Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat: Tepis Wiring diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unversitas Islam Raden Rahmat dengan ISSN 2963 - 199X - secara berkala dua kali dalam setahun di periode April dan Oktober. Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat: Tepis Wiring bertujuan untuk menyebar luaskan hasil pengabdian kepada para akademisi, praktisi, mahasiswa dan pihak yang berminat. Abstract

Abstract This journal discusses the implementation and evaluation of the admission and management system for new students at Santri Privat, Yayasan Santri Cendekia. The research aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the admission and management processes for new students within the foundation's environment. The research method employed involves observation, interviews, and analysis of relevant policies and procedures. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the admission and management system for new students at Santri Privat, Yayasan Santri Cendekia, has positively contributed to the selection and administrative processes. This system utilizes information technology to support the registration, selection, and management of student data. Consequently, time and resources required can be managed more efficiently. Furthermore, the research identifies some challenges faced by the system, such as the need for technology updates and training for related staff. Therefore, continuous improvement and updates are necessary to ensure the sustainability and reliability of the system. With the improvement in the admission and management system for new students, it is expected that Yayasan Santri Cendekia can provide better educational services and ensure the well-being of new students in supporting their potential and character development. This research provides valuable insights for similar institutions seeking to enhance the efficiency of admission processes and student data management.

Abstract

This dedication aims to enhance competencies through literacy at State Elementary School 6 Indralaya, South Sumatra. It employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, utilizing lecture, summarization, presentation, and discussion techniques for data collection. The focus is on improving rapid reading, careful reading, and comprehension skills, including expanding vocabulary. Current elementary school students struggle with reading and understanding texts, yet they are required to comprehend literacy and numeracy in the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM). Literacy processes are considered efforts to prepare students for the AKM. Through a complex approach, this dedication provides profound insights into how literacy in reading books can have a positive impact and support Indonesia's literacy achievements globally. This activity can serve as a starting point for developing a more effective literacy program at the elementary school level.

Abstract

STAIDA Sumatera Selatan’s rural economic theory application program carries out socialization and assistance in implementing accelerated licensing of UMKM in Mukti Karya with the aim of finding out how many UMKM owners there are in Mukti Karya, what fields of UMKM are carried out by the Mukti Karya village community, and assisting with applications UMKM licensing run by the community. The stages in implementing socialization activities and assistance in accelerating UMKM licensing are carried out in 3 stages, namely; Data collection and socialization, at this stage, coordination activities are carried out with local village officials, visiting UMKM locations, socializing and deepening licensing and development issues with UMKM owners, and summarizing the results and determining work steps to accelerate UMKM licensing. Implementation of business licensing applications, at this stage, activities are carried out to collect required documents for applying for business permits, seeking solutions to obstacles to required documents, and applying for permits together with UMKM owners. Submission of Business Licenses and Evaluation, at this stage the results of the activities are the submission of business licenses to UMKM owners, suggestions for UMKM development, and performance evaluation. So that the Business Identification Number is generated by three business owners and banners are installed, namely the Donut business, Tempe business, and Tofu business.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to find out the implementation of digital marketing for Batik Ngangkrik products as a form of modern marketing communication solutions. The forms of this activity include product photos, online store creation, dissemination of the use of digital marketing and promotions in the form of digital content. The results of this activity indicate that digital marketing activities for Ngangkrik batik products have not yielded significant results in supporting the marketing and sales of batik products. This is because the intensity of promotion through digital content on social media has not run optimally. In addition, the community service team still has difficulty identifying or highlighting the product value of Ngangkrik batik. Furthermore, it is necessary to carry out promotional activities by creating various digital content by utilizing paid Ads on social media

Abstract

Digital marketing has enormous potential for promoting and advertising tourism in general, but its impact becomes more apparent when we concentrate on the international target audience of rural tourism and the challenges and costs of reaching them with traditional marketing initiatives. One marketing strategy that can be used to attract customers on social media is to use a content marketing strategy (Krasniak et al., 2021). Digital content marketing strategies theoretically help increase tourist interest in visiting (Holliman and Rowley, 2014). The main problem formulation is how to improve the quality of promotion (digital marketing) so that it can encourage tourists to visit tourist villages, especially international tourists. The aim of the activity is to improve the ability of tourist village managers to make promotions (digital marketing) of higher quality. The approach used is a community-based approach with a business incubator model. The steps taken are training and mentoring. The activity location is in the Jenissari Tourism Village, Cangkringan, Umbulharjo, Sleman, DIY. The results of activities increase the ability to create content in the form of photos and videos. Making videos with publicists via Tripadvisor media so that information about the tourism village of Titiksari can reach the international market. Increasing the quality of content on the website can improve the quality of information and meet tourists' needs for information about the destination they are going to

Abstract

Rejoyoso Village has the potential to utilize organic waste from leftover household activities. However, the people of Rejoyoso Village are less motivated to develop skills regarding organic waste processing. This is because people have no interest in or understanding of waste management. The aim of the KKN-T 16 UNIRA Rejoyoso Village activity program in 2024 is to utilize household organic waste effectively and innovatively and improve residents' skills in waste management. This KKN-T activity was carried out for 40 days with 16 participants in Rejoyoso Village, Bantur District. The activity stages are observation and identification of potential problems, processing observation data, program planning, implementation, which includes Focus Group Discussion (FGD), carrying out location permits, preparing tools and materials, carrying out socialization, and training on organic waste management through maggot cultivation. The final stage is monitoring and evaluating the results of the activities. The conclusion of this activity is that by empowering the community, people can broaden their knowledge and develop their skills through cultivating maggots in Rejoyoso Village, Bantur District, as an alternative use of organic waste.

Abstract

Dolanan village generally means a place where children play. With the existence of this dolanan village, it becomes a place to preserve and teach traditional playing culture where currently traditional games have been eroded by the development of more modern times. Dolanan Village in Sanankerto Village, Turen District, is a thematic village that needs attention from stakeholders, where Sanankerto Village has been named as one of the National Tourism Villages in Tuiren District, Malang Regency. However, of course, in realizing Dolanan village as an effort to preserve traditional game culture, it is necessary to emphasize collaboration between stakeholders so that sustainability in the cultural realm related to traditional games can be achieved. Abstract

The local wisdom is capital for every resident so that they are able to survive and survive. Each village offers a variety of beauty, such as the hamlet of Nanasan which implies natural tourism potential as well as beautiful and interesting culture. Our psychology study program at Raden Rahmat Islamic University implements the tridharma of service in participatory programs in efforts to build and develop villages in Nanasan hamlet. The abundant natural wealth that we found is coffee, clove, ginger and sweet potato plantations. Including natural tourism in beautiful valleys accompanied by dance culture and customs which are always enlivened in celebratory ceremonies. The urgency of this service is how residents are aware of continuing to strive to protect and care for nature through developing human resources through useful education. Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDESA/BUMDes) are part of village institutional resources with economic scope. The main problem with BUMDes is the lack of management that occurred after the institution was officially formed. Moreover, the obstacles that are often indicated are problems regarding financial management procedures, in addition to other factors such as the limited capacity of BUMDes managers and weak supervisory functions. BUMDes managers have limited knowledge, understanding and ability to manage, administer and report business finances. This condition is an obstacle to business continuity and sustainable progress of BUMDes as a productive economic enterprise in the village which is expected to be able to support community welfare. So that community service activities are carried out through a pattern of providing assistance to BUMDes managers in Tlogosari Village, Tirtoyudo District who are experiencing problems, especially with financial reporting. This mentoring activity is carried out through three stages, namely observation, mentoring and evaluation. From the aspect of financial governance, it was found that the effectiveness of financial administration and the preparation of financial reports with accountability and transparency were weak. Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) students in enhancing the ability of MIN 3 Kota Palangkaraya students to recognize numbers in English through the use of number board media. The method used is classroom action research involving PGMI students as facilitators and mentors. The results show that the use of number board media significantly improves students' understanding and ability to recognize and pronounce numbers in English. The interactive and innovative learning process through this media also increases students' interest and motivation in learning. The guidance provided by PGMI students positively impacts the quality of learning, creating a more enjoyable and conducive learning environment. In conclusion, the active role of PGMI students in implementing creative learning media such as the number board is very effective in improving students' English language skills.
