This study uses panel data analysis to explore the impact of external shocks, such as interest rate changes and geopolitical risks, on currency volatility in 10 emerging economies. Policy recommendations are offered to strengthen monetary stability and resilience.

This study investigates the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction among remote workers. Survey data from 500 respondents reveal that flexibility and time management significantly influence job satisfaction, providing insights for remote work policies.

This study examines the effect of different leadership styles transformational, transactional, and laissez-fair on employee performance across various industries. By synthesizing findings from 50 empirical studies, the research provides evidence of the significant impact of transformational leadership on motivation, productivity, and job satisfaction.
