Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat: Tepis Wiring diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unversitas Islam Raden Rahmat dengan ISSN 2963 - 199X - secara berkala dua kali dalam setahun di periode April dan Oktober. Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat: Tepis Wiring bertujuan untuk menyebar luaskan hasil pengabdian kepada para akademisi, praktisi, mahasiswa dan pihak yang berminat. Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat: Tepis Wiring menerima kiriman artikel yang ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris, dengan bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran atau gagasan konseptual dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat: Tepis Wiring, secara khusus menitikberatkan pada permasalahan pokok dalam pengembangan ilmu-ilmu bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai berikut: Pendidikan untuk Pembangunan Berkelanjutan; Pengabdian Masyarakat, Kemasyarakatan, Ketahanan Pangan Lokal, Gizi dan Kesehatan Masyarakat; Pelatihan, Pemasaran, Teknologi Tepat Guna, Desain; Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Akses Sosial; Pengabdian Masyarakat Mahasiswa; Daerah Perbatasan, Daerah Tertinggal. Abstract

Sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB), Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur mencanangkan Program PETI KOIN BERMANTRA untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas program ini dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial ekonomi masyarakat Supit Urang Makmur melalui pemberdayaan pengolahan ikan lele. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Studi ini melihat seberapa efektif dan efisien hal ini dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pendapatan anggota kelompok yang awalnya tidak mempunyai pendapatan menjadi pendapatan cukup dengan nominal Rp 500.000-Rp 2.000.000 setiap pemesanan. Faktanya, program PETI KOIN BERMANTRA terbukti berkelanjutan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin produktif, serta mendukung keberadaan SDGs “Tanpa Kemiskinan”. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan program ini dapat terwujud atau direplikasi di berbagai sektor dan publikasi informasi program dapat ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat serta memberikan dampak positif dan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat sekitar khususnya di Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

The activities carried out in the Community Service journal are one of the efforts to implement the emergence of the Republic of Indonesia Supreme Court Regulation No. 7 of 2022 and Decree of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Number: 363/KMA/SK/XII/2022. Which can present new problems regarding the implementation of this e-court system which must reach the community and be implemented by all judicial institutions and legal interested parties, especially Malang Regency, East Java. In an effort to create a transparent and accountable judiciary, this activity aims to ensure that information about the E-Court system reaches the public and can increase administrative compliance in the implementation of justice, especially at the Kepanjen District Court. In this research we used a qualitative method that is analytical descriptive. The data sources we use are primary data from interviews with judges and officers of the Kepanjen Class 1B District Court, while we get secondary data sources from books and other readings related to research and tertiary data sources. Meanwhile, in data collection techniques we use observation, interviews and documentation. The final result of this activity is that we hope that the public can understand current technological developments, especially in the justice system such as e-Court.

Abstract

This community engagement focuses on assisting through the Google Workspace and Google Maps applications in the Ketapang village posyandu. The subjects involved were 23 cadres of the Ketapang village posyandu. The service aims to provide assistance to posyandu cadres in utilizing Google Workspace and Google Maps as a medium to improve the optimization of village development in better and more efficient. The methods used include seminars, question and answer sessions, and assistance in applying Google Workspace and Google maps. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in digital literacy of Ketapang village posyandu cadres. The resulting impact includes increased optimization of Google accounts. This service demonstrates the importance of utilizing digital technology in supporting the development of health administration and services in Ketapang village. Abstract

TThe Malang Resort Police held a Social Security and Community Service Forum (FSK) activity as a form of effort to maintain security and order ahead of the 2024 simultaneous regional elections. The activity was attended by a number of community leaders, the KPU, Bawaslu Malang Regency and all guests at the Bojana Puri building Jl. Raya Ngadilangkung Kepanjen on September 19 2024. through the activities of the Community Security and Order Silaturahmi Forum (FSK) it is hoped that it can increase synergy between the National Police, the community and all stakeholders in realizing Public Order and Order in the Malang Regency area so that it remains safe, smooth and conducive, so that the implementation of the Simultaneous Regional Elections on November 27, 2024 can run smoothly and not leave any conflict afterwards

Abstract

One of the independent businesses owned by Sumbersuko Village is BUMDes with the most promising business unit being the Sharia Cooperative unit, especially in savings and loan activities. In order to support good BUMDes governance, improvements still need to be made in the future, financial management activities that have not been running well according to bookkeeping and financial reporting rules are seen from the bookkeeping and/or accounting side. The importance of the role of the BUMDes core management is also not optimal, skilled personnel in computer technology are also still relatively low, thus hampering the progress of BUMDes management. Transaction recording that still requires training so that it can meet the accounting standards used and BUMDes reporting regulations must be maximized again through training with other competent parties. The use of excel-based cash flow reports is expected to help better management

Abstract

This study analyzes the employee performance assessment system at the Malang Regency Transportation Office, based on observations and interviews with several employees. Performance assessments are carried out annually with quarterly evaluations by the head of the sub-division. Evaluations include employee performance, financial administration, and staffing. The assessment process involves several stages: Annual Work Plan (RKT), Performance Agreement, Employee Performance Targets (SKP), and the use of the "SIAP KERJA" Application. The RKT is prepared as an elaboration of the Agency's strategy and facilitates program evaluation. A Performance Agreement is a commitment document between leaders and subordinates related to the implementation of tasks with performance indicators. SKP includes targets that must be achieved in a certain period, measured based on quantity, quality, time, and cost. The results of this assessment are then summarized in the "SIAP KERJA" Application, which experiences technical problems such as frequent errors or maintenance. The suggested solution is to fill in daily activities regularly. This performance assessment aims to improve the integrity, accountability, transparency, and performance of the apparatus, as well as be the basis for evaluation, awards, and sanctions to employees.

Abstract

This article discusses assistance is preapring recrutmen system criteria for Demang Jaya Wonokerto cigarette factory employes. This research aims to increas effectiveness and efficiency in the employe recrutment process at the cigarette factory. The method used in this research is a case study and direct observation of the existing recrutmen process. The research result show that assistance in preparing recrutment system criteria can improve the quality of employees recruited and reduce erros in the selection process. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to Demang Jaya Wonokerto cigarette factory in improving employe performance and productivity.

Abstract

Commemorating World Food Day to promote a stunting-free nation and create a Healthy Indonesia 2045. Because one of the causes of stunting in early childhood is a lack of attention to health and food and nutritional intake during pregnancy, childbirth and post-natal periods, which affects health and child growth. In line with the 2020-2024 National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN), stunting is identified as a priority issue in health development. Therefore, the implementation of stunting counseling activities took place at the TBM Merdekata Gg RW Hall. Manunggal District. Klojen Malang City by inviting Polkesma Lecturers as competent speakers. This activity was carried out on October 28 2023 with the participation of 18 participants, consisting of mothers and children. The aim of this community service activity is to provide education to the public about stunting, with the hope of increasing awareness of the importance of children's health and growth, so that stunting can be prevented from an early age. The method used was stunting education to commemorate "World Food Day" with Polkesma lecturers as resource persons. The results of the activity show the enthusiasm of the community in participating in counseling, gaining knowledge about selecting high-quality food ingredients to support children's growth and health. It is hoped that after this activity, the community can apply the knowledge gained in their daily lives, so that efforts to prevent stunting can be realized.

Abstract

This community service program focuses on the revitalization of BUMDes Waterboom Tirta Mulya in Sumber Mulya Village, a transmigration village in South Sumatra. The program aims to revive the village's tourism potential, which was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Through a series of activities such as cleaning and repairing facilities, filling and purifying the pool water, and promoting through social media, the program has successfully prepared the waterboom to reopen. The positive impacts include an increase in Village Original Income (PAD), creation of new job opportunities, and empowerment of the community in managing the tourism business. Additionally, this program has also provided positive environmental impacts, such as improved cleanliness and increased community awareness of environmental preservation. In conclusion, the revitalization of the waterboom not only provides short-term economic impacts but also strengthens community empowerment and the sustainability of tourism in Sumber Mulya Village. Recommendations are given to continue improving the management of the waterboom through community training and ongoing promotion to achieve greater economic and social impacts.

Abstract

Cooperatives and micro-enterprises play a vital role in supporting national and regional economic structures, providing employment, distributing income, and encouraging economic activity among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In Malang Regency, this role is strengthened through the existence of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) Revolving Fund, which is under the auspices of the Cooperatives and Micro-Enterprises Office. The BLUD Revolving Fund is tasked with providing more affordable financing access for cooperatives and micro-enterprises with low interest rates, simple procedures, and no administrative fees. This study aims to examine the strategic role of BLUD in supporting regional economic growth through productive financing and empowering cooperatives and micro-enterprises. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data triangulation analysis methods, namely through document analysis, semi-structured interviews, and field observations. The results show that BLUD not only provides access to capital but also builds a sustainable small business development ecosystem. The revolving fund scheme offered encourages the transformation of cooperatives and MSMEs to become more professional, resilient, and independent in facing local and global economic challenges.
