At-Tahsin adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Togo Ambarsari untuk peningkatan out-put penelitian sivitas akademik. Jurnal ini memuat kajian kependidikan Islam secara teoritis dan praktis sekaligus juga kaitannya dengan berbagai disiplin keilmuan lain secara interdisipliner atau multidisipliner. Tujuan adanya jurnal ini adalah melaksanakan diseminasi keilmuan dalam wujud distribusi hasil penelitian sekaligus bentuk konkret dari institusi ini dalam memberi kontirbusi keilmuan sekaligus pengamalannya terhadap masyarakat. Dengan demikian, jurnal ini memuat kajian kependidikan Islam dalam semua dimensinya mulai dari kurikulum dan pembelajaran, peserta didik, tenaga pendidikan dan kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana, keuangan, informasi dan yang terakhir, hubungan masyarakat baik secara monodisiplin, interdisiplin atau pun multidisiplin keilmuan. Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala dalam periode 6 bulanan, yakni Pebruari dan Agustus. Hal ini tak lain adalah wujud kesungguhan sivitas akademik Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Togo Ambarsari Bondowoso dalam melaksanakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi secara komprehensif.

Abstract

During the education period in Medina, it was a continuation of the struggle in Mecca, in Medina the Prophet had experienced ease in the Islamic struggle because previously the people of Medina always waited for the arrival of the Prophet Muhammad, at that time in Medina there were indeed many groups such as Aus , Khazraj , people of Muslims, Jews, Christians, but the Messenger of Allah easily united all these groups under the command of the Messenger of Allah. In various ways, it is done in order to conquer them including using the Qur'an as an educational curriculum, Aqidah as the basis for the material being taught, then using mau'izah hasanah as the method. While in Medina the mosque was very active as a central institution of Islamic education. which is no less important than the achievement of education in Medina, namely the close brotherhood between Muslims and non-Muslims.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui impelentasi pembelajaran multikultural dan moderasai beragama. Dalam penelitian ini terungkap bahwa Pembelajaran berbasis multikultural berusaha memberdayakan peserta didik untuk mengembangkan rasa hormat kepada orang berbeda, membantu peserta didik memilki kebanggaan akan warisan budaya serta menyadarkan peserta didik bahwa konflik nilai sering menjadi penyebab konflik antar masyarakat. Pendidikan multikultural diselenggarakan dalam upaya mengembangkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam memandang kehidupan dari berbagai perspektif budaya yang berbeda mengintegrasian ke setiap mata pelajaran mempunyai tujuan untuk memperkenalkan nilai – nilai pendidikan multikultural di setiap mata pelajaran yang dipelajari oleh peserta didik sehingga menyadari pentingnya nilai – nilai tersebut dan penginternalisasian nilai – nilai tersebut ke dalam tingkah laku peserta didik sehari –hari melalui proses belajar secara langsung maupun tidak langsung di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Secara substantif, setidaknya ada beberapa mata pelajaran yang bisa langsung diintegrasikan misalnya mata pelajaran fiqih dan akhlaq

Abstract

This study describes a title of "Contemporary Islamic Education" which begins the important issue of why instruction. Contemporary Islam as far as its origins and its application to the objectives of this study the training needs of Islam are being considered with its Conception and Application. Abstract

The history of Islamic civilization has contributed a lot to Islamic values which are very influential, especially in social science and education which if an education is not accompanied by good character, then an education is not perfect. Therefore, Islam has provided a role model in the form of Aklhalkul karimah that we can emulate and make the form of implementation of an education and educational process. We find many books with character matching as the main capital of education, even the Al-Qur’an explains a lot about the character and personality of Rasulullah SAW. Thus, with the power of the Al-Qur’an itself, it becomes a symbol that character is indeed a tool, media and model that can be used in interacting, socializing, organizing and leading the community or family. Character is a process or never ending process as long as humans live in a social environment (Thomas lickona), character is also one of the most important communication tools in the social and social world, social itself has the meaning of life that is in contact with groups or community interactions. 'Indonesian Dictionary'', Looking at the history of Islamic civilization, we can find all the characters in the Al-Qur’an from the role models of the Prophet's companions during his leadership. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi Manajemen Peserta Didik dalam meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi Peserta Didik. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara (interview), pengamatan (observasi) dan dokumentasi. Kemudian untuk teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data yang meliputi analisis induktif dan deduktif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya indikator perencanaan untuk mencapai suatu target atau sasaran, adanya arahan, bimbingan dan pelayanan sesuai dengan tupoksi masing-masing guna mencapai tujuan yang sesuai dengan manajemen peserta didik, yang di dalamnya menyangkut kemampuan literasi masa pandemi bagi peserta didik serta.

Abstract

MTs Kanjeng Sepuh is one of the educational institutions that was established under the auspices of the Taman Pendidikan Kanjeng Sepuh foundation which has a discipline program through two attendance systems (paper absent and fingerprint absent) which have been implemented simultaneously since 2014 which are closely monitored by picket teachers and other supervisory teachers. This program is able to help improve student learning outcomes because the teaching and learning process is more focused and more conducive. This researcher aims to answer some problem formulations; 1). How is the discipline program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh, Sidayu sub-district, Gresik district? 2). What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing discipline programs in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh, Sidayu sub-district, Gresik district. This type of research includes qualitative research, which produces data and is analyzed using descriptive methods adapted to the disciplinary program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh Sidayu Gresik. The results of this study, that MTs Kanjeng Sepuh in implementing the student attendance disciplinary program uses a 2 attendance system, namely manual attendance which is carried out in class (paper attendance) and non-manual attendance (fingerprint) simultaneously and the program runs effectively as evidenced by the persistence of the program from year after year, positive responses from related parties to the implementation of the program and getting maximum learning outcomes are evidenced by student achievements every year. As for the implementation of the program, of course there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors, this is the supporting factor of the effectiveness of the discipline program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh as follows: 1). Response or cooperation of all related parties, 2). Achievement targets that meet, 3). Adequate facilities, 4) make it easy to recap data, 5). Has 2 attendance data to be more accurate. As for the inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the discipline program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh as follows: 1). Uncertain internet connection (fingerprint attendance), 2). The electricity goes out and the pulse runs out without being caught (fingerprint attendance), 3). Lost files (manual attendance), 4). Requires a large budget (manual attendance), 5). Queues to queue for fingerprint attendance are boring.

Abstract

Abstract In the era of globalization, improving the quality of competitive education is very necessary. All problems in education such as not focusing on learning, declining student enthusiasm and so on are challenges for school principals, educators and parents. Therefore, the provision of giving rewards is expected to improve the quality of education. This study focuses on strategies to improve the quality of education through rewards to students along with supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results of the study show that the strategy for improving the quality of education through the provision of rewards refers to input (preparation of teacher human resources), process (class division, procurement of extracurricular and tutoring, giving rewards that have applied the principles and meet the requirements), output (rewards foster student enthusiasm, and assessment can create output according to the educational goals of the institution) with various supporting factors such as the involvement of several parties, adequate infrastructure, student motivation and sufficient funds. And the obstacles to its implementation are poor time management, urgent interests in school, lack of concern for some students, and lack of full support from parents. Overcome by paying attention to teachers, students and parents who can support the implementation of school activities. And with the implementation of this strategy, the educational process makes it easier for teachers to deliver subject matter, the direct results of education are in the form of student behavior after attending lessons, and the final result of education is the behavior of graduates.

Abstract

Abstract Educational management is an integral part of the overall educational process. The pattern of education at the time of Umar bin Khattab certainly had a tremendous impact in the current era. So this study examines the educational management perspective of Umar Bin Khattab. This research is literature research and the methodology used in this research is character study. The data related to this study were collected through literature study and presented with descriptive analysis techniques, namely by explaining the educational management of Umar bin Khattab during his leadership era, by referring to the book of Umar bin Khattab's sirah as primary data and literature books that related as secondary data. The results of this study are the management of education in Umar Bin Khattab's leadership of public services is the bookkeeping of the Qur'an, qira'at education, Tafsir bil Ra'yi education, education in the dissemination of hadith and infrastructure education (architect).

Abstract

Abstrak Keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam mengelola semua sumber daya yang ada di sekolah. Kepala madrasah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang paling berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.Salah satu program yang dapat diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan pendidikan yang berkualitas adalah pelaksanaan bantuan kepada guru atau yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah supervisi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa 1) Supervisi akademik kepala madrasah bidang pengembangan materi pembelajaran di MA Sunan Kalijaga diimplementasikan dengan a) Perencanaan Bimbingan Pengembangan Materi, b) Pelaksanaan Bimbingan Pengembangan Materi Pembajaran menggunakan teknik Rapat Guru, 3) Tindak Lanjut Pengembangan materi pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan mengobservasi langsung pengembangan materi. 2) Supervisi akademik kepala madrasah bidang pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) di MA Sunan Kalijaga diimplementasikan dengan a) Merencanakan Bimbingan Penyusunan Laporan PTK, b) Proses Pelaksanaan Bimbingan dengan Teknik Supervisi Diskusi, c) Tindak Lanjut Bimbingan Penulisan Laporan PTK. 3) Supervisi akademik kepala madrasah bidang penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di MA Sunan Kalijaga diimplementasikan dengan a) Perencanaan bimbingan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, b) Proses pelaksanaan bimbingan penggunaan media dengan menggunakan teknik demonstrasi, c) Tindak lanjut bimbingan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Abstrak Manajemen sarana dan prasarana harus mampu menunjang proses belajar mengajar, salah satunya adalah ketersediaannya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai disertakan dengan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan yang optimal. Karena dengan terlaksannya sarana dan prasarana dengan baik maka semua pihak yang ada di lembaga pendidikan yaitu pondok pesantren akan merasa nyaman dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kenyamanan dalam belajar mengajar sangat menentukan keberhasilan proses pendidikan di pondok pesantren. Sehingga diperlukannyya kepedulian semua pihak yang tinggal di pondok pesantren dari santri, ustadzah dan pengurus. Semua pihak harus saling bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga, merawat dan menumbuhkan rasa memiliki serta menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya sarana dan prasarana pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sumberrejo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pondok pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sumberrejo melaksanakan manajemen sarana dan prasarana dengan melalui lima langkah pengelolaan yaitu perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, dan penghapusan.
