Abstract

This community service is carried out in order to assist the community in developing the potential of the village from various aspects of community life. This community service was carried out in Canden Village, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. Canden village has artistic potential such as ketoprak, jatilan, srandul, sholawatan, karawitan, sinden, and wayang kulit. In this service, a work program was created in order to develop the potential of the village in the form of a building program or open space that can be used as a center for Canden Village activities, both for art performances and meetings. The data collection process is carried out using secondary data such as looking at the geographical conditions of the village, village facilities and infrastructure, village access, village facilities, what potential the village has that needs to be developed. The result of this stage is that there is an open space design that can be used for cultural and artistic performances as well as village meetings and meetings. This open space is expected to be able to attract the attention of tourists to visit Canden Village and increase community productivity in Canden Village.

Abstract

The result that was obtained is to improve the prosperity of the people at Sentolo Village in agricultural sector, the economical strategic that was created is making the social media account to sell the agricultural product from Sentolo village. Kuliah Kerja Nyata 80 using Society 5.0 method. Group 104 of Kuliah Kerja Nyata from Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University work program was produced to increase the potential of Sentolo village in improving the economy sector in agricultural area. The types of the research was based on social facts and the data was obtained directly through Statiscic of Kulon Progo Regency latest update and Google. Secondary data was collected from literature, journals, articles and also the Internet. The data that was obtained being analyzed together on Google Drive, then understood it through Whatsapp Group and Microsoft Teams Meeting. This work will be carried out increasing the strategic of agricultural resource marketing to help people at Sentolo Village selling their agricultural product.

Abstract

The 80th period of KKN program was held with the theme Society 5.0 as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The activity was attended by Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University students as an obligation. Participants were divided into groups of students that came from different faculties. KKN would be held from October 1st to December 4th, 2021 virtually. The authors were members of group 101 who were given the responsibility to expand their knowledge and skills through the experiences in Demangrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo Regency. Demangrejo village itself have had potential in agricultural land, rice fields in the north which stretched along 1.68 km. Good irrigation in rice fields came from the Progo River and wells around the village. Therefore, most of the villagers were farmers. Because of those reasons, village welfare improvement could be achieved by developing existing agricultural land into mina padi. Mina Padi is a combination of rice cultivation and fish cultivation. These two aspects would support each other in terms of production. The water quality of the rice fields would improve and the fish seeds would get their food source from the bran, milled rice husk. When it's time to harvest, the results will be more profitable for the village because it is a combination from 2 types of cultivation in the same period. Beside improving the economic aspect of the village, Mina Padi was also expected to play a role in improving Demangrejo Village's tourism.

Abstract

Trimulyo Village, Jetis District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province has one of the most abundant agricultural products, namely peanuts. However, there are still not many farmers who realize the high potential of peanuts as an agricultural commodity and have not maximized land management both from the planting method and the yield of peanuts. This community service program aims to increase the economic value of peanuts through the manufacture of peanut butter and peanut agro-tourism sites. The data collection method used in this study used a secondary data collection method that was arranged systematically so that it could be easily understood. The program is carried out by providing design designs for facilities in agro-tourism in the form of gates, parking areas, gift centers, multi-purpose rooms, gazebos, and agro-tourism areas. In addition, it is explained related to the process of making peanut butter and packaging so that it can be a souvenir from Trimulyo Village. This program certainly requires support from various parties such as the government and village communities. With this program, it is hoped that it can attract the attention of tourists in the future so that it can help the economy of the Trimulyo Village community.

Abstract

In the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University carried out the 80th KKN under the name “KKN Society 5.0” and was held online. The KKN 103 Unit U group was placed in Salamrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo Regency. Salamrejo Village is famous for its village potential, namely handicrafts made from agel leaf fiber. However, the marketing if this agel leaf fiber craft product has not yet been marketed directly to consumers digitally. Based on this problem, the KKN 103 group created a village potential work program, namely the marketing of agel fiber craft products digitally through e-commerce, the goal is to expand the marketing of agel leaf fiber craft products so that they can increase the income of the people in Salamrejo Village. The Pocket Book work program with the title Guidebook to improve Body’s Immune System during the Pandemic is carried out with the hope that the people of Salamrejo Village can better understand the application of good and correct health protocols and also know how to improve the immune system so as to avoid the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The Village Potential and Pocket Book work program is carried out using the literature study method. The output of the program is an interactive e-book and video that is delivered with a descriptive technique. It is hoped that the delivery of information will be easier to understand and useful for the people of Salamrejo Village.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out in Sumberagung Village, Kapanewon Jetis, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. Sumberagung Village has various agricultural potentials that can be utilized to increase the income of rural communities such as rice, corn, and cassava. To develop this potential, a program will be carried out to develop agricultural land with the concept of agro-tourism. Later, tourists who come to visit Sumberagung Village agrotourism can see the process of planting and harvesting rice, corn, and cassava plants. Existing data and information were obtained through the official website of Sumberagung Village, internet media, journal articles, and others. The results of the program obtained are the existence of an agro-tourism design in Sumberagung Village which consists of motorbike parking lots, toilets, pavilions, retail sales and flour production houses, as well as a prayer room. In addition, it is also explained how to make rice flour, corn, and cassava. Villagers are expected to be able to implement it so as to increase income and advance Sumberagung Village. The potentials that exist in Sumberagung Village can certainly be developed by requiring the support of the entire community and the local village government.

Abstract

Patalan Village, Kapanewon Jetis, Bantul Regency has tourism potential in the form of a vineyard named Jogja Wine. This work program is carried out with the aim that this vineyard will develop into a tourist village and be known by the wider community. This work program focuses on analyzing and designing facilities and tour packages that can invite outsiders to know more about Jogja Wines and even Patalan Village. In addition, it will discuss the development of products from the vineyard which is one of the unique things for Patalan Village. The data collection method was carried out by collecting secondary data after it was arranged systematically. The result of this work program is the addition of facilities in vineyard agro-tourism such as cafes, gazebos, and wine production houses. There is also an explanation regarding the making of grape leaf chips and grape juice. This work program is expected to increase the potential of Patalan Village so that it has an impact on improving the village economy. Maximum achievement of the utilized potential also requires cooperation or support from the village government and village communities who play an important role in developing the potential of Patalan Village.

Abstract

Taman nasional adalah usaha pemerintah untuk melestarikan biodiversitas/keanekaragaman hayati di Indonesia dan keterlibatan masyarakat di sekitarnya sangat penting dalam usaha ini. Salah satu kegiatan yang penting adalah mengenal fauna dan flora yang ada di dalam kawasan ini. Usaha mengenal ini bisa dimulai dari berbagai taksa beserta peran. Selain itu, tersedianya berbagai teknologi informasi untuk menjalankan usaha ini sekaligus belajar adalah kesempatan yang baik untuk menyukseskan kegiatan ini. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengenalkan berbagai taksa dan usaha membudidayakan anggrek. Kegiatan dimulai dengan berdiskusi dengan staff taman nasional dan warga untuk membahas materi. Setelah itu, kegiatan disampaikan dengan pematerian dan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan hands-on. Peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan antusias dan menunjukkan bahwa materi sebagian besar mudah untuk diikuti. Setelah kegiatan, diketahui bahwa pendampingan lanjutan masih diperlukan untuk terus mengasah keterampilan warga.

Abstract

Pupuk merupakan elemen utama dalam pertumbuhan tanaman, salah satu jenisnya adalah pupuk organik. Pupuk organik merupakan pupuk yang bersumber dari bagian hewan, kotoran hewan, tumbuhan yang sudah mati, atau limbah organik lainnya. Pada Desa Segoroyoso, Kecamatan Pleret terdapat banyak limbah kotoran ternak yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu bahan dasar pembuatan pupuk organik. Pada jurnal ini akan dibahas mengenai proses pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan limbah ternak hasil dari kegiatan peternakan Desa Segoroyoso. Metode pembuatan pupuk organik adalah dengan menyusun bahan pembuat kompos secara berurutan yang dimulai dari bawah ke atas. Setelah 3 minggu, kotak kompos dibalik agar susunan kompos yang di bawah menjadi di atas, sehingga dapat tercampur rata. Berikutnya tahapan pembalikan kedua, kompos terlihat sudah menyerupai tanah serta kotoran sudah hancur dan tidak bau. Lalu dilakukan penyaringan dan didiamkan selama 2 minggu. Selanjutnya mengemas kompos kedalam sak plastik dan kompos siap untuk digunakan. Hasil dari pengembangan pembuatan pupuk organik menggunakan bahan dasar limbah ternak dan limbah organik membuat masyarakat memahami efektifitas proses pemanfaatan limbah ternak di Desa Segoroyoso.

Abstract

Bangunjiwo Village, Kapanewon Kasihan, Bantul Regency has a very famous area as a center for pottery, namely in the Kasongan area. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact due to a decrease in the number of tourists. To assist the recovery and development of village potential, this community service program aims to develop the potential of tourism villages. This program is carried out using secondary data to find the potential that exists in Bangunjiwo Village that can be developed. Based on these data, it is then learned what needs to be developed in Bangunjiwo Village. The development of tourism village potential is carried out by rearranging places that might be used as tourist village centers by redesigning tourist areas with interesting concepts such as information rooms, rest areas, restaurants, and workshop spaces. This work program is expected to be able to attract tourists so that it can advance Bangunjiwo Village and of course requires parties from village officials, villagers, and the regional tourism office.
