Abstract

Children with special needs (CSN) often face challenges in accessing education, healthcare, and social participation. Physiotherapy can be an effective intervention to help CSN reach their full potential. Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (NSRI) is a structured intervention approach that aims to promote the integration and maturation of the nervous system in CSN. Objectives: This study aimed to explore the experiences and perspectives of parents and therapists regarding the effectiveness of NSRI in improving the motor, sensory, and cognitive skills of CSN. Methods: A qualitative study was conducted using a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observation with 10 participants (6 parents and 4 physiotherapists). Results: Participants reported positive outcomes following NSRI intervention, including improvements in motor skills, sensory processing, and attention regulation. The individualized and holistic nature of NSRI was appreciated by both parents and therapists. Conclusion: NSRI may be a promising therapeutic approach for a wide range of special needs. More research is needed to determine the optimal dosage and duration of NSRI intervention.

Abstract

Islamic finance has increased rapidly lately. The increase is due to the fact that people are starting to use sharia and Islamic principles in transactions because they prioritize ethics and morals. The rapid development of course there are still challenges faced, one of which is about the less massive use by the community. This certainly needs to be studied again, such as the integration between Islamic financial instruments and conventional finance so that there can be an inclusive collaboration in the financial world. This research uses an analytical description method with secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that the role of Islamic finance on economic development is very significant, this is because the principles of sharia prioritize ethics and morals in transactions so that people trust more than conventional finance. With an increasing role, of course there are still obstacles faced, one of which is limited public access to Islamic finance and an integration with conventional finance is needed. With integration with conventional finance, it turns out to be able to realize an inclusive economy such as the presence of Islamic capital markets, Islamic banking, and others so as to bring up other alternatives in the financial world.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine digital leadership. Change management capability affects human resource performance protocol through personal competencies as intervention variables in local government institutions throughout Central Java. Quantitative methodology is used in this study, and 150 regional head protocols from all regencies and cities in Central Java are involved. The data shall be scrutinized by employing a quantitative methodology via statistical examination, specifically the structural equation modeling - partial least squares (PLS-SEM), which is designed to facilitate path analysis incorporating latent variables. The study results indicate that change management capability and digital leadership significantly impact individual capability and protocol HR performance. It is proven that individual capability functions as a link between two independent variables and human resource performance. In the era of disruption, digital leadership and the ability to manage change are very important to improve protocol adaptability.

Modern organizations face significant challenges in maintaining employee well-being amidst the pressures of ever-increasing transformation. The transformation process often creates a gap between the need to strategically adapt and the organization’s ability to maintain employee mental health and engagement. In this context, it is important for organizations to not only focus on the purpose of the change but also pay attention to its impact on employee work experience. This study aims to explore the relationship between work experience, employee engagement, and mental health as critical elements in a digital transformation strategy to achieve competitive advantage. Through a literature review approach, this study analyzes various studies from reliable sources to identify patterns and relationships between digital transformation and its impact on employees. Using thematic analysis, this study uncovers key concepts such as the role of digitalization in shaping work experience, the dynamics of employee engagement, and the importance of mental health as a foundation for organizational success. The findings of this study provide an in-depth understanding of how transformation can be managed effectively by combining aspects of technology and employee well-being. As a result, organizations are expected to be able to create a productive, innovative, and well-being-supportive work environment, so that they can achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
