisasi dari Mowday, Steers, Porter (1979) yang dikembangkan oleh Tri Muji Ingarianti (2015). Teknik analisis pada yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif variabel workplace spirituality terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 33%. Dimana workplace spirituality berkategori tinggi sebanyak 68% dan Komitmen organisasi berkategori tinggi terdapat 25.9%. Secara parsial komponen inner life memberikan pengaruh sebesar 19.7%, urutan kedua komponen sense of community berpengaruh sebesar 9.7%, dan komponen meaningful work berpengaruh sebesar 3.6%.

Abstract

Abstract. Internet users who continue to grow at this time trigger the behavior of using the internet for personal gain during working hours (cyberloafing). Cyberloafing behavior has a negative impact on employees and companies because it can reduce performance and increase the company's bandwidth costs. Therefore, research is needed to find factors related to cyberloafing behavior in the workplace. The purpose of this study was to determine the close relationship between organizational commitment and cyberloafing behavior in millennial employees. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach. The subjects used in this study were 109 millennial employees in the city of Bandung. The organizational commitment scale used is based on the components proposed by Meyer and Allen (1991), while the cyberloafing behavior scale is based on the aspects proposed by Blanchard and Henle (2008). The sample collection in this study used purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Test. The results of the correlation test based on the components of organizational commitment show that each probability value ranges from <0.05, meaning that the components of organizational commitment have a significant relationship with cyberloafing behavior in millennial employees. In addition, the correlation value of each component of organizational commitment with cyberloafing behavior has a value between 0.496 – 0.503, meaning that the correlation between each component of organizational commitment and cyberloafing behavior has a fairly close correlation. Abstrak. Pengguna internet yang terus bertambah saat ini memicu perilaku penggunaan internet untuk kepentingan pribadi selama jam kerja (cyberloafing). Perilaku cyberloafing berdampak negatif bagi karyawan dan perusahaan karena dapat menurunkan kinerja dan meningkatkan biaya bandwidth perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku cyberloafing di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan yang erat antara komitmen organisasi dengan perilaku cyberloafing pada karyawan milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 109 karyawan milenial di kota Bandung. Skala komitmen organisasi yang digunakan didasarkan pada komponen-komponen yang dikemukakan oleh Meyer dan Allen (1991), sedangkan skala perilaku cyberloafing didasarkan pada aspek-aspek yang dikemukakan oleh Blanchard dan Henle (2008). Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil uji korelasi berdasarkan komponen komitmen organisasi menunjukkan nilai probabilitas masing-masing berkisar < 0,05 artinya komponen komitmen organisasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku cyberloafing pada karyawan milenial. Selain itu, nilai korelasi masing-masing komponen komitmen organisasi dengan perilaku cyberloafing memiliki nilai antara 0,496 – 0,503, artinya korelasi antara masing-masing komponen komitmen organisasi dengan perilaku cyberloafing memiliki korelasi yang cukup erat.

Abstract

Abstract. Occupational self-efficacy is a belief about onself as a powerful determinants of performance (Pethe et al., 1999). Work engagement is positive emotions related to work characterized by vigor, dedication, and absorption (Schaufeli et al., 2002). The COVID-19 Pandemic affects employees on their work engagement level. This study aims to investigate the effect of occupational self efficacy on work engagement by using the job demands-resources (JD-R) model. The participants of this research were 46 employees of PT BRN. The method used in this study is quantitative research with simple linear regression analysis. The measuring instrument used in this study is OSE Scale from Pethe, et al. and UWES from Schaufeli & Bakker. The finding shows that 60% employees have a low level of occupational self-efficacy and 57.78% employees have a low level of work engagement. According to the regression analysis results, occupational self-efficacy has a significant effect of 51.7% that contributed on work engagement. Abstrak. Occupational self-efficacy adalah keyakinan seseorang pada kemampuan dan kompetensinya dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan (Pethe et al., 1999). Work engagement adalah emosi positif yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang ditandai oleh adanya vigor, dedication, dan absorption (Schaufeli et al., 2002). Pandemi COVID-19 mempengaruhi karyawan pada tingkat work engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh occupational self-efficacy terhadap work engagement dengan menggunakan model job demands-resources (JD-R). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 karyawan PT BRN. Metode yang dignakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala OSE dari Pethe, et al. dan UWES dari Schaufeli & Bakker. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 60% karyawan memiliki occupational self-efficacy yang rendah dan 57.78% karyawan memiliki work engagement yang rendah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, occupational self-efficaacy memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebesar 51.7% yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap work engagement.
