Abstract

The self-knock on door program is the latest solution from the North Medan Samsat for people who are in arrears of vehicle tax, this self-knock on door program has a very important role for the community to continue to fulfill compliance in paying PKB. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. which aims to understand social and human phenomena by creating comprehensive and complex accounts presented using words, reporting detailed views obtained from an information source. The researcher acts as a key instrument, sampling, data sources are carried out purposively and snowball, data collection techniques are triangulation (combined) namely about communication patterns of the North Medan Samsat Office towards Motor Vehicle Taxpayers in Medan City . The results showed that tax services, tax sanctions and income levels had a significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes at the North Medan Samsat

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are fields that contribute to economic growth and can survive Indonesia's economic crisis. This is because MSMEs can absorb a very large workforce and are close to the common people. Tempe Lemet and Fan Cake SMEs are one of the creative houses located in Pulau Tanjung Village and the promotions carried out on Facebook social media have made SMEs increasingly well known by the public. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with qualitative methods with data collection techniques by conducting interviews and documentation. From the results of this study, the government's role in promoting MSME products has been going well. The role of the government is as a facilitator because the government plays a role in providing fan cake molds, as well as providing a platform for MSME players to promote their products through social media and marketplace applications. Facebook social media used in marketing UMKM products is not very effective in increasing sales, due to the lack of consumer demand through Facebook. The increase in sales that occurred was not only due to promotions carried out through Facebook content, but because the residents of Tanjung Island Village through direct communication with the quality of the product taste, and affordable prices.

Abstract

This research examines how the process of Organizational Communication Strategy of the Rumah Internet Community in Building Children's Learning Interest in the Digital Era. Children's learning interests in cities and villages have significant differences. The difference occurs because of the education gap between urban and rural areas. In addition, the existence of the internet and the unstoppable flow of information also causes children's lack of interest in learning. This can lead to high dropout rates in children, especially in Desa Kurandak. This research was conducted to find out how the Communication Strategy of the Internet House Organization in Building Children's Learning Interest in the digital era. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative approach. This research type uses a descriptive qualitative type. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The resource persons in this research amounted to 2 (two) people who are the Founders of the Rumah Internet and the Board of Supervisors of the Rumah Internet Community. The results of this study show that the communication strategy of the Rumah Internet community organization to children is delivered and carried out well, can be well received, and is right on target so as to produce changes. In building children's interest in learning in the digital era, Rumah Internet utilizes the presence of the digital era to attract children's attention, to create interest, and to build children's feelings of pleasure in learning.  The digital era is the most important thing in building children's interest in learning in Desa Kurandak because children in the village feel happy and interested when learning using digital technology

Abstract

Community limitations in various sectors are a contributing factor to stunting in toddlers. The current situation in Cinta Rakyat Village shows that there is still a lack of information, knowledge and economy and community indifference to stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village head in empowering families to overcome the risk of stunting in toddlers in Cinta Rakyat Village, Merdeka District, Karo Regency. The theory used in this research is empowerment theory, where family empowerment is the main focus of the government to achieve the goal of creating empowered and prosperous families. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a total of 6 informants, namely the village head, KPM, 2 posyandu cadres and 2 families of toddlers with data collection techniques through interviews and document analysis. The data analysis technique in this study refers to 3 streams of activities namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) the role of the village head in family empowerment, including (a) as a motivator, facilitator and mobilizer, (b) improving the family economy through waste banks, (c) providing sanitation in the form of latrines, (d) providing information (2) obstacles faced in the acceleration of stunting reduction program. Creating empowerment in the village certainly requires cooperation from various parties, especially the village head and the community. The result of this collaboration is that the family of toddlers has the ability to empower the family and there has been an increase in family welfare with the risk of stunting toddlers.

Abstract

News of a murder is an incident or event that takes someone's life intentionally or not, which is monitored by media crews who immediately go out into the field to carry out coverage which is then informed to the wider public. This research discusses and explains the perceptions of students at SMA Negeri 13 Medan regarding the case of a father who killed 4 children in South Jakarta. This research aims to determine the perceptions of SMAN 13 Medan students regarding the case of a father killing 4 children in South Jakarta. This research uses qualitative methods with a qualitative descriptive study research approach. The data collection process was obtained through in-depth interviews and observations of informants. Data sources were collected using interview and documentation techniques. Then the data collected was analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show that the role of parents in protecting children from violence is very important, parents must build open communication to avoid similar cases of violence in the future

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of participatory supervision of the environmental hygiene service in monitoring river pollution carried out by the Southeast Aceh Environmental Agency in overcoming environmental pollution. And to find out the mitigation of river pollution carried out by the Southeast Aceh Environment Agency. This research method uses a descriptive method with qualitative analysis, namely a problem-solving procedure that is investigated by observing a state of the research object at the present time based on visible facts or as it is the success rate in the implementation of the supervisory function of the Southeast Aceh Environmental Agency has not been effective enough. This ineffectiveness is evident from not meeting the SOP even though it is in accordance with the plan. And the goals and objectives determined to involve the role of the community are still the lack of notification and information conveyed so that the community knows and participates in the activities carried out.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the community's opinion about PT. Ukindo Blankahan's CSR program for the surrounding community. Blankahan's CSR program for the surrounding community that has been going on so far. Type of type of research used in this research is qualitative, because the authors trying to describe the results of interviews and reviewing directly to the research location. the research location. The analysis of data is done by using qualitative descriptive analysis method, i.e.describing the data obtained through the research instruments. qualitative analysis method, namely describing the data obtained through research instruments with 10 people. research instruments with 10 sources. The results of this study indicate that public knowledge about the Corporate Social responsibility program of PT. Ukindo Blankahan's Corporate Social responsibility program to the surrounding community is quite good. They know the overall CSR programs of PT Ukindo Blankahan.they also assess the Corporate Social responsibility program provided by PT. Ukindo Blankahan is good enough and is needed by the community. Bangun Rakyat Village and Laubuntu Village, the community gives a very positive value to the CSR programs of PT. almost all communities said they agreed with PT. Ukindo Blankahan's CSR programs.

Abstract

Communication pattern refers to a form or model of relationship between two or more people in the process of sending and receiving messages in a certain way. This study aims to determine the communication patterns used by J-Art Medan Gallery in marketing handicraft products made from used newspaper waste. The formulation in this study is the communication patterns used by the owner of J-Art Medan Gallery in marketing handicraft products from used newspaper waste so as to attract a lot of consumer attention. In this study researchers used descriptive methods with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there are three communication patterns used by J-Art owners in marketing their products, namely primary, secondary, and circular communication patterns. Primary communication patterns occur directly or indirectly between gallery owners and consumers. Secondary communication patterns occur through social media, J-Art owners use platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to promote products with high consistency and interaction. Circular communication patterns are reflected through consumer feedback received through the comments column on social media posts that create ongoing interactions between gallery owners and consumers.

Abstract

The importance of media in disseminating information in the business world, where being known will win the market, but if unknown will lead to bankruptcy. This research aims to provide an overview of the utilization of marketing media used by MM Bakery in Medan City to increase brand awareness. In this study, the relevant theories are Marketing Communication, Marketing Media, and Brand Awareness. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques used include data reduction or sorting, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research informants consist of company leaders, company public relations, and an employee. The results of the study show that MM Bakery uses various marketing strategies, such as social media, direct communication, and participation in events, to increase their brand awareness in Medan City. They also focus on product quality, excellent service, and responsiveness to customers to build loyalty and receive positive responses from the public

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2020 in the Context of Socializing the Irrigation Development Program in Mangga Dua Village. This research method uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that supervision needs to be carried out in carrying out a program so that the program being implemented runs according to the aims to be achieved. It can be seen that the Mangga Dua Village Government and P3A carry out supervision as a form of responsibility for policies made based on regional regulations number 3 of 2020 concerning irrigation as a form of routine supervision as a form of concern, such as supervision of irrigation development activities and supervision of irrigation networks. There has been a decision made. deliberation meetings and inviting all elements of society to be involved in making policy decisions for the construction of irrigation networks and always calling on the chairman of the P3A in decision making as well as elements of society.
