Abstract

AbstrakFokus penelitian ini yaitu, “Bagaimana internalisasi revolusi mental siswa SMK Nurul Islam Manyar Gresik?”. Jenis penelitian termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan pada objek tertentu secara jelas dan sistematis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Internalisasi Revolusi Mental Siswa di SMK Nurul Islam Manyar Gresik. Hasil penelitian : 1). Internalisasi diartikan sebagai penghayatan, pendalaman, pengasingan, penggabungan atau penyatuan sikap, standart tingkah laku, pendapat dan seterusnya di dalam kepribadian. 2). Revolusi mental adalah transformasi etos, yaitu perubahan mendasar dalam mentalitas, cara berfikir, cara merasa dan cara mempercayai, yang semuanya menjelma dalam perilaku dan tindakan sehari-hari. Etos ini menyangkut semua aspek kehidupan, mulai dari ekonomi, politik, sains tekhnologi, seni, agama, dan sebagainya, 3). Internalisasi revolusi mental adalah suatu proses secara mendalam tentang nilai-nilai Revolusi Mental yang berjalan di SMK Nurul Islam. Proses internalisasi sangatlah penting dalam Revolusi Mental. Oleh karena Revolusi Mental merupakan bagian nilai-nilai pendidikan.

Abstract

Disciplinary behavior of students is strongly influenced by several factors, namely; neighborhood, family and school. In this case, the madrasa becomes the baton from the family to train students discipline, because students who have a disciplined attitude will tend to grow a sense of responsibility in doing something and be able to respect and obey a rule. Students who have a disciplined attitude can become students who are faster in developing and improving their achievements, and become students who obey the rules so as to create a conducive learning atmosphere. In responding to this, the deputy head of the student madrasa of course has a strategy that he applies in improving student discipline at MA Ihyaul Ulum so that all students in the madrasa are able to become students who obey the rules that apply in the madrasa and become students who have awareness of discipline research objectives 1) To determine the strategy of vice principal in the field of student affairs in improving student discipline in MA. Ihyaul Ulum Dukun Gresik 2) To find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the vice principal of student affairs in improving student discipline at MA Ihyaul Ulum Dukun Gresik this study used a qualitative approach and the type of this research was field research (Field Research) the results of the research on the strategy of the vice principal for student affairs in improving student discipline at MA Ihyaul Ulum Dukun Gresik by a) Setting an example in being disciplined b) Both educators and students must comply with all applicable rules at the madrasa c) Implement a point system in any violation d) Cooperate with the BK teacher and all teachers e) Consistent in enforcing student discipline. f) Build communication with students, teachers and community and Characteristics of Student Discipline at MA Ihyaul Ulum Include the following: a) Discipline of student dress b) Discipline of punctuality c) Discipline of social behavior d) Discipline in learning ethics e) Discipline of following the congregation of dhuha prayers f) Discipline following congregational dhuhur prayer g) Discipline following the study/recitation of the book and dhikr after the dhuha prayer.

Abstract

Since the emergence of pesantren, it has given color to Indonesia. In fact, there are many traditions and cultures of Islamic boarding schools that are still preserved untul the curret era, one of which is literacy culture; writing, reading, and listening. Literacy has also been taught at the time of the prophet Muhammad, so it is not uncommon for curricula such as sorogan dan bandongan to be raught by ustadz/ustazah to santriwan and santriwati. Traditional/cultures that are even feared to disappear in this era are still active in pesantren. Thesurrounding community, and alumni in their vision of forming the character and spirit of scholarship for the nation and state.

Abstract

MTs Kanjeng Sepuh is one of the educational institutions that was established under the auspices of the Taman Pendidikan Kanjeng Sepuh foundation which has a discipline program through two attendance systems (paper absent and fingerprint absent) which have been implemented simultaneously since 2014 which are closely monitored by picket teachers and other supervisory teachers. This program is able to help improve student learning outcomes because the teaching and learning process is more focused and more conducive. This researcher aims to answer some problem formulations; 1). How is the discipline program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh, Sidayu sub-district, Gresik district? 2). What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing discipline programs in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh, Sidayu sub-district, Gresik district. This type of research includes qualitative research, which produces data and is analyzed using descriptive methods adapted to the disciplinary program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh Sidayu Gresik. The results of this study, that MTs Kanjeng Sepuh in implementing the student attendance disciplinary program uses a 2 attendance system, namely manual attendance which is carried out in class (paper attendance) and non-manual attendance (fingerprint) simultaneously and the program runs effectively as evidenced by the persistence of the program from year after year, positive responses from related parties to the implementation of the program and getting maximum learning outcomes are evidenced by student achievements every year. As for the implementation of the program, of course there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors, this is the supporting factor of the effectiveness of the discipline program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh as follows: 1). Response or cooperation of all related parties, 2). Achievement targets that meet, 3). Adequate facilities, 4) make it easy to recap data, 5). Has 2 attendance data to be more accurate. As for the inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the discipline program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh as follows: 1). Uncertain internet connection (fingerprint attendance), 2). The electricity goes out and the pulse runs out without being caught (fingerprint attendance), 3). Lost files (manual attendance), 4). Requires a large budget (manual attendance), 5). Queues to queue for fingerprint attendance are boring.

Abstract

This assistance is intended to develop the assets of the al maliki boarding school, Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding Schol, Lamongan, to become a pilot dormitory in the field of developing the potential for making Indonesian batik using the Training of Trainer or TOT method by providing understanding materials, then followed by direct practice by students of Al Maliki Dormitory. Based on the results of the assistence of the Training of Trainer or TOT method, it can be concluded that assistance in empowering students through the creation of Nusantara batik santri Al Maliki in training to make a superior product for students in the Al Maliki dormitory will not succeed if there is no cooperation and active participation from the mentoring subject, dormitories, foundations, especially institutions. in this era of reform and the spirit of decentralization, Islamic boarding schools need to be managed more proactively for the future of santri as quality human resources and habe good morals. to achieve this goal, competencies are needed as profesional human resu\ources.

Focus Study this is for understand about management curriculum thematic at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujung Pangkah Gresik in effort develop ability intellectuals participant educate . Learning thematic in SLB same with school general , which Becomes difference is teacher must capable adapt condition child , if on normally they led for complete target but in SLB is teacher teach slowly until they capable control lesson , because participant educate no easy in understand eye lesson so teacher must have method creative and unique so that participant educate easy in understand . Study this aim answer a number of Formula Problem , ie : 1. How Management Curriculum program thematic in develop ability intellectual participant educate at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik, 2. How factor supporters and inhibitor Management curriculum program thematic in develop ability intellectual participant educate at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik.? Method study which used in study this is with study descriptive qualitative . In collection the data use method observation , interview deep as well as documentation . With use technical analysis miles model ie reduction data, presentation data and withdrawal conclusion . Results in study this , First , that Management Curriculum at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik use Curriculum 2013, Stages which held in Thing the ie 1) Planning curriculum thematic SDLB . 1. Share timetable lesson corresponding structure curriculum from government 3) Implementation curriculum thematic is 1. implementation curriculum customized with device learning 2. Implementation curriculum must customized with circumstances student Which one they have difference disabled , so that they capable follow learning and practice student so that capable life independent , 3) Evaluation ie with 1. Abstract

Education is the most important pillar in a nation, where the goals contained in education are to be able to educate the nation's life and also be able to nurture all the achievements and potential that exists within each student, so that later they can become good and superior individuals to be able to compete, both in the national and international arena. Every existing educational institution must have a learning curriculum, because the curriculum is a design and arrangement that guides the continuity of education. The purpose of the study was to analyze how the independent curriculum forms in education management in an elementary school. This research uses a qualitative approach method with a descriptive form, which emphasizes more on explanatory and explanatory studies. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, and observation, the data is obtained by describing the opinions of the samples from the results of interviews conducted directly. The results showed that the independent curriculum in an educational management in elementary schools can run very well, safely and there are not many obstacles faced. Because the application of the independent curriculum in elementary schools makes students quite challenged and welcomes it well. Because the curriculum is something very new for students, many are enthusiastic about it. The weaknesses contained in the research are that the researchers did not visit many elementary schools, because they only focused on one place and on one of the students. for that further researchers are expected to have many other samples.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain data about the process of intra-school student organization activities. The spirit of discipline between administrators and members of intra-school student organizations; what are the obstacles to the implementation of the intra-school student organization program; efforts to increase discipline in intra-school student organizations; and how to overcome discipline and achieve student achievement. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach through stages of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The objects of this study were the principal, the deputy head of student affairs, members of intra-school student organizations, and 10 students. Data analysis can be done through categorization, data reduction, validity testing, drawing conclusions, and data presentation. The results of the study show that intra-school organization activities play an important role in improving discipline and the quality of graduates through intra-school student organization work programs contained in the intra-school student organization structure and student achievement data.

Abstract

Literasi digital termasuk suatu keterampilan dasar yang diimplementasikan pada proses pembelajaran, selain kemampuan menulis, membaca, sains, berhitung, kewarganegaraan serta pemahaman budaya. Tujuan dari kajian ini ialah guna memberi pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang kemampuan literasi digital pada guru sebagai faktor pendukung kemampuan guru di era abad ke-21. Metode kajian yang dipergunakan ialah metode deskriptif yang menjelaskan kompetensi literasi digital guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah sebagai aspek pendukung kemahiran pendidik di abad 21. Kajian ini dijalankan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah dengan subjek kajian berfokus pada para guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Kajian memperlihatkan jika guru-guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah telah mempunyai kemampuan literasi digital yang optimal. Hal itu bisa ditinjau dari berbagai indikator pencapaian pada kompetensi literasi digital misalnya variasi alat peraga serta bahan bacaan digital, aktivitas belajar mengajar yang berbasis pada informasi serta teknologi, pemanfaatan buku digital penggunaan teknologi pada lingkungan Madrasah dan penerapan ataupun implementasi teknologi digital pada layanan Madrasah. Secara keseluruhan kemampuan literasi digital berbagai guru itu memberi dampak yang positif terhadap kualitas karakter dan pembelajaran peserta didik.

Abstract

Industri 4.0 bukan hanya sekedar jargon. Pada kenyataannya, hingga saat ini, Indonesia masih memerlukan transformasi infrastruktur IT, penegakkan kedaulatan data dan akhirnya undang-undang perlindungan data pribadi. Masalah-masalah yang terjadi pada hari ini, tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan cara-cara sama seperti dalam konsep yang lampau. Revolusi Indsutri 4.0 tidak mungkin hanya dihadapi dengan pengembangan teknologi tanpa melibatkan dinamika sosial di dalamnya. Selain menyiapkan daya saing yang unggul, perlu dibangun kesadaran dan kedewasaan masyarakat dalam menyikapi perkembangan dunia saat ini, terutama di zaman post truth, ketika informasi yang mengalir deras tanpa kejelasan kebenarannya. Perlu dirumuskan strategi kebijakan nasional melalui kesadaran dan kedewasaan berpikir. Disamping itu, pendidikan masyarakat perlu mulai diadaptasikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keahlian di era industri 4.0. Tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, pengelola lembaga pendidikan Islam juga memerlukan manajemen baru dan memiliki andil dalam mengisi industri 4.0, terutama dari sisi nilai-nilai yang dibangun, sebab tidak berarti industri 4.0 tanpa ekses negatif. Di situlah agama dapat berperan.
