Focus and Scope The focus of this journal is the dissemination of information related to nursing research and evidence-based study on urban nursing issues in low-middle-income countries. It covers particular issues on education, practice, and research. The journal also considers the presentation of sound knowledge related to strengthening healthcare system that includes health workforce, and health policy. Letters and commentaries of our published articles are welcome. All submitted contributions will undergo a double blind peer-review process according to standardized criteria. <![CDATA[This research was conducted at Dungingi health centre work area. The objective was to determine the difference of infant’s growth that given exclusive breastfeeding and formula milk at Dungingi health centre. The design used analytic observational with cross sectional approach. The samples in this research are 34 samples. This research used statiscal test of independent T test. The result obtained there is no significance differences between infant’s body weight that given exclusive breastfeeding with formula milk with p value 0,240 (>α 0,05). Theres is no significance differences of infant’s tall that given exclusive breastfeeding with formula milk withp value 0,105 (>α 0,05). Thus Ho is rejected. The conclusion of the research was there is no differences of infat’s growth that given exclusive breastfeeding with formula milk.]]>

<![CDATA[Diabetes mellitus is a disease in which blood glucose (simple sugar) levels are high because the body cannot release or use insulin adequately. The objective of research was to determine the relationship of patient’s knowledge level about diabetes mellitus with the action to maintain blood glucose stability at Dungaliyo health center work area. The design used correlation descriptive with cross sectional method and the samples are 39 respondents which determinate with total sampling. The result analysis used chi-square statistical test with P value 0,001. Obtained there is significance relationship about patient’s knowledge level about diabetes mellitus with the action to maintain blood glucose stability. Expected to health officer at Dungaliyo health center will provide health education to increase patient’s knowledge level about diabetes mellitus.]]>

<![CDATA[Measles Rubella immunization is combination of Measles and Rubella vaccine for protection against Measles and Rubella. The objective of research was to determine the relationship of nurse officer roles and teacher with the implementation of Measles Rubella immunization. The design used analytic quantitative survey with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique used Total sampling with 42 samples of nurse officer and teacher. Analysis used chi square with the significant = 0,05, the result obtained there is relationship between nurse officer with the implementation of MR immunization with ρ = 0,026 < 0,05, and also there is relationship between teacher with the implementation of MR immunization with ρ = 0,022 < 0,05.]]>

<![CDATA[Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease which occurs suddenly and causes neurological damage. This research was implemented to stroke patients at RSUD dr.MM.dunda, which aimed to find out the Effectiveness of head elevation models between 30° and 45° to increase oxygen saturation. The design used quasy experiment with non randominize pretest posttest contro group design approach. The samples were 22 respondents who are treated with head elevation between 30 ° and 45 ° for 4 weeks. Statistical test result obtained p value 0,000 less than alpha (p<0,05) means that Ho rejected, concluded that there is the influence of the elevation on increasing oxygen saturation and more influenced the 30° head elevation models to increase oxygen saturation in ischemic stroke patients at RSUD dr.MM.Dunda Limboto.]]>

<![CDATA[Elderly is someone over 60 years old that has decreased function and structure of the body's organs. In Clean and Healthy Behavior of elderly is need family support. The objective of research was to determine The Relationship of Family Support with Clean and Healthy Behavior in Elderly at Ollot Satu Village. Type of research used quantitative with analytic survey design and cross sectional approach, sampling technique used certain considerations or criteria using a questionnaire on 49 respondents. The samples determinate used Purposive sampling.data analysis used Spearman Rho test. The result showed family support with good category is 42 respondents (85.7%) and in less category is 7 respondents (14.3%), Clean and Healthy Behavior with good category is 41 respondents (83.7%) and in less category 8 reponden (16.3%).]]>

<![CDATA[Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) is the actions to provide first aid for victims of disasters or emergencies in order to prevent death or damage organs therefore their productivity can be maintained before a disaster or emergencies are occurs. The objective of research was to determine the relationship between Knowledge with Nurse Behavior about Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) in implementation emergency actions in special room of RSUD DR. M.M Dunda Limboto. The samples were 42 nurses with sampling technique used Total Sampling. Based on Chi Square test result significance α = 0,05, obtained ρ value 0,000 small than α = 0,05, which means there is relationship between Knowledge with Nurse Behavior about Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) in implementation emergency actions in special room of RSUD DR. M.M Dunda Limboto. The suggestion, these results of research are expected to be used as a reference for conducting first aid actions in emergency patients.]]>

<![CDATA[The family environment is the first and foremost aspect in influencing the development of children. At preschool age, children's psychosocial development is obvious, because they have begun to actively relate to their peers. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between family environment and psychosocial development of preschool children at TK Srikandi, Telaga Biru Sub district, Pentadio Timur Village, Gorontalo District. The design is descriptive quantitative using a cross sectional study approach. From the results obtained a value of p value = 0.012 which means it is smaller than α = 0.05 (Chi square Test). Therefore it was concluded that there was a correlation between the family environment and psychosocial development of preschoolers at Srikandi Kindergarten in Pentadio Timur. Based on these results, the researcher suggest that TK should conduct learning that involves parents directly at certain events, so parents are actively involved in the child's learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[Trauma is a condition where a person experience shock or loss because of an incidence. The most frequent causes of trauma are traffic accidents, workplace accidents, sports and household tasks. Musculoskeletal system trauma is often found in the era of high-speed vehicles as it is today. In addition, the incidence of muskuloskeletal trauma increases, largely due to an increase of routine physical exercise of people such as jogging, running and other sports activities. This research aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and the role of nurse in handling musculoskeletal trauma in the emergency room of Dr. M.M Dunda hospital. The research design was a quantitative correlational with cross-sectional approach. The researcher analyzed the data by Chi-Square test with significance level <0.05. The results indicated that there is a relationship between knowledge and the role of nurses in the handling of musculoskeletal trauma with P value of 0.02 <α 0.05. It is suggested that nurses are able to improve their competence in handling musculoskeletal trauma.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was carried out at the MM. DundaLimboto Hospital. The purpose was to determine the relationship between communication skil of nurses and the level of anxiety of patient’s family. The design was analityc observational with cros sectional study approach. The samples were 60 samples. The data was analyzed by using a Chi square statistical test. The result showed that there is a significant relationship between communication of nurses and the level of anxiety of patient’s family with p value = 0,00 (<a0,05). Thus Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.]]>

The objective was to identification The relationship of mother’s Occupation status with the Timeliness of giving Pentavalent Immunization on infants at Telaga Biru Health Centre Work Area. Populations were 108 infants. The samples are 36 respondents. This research was conducted in 2 weeks. The design used observational analytic with cross sectional study approach and collecting data from respondents used questionnaire form. The Chi Square test result obtained significant value ρ=0,010 < 0,05, Ho is rejected which means there is significance relationship between variable of mother’s Occupation status with Timeliness of giving Pentavalent Immunization.]]>
