Abstract

Many various of things was be done to improve the nutritional status of toddlers with stunting, one of which is complementary feeding (PMT) for recovery. However, an evaluation is needed in the form of parental responses to the PMT recovery program to assess the sustainability of the program. This study aims to capture the perceptions/responses of parents who have stunted toddlers who receive the PMT recovery program. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The research informants were parents who had 5 stunted toddlers and health workers as managers of the stunting management program. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented as a series of information in the form of narratives. The results of the study showed good perceptions/responses from parents who had stunted toddlers towards the provision of PMT recovery. Parents felt helped by the existence of PMT recovery to improve the health of their toddlers. In addition to receiving PMT, parents also received education about stunting and improving the health of toddlers so that they grow and develop well, which was carried out by health center officers. Suggestions were given to parents not to rely on the PMT recovery program and to choose local food ingredients that are more affordable for nutritious food intake for stunted toddlers.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical installations manage and distribute drugs and health supplies. The success of hospital pharmacy services depends on adequate human resources. Syifa Medina Hospital often faces overwork due to a shortage of pharmaceutical personnel, increasing workload. This study analyzes the need for Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel (TTK) using the Workload Indicators Staffing Need (WISN) method. This qualitative research involves four informants: the Head of Pharmaceutical Installation (key informant), a Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel, a pharmacist assistant (main informants), and the Head of Human Resources (supporting informant). Data collection includes observation, interviews, document review, and WISN calculations. Results show that the available working hours total 141,600 minutes per year. The study finds that Syifa Medina Hospital requires nine TTKs for optimal pharmaceutical services, but currently, only six are available. This indicates a shortage of three personnel, leading to excessive workload. To enhance pharmaceutical services, the hospital should recruit additional TTKs.

The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study uses Chi-Square. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between clean water facilities (p = 0.000), waste management facilities (p = 0.001), healthy toilet facilities (p = 0.000), and wastewater disposal facilities (p = 0.010) with a history of diarrhea. Abstract

The existence of social media and various digital platforms in the digital era has a major impact on human mental health. Initially, this expanded access to information about mental health and allowed us to interact with people in different places. However, excessive use of social media can increase the risk of depression and anxiety due to comparisons and competition on these platforms. To maintain well-being and good mental health in the digital age, it’s important to strike a balance in using digital tools. More in-depth studies on mental health issues in the digital age are necessary to provide insight and improve well-being. It’s also important to pay attention to research trends of this issue to stay relevant. Bibliometric analysis methods are used to explore and analyze research trends, show patterns of development, highlight dominating focuses, and understand the dynamics of knowledge growth on this topic over time. This analysis uses quantitative and statistical approaches. Based on the results, the most prolific and contributing author was Adrian Aguilera, followed by JMIR Mental Health as the most productive source. The most cited phrase is 'pandemic'. Research on mental health in the digital age is mostly conducted among women who are in adolescence. Based on the word cloud, terms that most often appear in the title are 'mental health,' 'human,' 'female,' and 'adolescent.' Recent research on this topic covers a wide range of topics, including 'female,' 'male,' to 'risk factor,' while the most common focus is humans and mental health.
