Abstract

This research aims to know the Jaksel Language usage phenomenon (code-switching language) in the interpersonal communication of students at SMA Negeri 11 Medan. This research uses the qualitative method with a phenomenological approach.. The result of this research is that students of SMA Negeri 11 Medan have used The Jaksel Language (code-switching) when they communicate with their friends, either directly or indirectly (via chat applications). Most of the informants used The Jaksel Language because it was their own will, some of them because of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), and to be look cool. The six informants in this research are the members of the EL-ENC (English Eleven Club) at their school. All informants are accustomed using English for academic and non-academic purposes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Lazismu in efforts to improve social welfare for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Medan City. This research method uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach). Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. From the results of research conducted by researchers, the level of social welfare of UMKM actors who have been assisted by Lazismu Medan City can be said to fulfill their daily household income and benefit from their business, provide employment, the health conditions of the perpetrators have BPJS in class 2 and class 3, some have received free assistance from the government, and some do not have it, then for the level of children's education it is still good and running even though some have school constraints, both entrance fees, constrained, covid, constrained payment of tuition fees and constrained by the distance of the school. In addition, the author also suggests that catering UMKM players enter their business online so that there are more customers and a lot of interest.

Abstract

The social welfare of the community is very basic and is a benchmark for seeing the progress of a country. One aspect of social welfare that is a problem in Indonesia is health problems. To overcome this, the government established the National Health Insurance (JKN) with the BPJS Kesehatan program. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of health BPJS participants towards services at the Kotanopan Health Center. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data analysis of data reduction), data presentation and drawing conclusions. Informants in this study consisted of 7 people. The results of the study show that the perceptions of BPJS health participants regarding the security of patient data are good and health facilities are complete, but for comfort, punctuality, courtesy and friendliness and fairness during the service is still lacking. It is hoped that the Puskesmas will improve the quality of service to patients, especially patient using BPJS at the Puskesmas

Abstract

Dasa Wisma is a tithing group from a community that will later play an active role in launching PKK programs aimed at family resilience which has been planned by the community itself. This means that the activities carried out in Dasa Wisma are a strategy to increase participation from the community or as a place for social activities to take place which aims to strengthen family resilience in the community. This study used a descriptive method with qualitative data analysis, namely data collected from interviews with informants through open interviews and documentation with the Village Government and the Head of the PKK. The results showed that the development of community potential in Huta Baringin TB Village, Mandailing Natal Regency had been carried out well, although there were still some obstacles, such as funding needs, and programs that had not been fully implemented. The aim of the Dasa Wisma group is to help smooth the main tasks and the village PKK program. Its activities are directed at improving family health.

Abstract

This research is discusses the perceptions or experiences of campus participants teaching during their assignment in schools that are classified as 3T, namely frontier, remote, and underdeveloped to help equalize education in Indonesia by way of students being able to directly develop themselves through dedication and have activities outside the scope of the world of lectures. so that they can find solutions and help improve the world of education in Indonesia, especially discussing how the participants practice public speaking skills during the teaching and learning process. Where this study aims to find out how effective public speaking is to attract and shape the character of elementary school age children, as well as what interactions students build outside the campus environment both using verbal and non-verbal communication and what methods and innovations are used by campus participants to teach in arouse the interest of early childhood to develop themselves both intellectual abilities and physical abilities

Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of community empowerment through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program which is constrained due to communication problems between the activity manager and the community targeted by the activity program. This communication problem varies, from the content or communication messages related to the program, the communicator, to the communication media. Departing from this, it is deemed necessary to have a communication strategy for CSR programs in an effort to empower the community. The purpose of this research is to find out the CSR communication strategy of PT Dwi Mitra Daya Riau in empowering the Bukit Badak community. The theories used in this research are communication strategy theory, CSR communication, and community empowerment. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach using interview, documentation, and observation methods. Data analysis is carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis method, which describes the data obtained through research instruments with 5 sources, including 1 public relations person of PT Dwi Mitra Daya Riau, and 1 employee of PT Dwi Mitra Daya Riau and 3 people from the Bukit Badak community. The results of this study indicate that PT DwiMitra Daya Riau's CSR communication strategy in empowering the Bukit Badak community with the existence of Bilikom (Community Development and Communication) can help and facilitate the community to communicate directly with PT Dwi Mitra Daya Riau so that PT Dwi Mitra Daya Riau can more easily communicate directly with the Bukit Badak community so that the CSR programs that will be implemented by PT Dwi Mitra Daya Riau can be understood by the Bukit Badak community. Some of PT DwiMitra Daya Riau's Corporate programs in community empowerment such as programs in education, health, and agriculture with the CSR programs provided by PT Dwi Mitra Daya Riau hopefully can help the people in Bukit Badak

Abstract

Organizational communication is the process of creating and exchanging messages in a network of interdependent relationships to cope with uncertain or ever-changing environments. The purpose of this study is to find out "SPBUN PTPN IV Sosa Organizational Communication in Improving Employee Performance". The research method used is qualitative research, which is a form of research that aims to provide an overview of various field data collected objectively. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews with a number of informants and documentation. For data analysis using a subjective qualitative approach using narrative research methods, where this data analysis uses interview and observation methods in the form of answering questions such as what, how or why and the data received from this method in the form of text or narrative. The results of this study can be seen that the communication carried out by the leaders of SPBUN PTPN IV Sosa is very good where they routinely hold daily and quarterly meetings to listen to the aspirations and ideas conveyed by members for the company. During this tenure there are no barriers in communication between leadership and employees, there is only difficulty gathering the entire employee.

Abstract

This research examines how the process of Tourism Communication Strategy In Increasing Visitor Interest In Gomara Swiss Natural Tourism Destinations In North Labuhan Batu Regency. This Research was conducted to find out how the Tourism Communication Strategy in Increasing Visitor Interest in the Swiss Gomara Natural Tourism Destination of North Labuhan Batu Regency. This techniques used are interview, observation and documentation techniques. The theory used in this research is Aidda Theory. The sources in this study amounted to 6 (six) people who were Tourism Managers as a unit of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes Serumpun Simonis), Head of Simonis Village Chairperson of the Village-Owned Enterprises unit (Bumdes Serumpun Simonis) and 4 (four) visitors to Gomara Swiss natural tourism. The result of this study indicate that the tourism communication strategy in increasing visitor interest in Gomara Swiss natural tourist destinations has been carried out well, the need or expansion of cooperation between the management, te Tourism Office, private investors and the community so that the strategies that have been set can run according to careful planning and management to improve the quality of security, comfort and service in order to increase visitor interest

Abstract

Seeing the many sad conditions of children whose lives are not like other children in general, namely that there are still abandoned children, the result of divorce, orphans, orphans who no longer have parents, as well as children whose knowledge needs are not fulfilled due to their families not having sufficient economy. Those who are deprived of basic rights as children such as: education, protection, care and love from parents, even though loving and being loved is the nature of every child. One way that can be done so that children remain in good care is to accommodate these children in an orphanage, as an institution in coaching, character building which replaces the function and role of the family. In the orphanage abandoned children who are cared for by the orphanage do not only get education but also get protection and good service and the facilities provided by the orphanage such as delivery services, formal and non-formal education services, health services, food and clothing. Orphanages also pay attention by giving affection and useful advice. In addition to receiving formal education, the orphans also receive education in terms of morals, ethics, morals, and good manners. Everything is taught to foster children by the caretakers of the orphanage by guiding and advising them to form independent and good personalities in society. This is interesting to study. This research was conducted at the Darul Aitam Orphanage in Medan City using qualitative research using data collection techniques, namely literature studies, observations and interviews and the data obtained in the field was described, so that conclusions could be drawn from the research results. The main informants are the foster children in the orphanage. There are 4 character building programs for foster children, namely emotional, intellectual, social and economic. And based on the results of the research the researcher suggests that the program be more structured and more detailed so that there are no programs that are not executed

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how K-Pop fans perceive the Weverse application as a communication medium. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely a method that describes a population or condition systematically and accurately which in its implementation will analyze and collect data that is not numbers. Data analysis techniques from this study used interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the Weverse application was designed by HYBE Corporation to be a medium of communication for fans and idols who are members of HYBE Labels and from outside. The Weverse application is the most convenient choice of communication media for fans because the features provided are very easy to understand. However, there are still a number of deficiencies that the Weverse application still has which it is hoped that in the future the management can consider these to improve and add to some of these deficiencies
