Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata adalah bentuk kegiatan mahasiswa yang memberikan ilmu dari pengalaman belajar yang didapat kepada masyarakat di luar lingkungan kampus. Walaupun di tengah wabah pandemi covid-19, mahasiswa masih tetap bisa melakukan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) secara online untuk menghasilkan riset dalam bentuk laporan yang didapat dari beberapa sumber tulisan guna memberikan masyarakat pengetahuan tentang akan kemajuan teknologi di bidang informasi dan komunikasi. Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi kini bisa merambah ke bidang apapun termasuk merambah ke sektor bisnis. Dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, masyarakat desa yang kebanyakan bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dapat menggunakan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk membantu menjual produk hasil pertaniannya secara luas tidak hanya di pasar lokal saja, melainkan dapat dipasarkan hingga luar daerah bahkan dapat diekspor ke luar negeri. Dengan riset yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa akan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di sektor penjualan atau bisnis, diharapkan masyarakat dapat diberikan ide dan inovasi dalam memperluas pemasaran hasil pertaniannya. Walaupun ada masyarakat yang sudah familiar dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi di bidang penjualan atau bisnis ini, namun diharapkan hasil riset mahasiswa yang dituangkan dalam bentuk laporan, e-book, dan buku saku ini dapat lebih membantu atau memberikan inspirasi kepada masyarakat tentang aplikasi apa saja yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu memperluas pemasaran produk pertaniannya secara mudah dan bahkan gratis.

Abstract

Desa Glagah memliki tanah sawah menurut jenis pengairan dengan luas 78 Ha. Hasil panen cabai merah besar (Capsicum annum L.) dapat ditingkatkan nilai ekonominya melalui pengolahan serbuk cabai merah besar. Kualitas produk serbuk cabai merah besar dapat dikontrol dari tahap budidaya yang berlandasan Good Agriculture Practices (GAP), pemilhan bahan baku mutu I, penghalusan bahan dengan  ukuran standar 60 mesh, pengemasan produk yang mencegah uap air masuk dan pelabelan produk yang menagacu PP No. 69 tahun 1999 tentang Label dan Iklan Pangan. Lokasi Desa Glagah yang berdekatan dengan pantai memiliki ancaman potensi tsunami. Ancaman bencana tersebut dapat diantisipiasi dengan pengetahuan tanda awal tsunami, persiapan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana darurat bencana sejak dini dan portokol evakuasi khusu selama masa pandemi COVID-19 untuk mencegah timbulnya klaster baru dari korban bencana tsunami.

Abstract

The 78th community service (KKN) was conducted in several villages in KulonProgo and GunungKidul Regencies. Authors were in group 87 and stationed in Bendungan Village, KulonProgo. This Community Service Program is focused on developing the potential of villages in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Considering the agricultural background of the Bendungan village residents, programs about the farming, group 87 made a program about the introduction of organic fertilizers and the cultivation of Cavendish Banana. This program can help the local community's economy which is currently declining due to restrictions in carrying out activities amid this pandemic. Cavendish Banana has a fairly high value in the market and is also in great demand from consumers. Apart from developing the village's potential, a program in the form of a pocket book about new normal was arranged. This pocket book contains insights about new normal and new way of life, for example using a mask when traveling, regular hand wash, and always carrying a hand sanitizer

Abstract

Giripeni Village is one of the villages in Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency. Giripeni village is on the outskirts of the city, the area is mostly rice fields. Most of the people work as farmers and breeders. The availability of abundant foodstuffs such as grass and secondary crops is used to raise livestock. Giripeni Village has a lot of potential that can be developed, so that it becomes a tourist village to attract the wider community, both nationwide and worldwide from Giripeni Village. The development of this tourism village is one of the rural tourism developments which is expected to become a sustainable tourism development in accordance with government policies in the tourism sector. On the other hand, during the Covid-19 epidemic, many workers lost their jobs and some required workers to do their work from home. Group 88 provides video on using coconut fruit, so that people in Giripeni village whose jobs are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic can remain productive even at home. The method provided to process the coconut involves a simple steps and efficient use of materials. The research was carried out through online observation. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from the Giripeni village website and secondary data obtained based on previous research

Abstract

Indonesia has a wealth of beautiful natural resources that attract tourists, cultural diversity and varied food resources.   Indonesia has the potential for local food resources from various types of nuts that have the potential to add nutrients to daily food. The agricultural commodity that the author's team chose is soybeans because soybeans are one of the agricultural commodities produced in Pacarejo Village, our focus of location. The output of educational videos about product innovation and e-book is the starting material for writing this article. The output is expected to provide information about the importance of product innovation by utilizing food potential from soybeans supported by the use of technology and internet support for online marketing. The method of implementation is carried out online by using a qualitative approach based on the post-positivist philosophy to examine natural objects systematically. The data collected is virtually analyzed and narrated in detail so that it is easy to understand. The innovation of processed products made from soybeans is the focus of this paper, in addition to the use of digital marketing as a further support. The data used in this paper only uses secondary data types. The data search was conducted through the websites of Pacarejo Village and Gunungkidul Regency, journal articles and other materials on the internet. The production of Soybean Food Potential Innovation Video which is the basis of this paper, the group hopes, can also help the people of Pacarejo Village in utilizing the existing food potential by processing soybeans into several product variants. It is hoped that the processing of innovative processed soybean products can provide added value, increase income and increase people's welfare. Selling products with online marketing is expected to reach a wider target market that includes across regions and across time.Indonesia memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam indah yang menarik wisatawan, keragaman budaya dan sumber daya pangan yang variatif. Indonesia memiliki potensi sumber daya pangan lokal dari berbagai jenis kacang – kacangan yang berpotensi untuk menambah zat gizi dalam pangan sehari-hari. Komoditas pertanian yang tim penulis pilih adalah kacang kedelai karena kacang kedelai termasuk salah satu komoditas pertanian yang dihasilkan Desa Pacarejo, fokus lokasi kami. Luaran video edukasi mengenai inovasi produk serta e-book menjadi bahan awal penulisan artikel ini. Luaran diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai pentingnya untuk berinovasi produk dengan pemanfaatan potensi pangan dari kacang-kacangan kedelai didukung oleh pemanfaatan teknologi dan dukungan internet bagi pemasaran online. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berlandaskan pada filsafat post-positivism untuk mencermati obyek alamiah dengan sistematis. Data yang dikumpulkan secara virtual dianalisis dan dinarasikan secara rinci agar mudah dipahami. Inovasi produk olahan berbahan kacang kedelai menjadi fokus tulisan ini, di samping pemanfaatan digital marketing sebagai pendukung lanjutan. Data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini hanya menggunakan jenis data sekunder. Pencarian data dilakukan melalui website Desa Pacarejo dan Kabupaten Gunungkidul, artikel jurnal dan bahan lain di internet. Produksi Video Inovasi Potensi Pangan Kacang Kedelai yang mendasari tulisan ini, kelompok harap, dapat pula membantu masyarakat Desa Pacarejo dalam pemanfaatan potensi pangan yang ada dengan mengolah kedelai menjadi beberapa varian produk. Pengolahan produk-produk inovatif olahan kacang kedelai ini diharapkan dapat memberikan nilai tambah, meningkatkan pendapatan serta kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penjualan produk dengan pemasaran online diharapkan dapat menjangkau target pasar yang lebih luas yang mencakup lintas daerah dan lintas waktu.

Abstract

Desa Pringombo adalah salah satu desa yang ada di Kabupaten Gunung Kidul. Desa Pringombo memiliki banyak potensi pada berbagai bidang. Selain potensi sumber daya alam, Desa Pringombo juga memiliki potensi di bidang kesenian yaitu pertunjukan kethoprak. Pembatasan sosial yang terjadi akibat pandemic COVID-19 mengakibatkan berbagai masalah, khususnya di bidang perekonomian. Pertunjukan kethoprak yang harus dilakukan dengan berkerumun tidak lagi dapat dilakukan. Hal tersebut berdampak besar bagi pendapatan sekelompok masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai pemain kethoprak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan upaya berupa alternatif untuk mempertahankan eksistensi pertunjukan ketoprak dari Desa Pringombo. Penyiaran pertunjukan kethoprak dapat dilakukan melalui aplikasi Youtube.  Melalui aplikasi Youtube, para pemain dapat tetap menampilkan kethoprak serta memperoleh penghasilan dari Youtube. Melalui kegiatan ini, masyarakat  diedukasi mengenai pemanfaatan aplikasi Youtube untuk mempertahankan eksistensi pertunjukan kethoprak.

Abstract

Kanigoro Village is a village that has a lot of beauty, but unfortunately, these beauties are still not exposed. For this reason, the compilers agreed to do two types of work programs in Kanigoro Village; Village Potentials and Pocket Books. Regarding the potential of the village, the compilers choose Pringjono Beach because this beach can be a characteristic of Kanigoro Village. Then the compilers also choose to make a Pocketbook about Covid-19 because the Covid-19 pandemic is still a trend in Indonesia and the world. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge of village potential that can be utilized especially in the Kanigoro Village and provide knowledge and understanding of the Covid-19 pandemic which is currently a hot topic. The method that the compilers do is to observe village data through the village website and other information related through news or other official websites. The result of these activities is that Pringjono Beach as the potential of Kanigoro Village expected to advance Kanigoro Village of income and image village. In addition, through the pocketbook “Smart Against Covid-19”, the people of Kanigoro Village also have a proper understanding of the Covid-19 virus, especially the dangers, prevention, and handling.

Abstract

Academic community service (KKN – kuliah kerja nyata) normally involves on-field activities and interaction between students and local communities. The emerge of covid-19 pandemic led to social distancing, a less ideal situation for on-field community service. Meanwhile, the advance of information technology brought society toward the fifth era. At this situation, the concept of society 5.0 was applied on community service conducted in Kulon Progo district, Yogyakarta. Programs dedicated to improve local community were arranged without direct contact with community members, but utilizing online information to identify the potentials in the location under study and challenges faced by the community. Through literature study, proposed improvement on the potentials and solutions for the problems were developed. The results were presented as ebook or video offering educative and informative contents that can be beneficial for community empowerment.

Abstract

The village potential mapping was carried out in Ngestirejo Village, Gunungkidul Regency which was selected in accordance with the decision of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta (UAJY). The purpose of this paper is to see and describe the potential that exists in Ngestirejo Village that can be developed by the local community which can be found through various sources on the internet and written works of other sources. Ngestirejo Village has several village potentials that can be developed, such as in the tourism sector, which consists of natural and cultural tourism and agriculture.

Abstract

Cassava or cassava is one of the largest food sources in Indonesia. Cassava is an alternative food that is rich in carbohydrates. In Kepek Village, Saptosari District, there are many crops produced from agriculture, namely rice, corn, cassava, peanuts, and soybeans. This journal will discuss the process of making ice cream with cassava-based ingredients, as well as a discussion of the mapping of village potentials owned by Kepek Village, Saptosari District. The method of making cassava ice cream is by utilizing the harvest products owned by Kepek Village, Saptosari District, by peeling and washing cassava. Then do soaking in water for 24 hours. Combine water, coconut milk, cornstarch, sugar, refined salt, sweetened condensed milk, and emulsifier in a saucepan. After that, the ice cream was put in the freezer for 24 hours with a temperature parameter of 4°C. The results of the development of making ice cream using cassava as a base ingredient can find out another effective and interesting process regarding the utilization of agricultural products, namely cassava.
