Abstract

The purpose of this study is to use the UTAUT model to examine the variables that affect consumers' adoption of streaming applications. Surveys were employed to gather data for the study, which took a quantitative approach. The study sample comprises individuals who use streaming applications in select Indonesian cities. A purposive sampling strategy was used in this study, with a sample size of one hundred participants. For data analysis, researchers used statistical data processing tools. This study processed demographic data using Microsoft Excel, wrote reports using Microsoft Word, and performed statistical analysis using the PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS. According to the study's findings, users' opinions on streaming apps are moderately influenced by the factors in the UTAUT 2 model, which also explains half of the difference in users' usage intensity. As per the accepted hypothesis, several factors influence behavioral intention: performance expectation, facilitating conditions, price value, habit, hedonic motivation, behavioral intention on use behavior, and behavioral intention on use behavior. Hedonic motivation, price value, performance expectation, facilitating conditions, and habits affect behavioral intention; conversely, promoting conditions, habits, and use of behavior influence behavioral intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the causes of water dispenser product defects and find the main factors causing defects. This research was conducted in the form of a case study. The data used consists of quantitative data, supported by qualitative data. The analytical method used is Six Sigma, with a focus on the DMAIC method (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control) and sigma values. The population of this research is all water dispenser product equipment. Through observation, interviews and documentation techniques, this research collected data. The data processing method used is DMAIC Six Sigma, with a special focus on the Measure stage. Based on the research results, it was found that the process performance of the water dispenser product was at the level of 4.72 sigma with a DPMO value of 633,732. The most dominant defect occurs in the motor pump. Causes of defects in water dispenser products include human factors (inexperienced operators, errors in reading work instructions, unclear job holders, products not completed on time), materials (parts that do not meet standards, inspection/test equipment that does not function, CBU units that do not conform to standards), methods (products do not meet customer expectations, finished products do not meet standards, inspector operators do not master the use of measuring equipment according to regulations, customer complaints are not handled properly), and environment (hot room conditions, unstable room temperature). The most influential cause and priority for improvement is that customer complaints are not resolved or solutions are sought by the supplier.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, sales promotions, online advertising, and product attributes on purchase intentions. This research uses a conclusive research design with a descriptive research design. This research data sampling is classified as a single-cross-sectional design. The data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire. This research uses Lisrel to carry out SEM measurements. The research results succeeded in proving that there is a positive influence between brand awareness and sales promotion on purchase intention. Meanwhile, online advertising and product attributes were found not to influence purchase intention. Therefore, it is important for companies that have large advertising costs to improve these factors in various ways. Based on the research results, there are several conclusions that can be drawn. First, product attributes such as taste, packaging, price, and ease of cooking do not have a significant influence on purchase intentions. This shows that the characteristics of the product are not the main factors considered by consumers before making a purchase. Second, online advertising does not have a positive influence on purchase intentions. This may be caused by a lack of attractive and trustworthy advertising messages, according to consumer perception. Third, sales promotions, such as discounts or additional portions, have a significant positive influence on purchase intentions. This shows that consumers tend to be more interested in buying if there is an attractive promotional offer. Finally, brand awareness of the product has a significant influence on purchase intention. This shows that consumers' ability to recognize a brand has an impact on their tendency to buy that product.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to impact the financial knowledge of micro, small, and medium firms in order to improve their profitability. This study utilizes primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires delivered to participants. This study is based on causal research. The research focuses on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study employs non-probability sampling methods. Purposive sampling is the approach utilized. The study used the multivariate structural equation model approach. The research results indicate a notable correlation between financial attitude, financial conduct, financial knowledge, and profitability. Financial attitude significantly influences profitability, with higher levels of financial attitude leading to increased profitability. Furthermore, improved financial behavior positively impacts profitability, indicating that those with better financial habits can attain higher levels of profitability. Financial knowledge significantly impacts profitability, with better financial understanding leading to increased profitability. Thus, improving financial attitude, financial behavior and financial knowledge can increase individual or company profitability.
