Abstract

The purpose of this study is to use the UTAUT model to examine the variables that affect consumers' adoption of streaming applications. Surveys were employed to gather data for the study, which took a quantitative approach. The study sample comprises individuals who use streaming applications in select Indonesian cities. A purposive sampling strategy was used in this study, with a sample size of one hundred participants. For data analysis, researchers used statistical data processing tools. This study processed demographic data using Microsoft Excel, wrote reports using Microsoft Word, and performed statistical analysis using the PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS. According to the study's findings, users' opinions on streaming apps are moderately influenced by the factors in the UTAUT 2 model, which also explains half of the difference in users' usage intensity. As per the accepted hypothesis, several factors influence behavioral intention: performance expectation, facilitating conditions, price value, habit, hedonic motivation, behavioral intention on use behavior, and behavioral intention on use behavior. Hedonic motivation, price value, performance expectation, facilitating conditions, and habits affect behavioral intention; conversely, promoting conditions, habits, and use of behavior influence behavioral intention.

Abstract

This research aims to discover how an employee performance appraisal system using the website-based SAW method can help managers carry out the employee performance appraisal process. The method used in developing a web-based decision-making system is the prototype method. For data collection, two techniques were used. First, obtain the necessary information through interviews. Second, by collecting performance assessment data previously carried out manually by managers. It can be observed that the system may function effectively by performing its functions as an employee performance assessment utilizing the simple additive weighting calculation technique after creating a prototype decision-making system using the website-based simple additive weighting method. After managers have completed an evaluation, website-based solutions can combine data to make it easier to access, preserve data security, and support decision-making. The results provided yield high accuracy based on the SAW formula. This system uses the SAW calculation method so that employee performance assessments are carried out based on the percentage weight of the criteria that the manager has determined. From the requirements and results of this assessment, SAW can produce a ranking of employees with the best to worst performance. From this ranking, the manager can determine the employee with the best and worst performance, and then managers can make decisions based on that data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana tanggapan/ persepsi para pegawai atas implementasi motivasi beserta dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Daya Saing Desa, Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pusat Pengembangan Daya Saing Desa, Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi, Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi dan yang menjadi koresponden penelitian adalah Pegawai PNS dan non PNS. Teknik sampel menggunakan acak sederhana dan dilakukan secara langsung melalui sebaran kuesioner. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa implementasi motivasi kerja pada Pusat Pengembangan Daya Saing Desa, Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi sudah baik dan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Motivasi untuk bekerja sangat penting bagi tinggi rendahnya kinerja sebuah organisasi. kurangnya motivasi dari pegawai untuk bekerja secara maksimal bagi organisasi, maka tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan dimungkinkan sulit tercapai dan dampaknya terhadap organisasi itu sendiri. Motivasi yang kuat akan mempengaruhi kinerja, produktivitas, kepuasan karyawan, inovasi, dan budaya kerja yang positif. Organisasi yang berhasil menginspirasi dan memotivasi karyawannya akan mendapatkan manfaat jangka panjang, termasuk peningkatan kinerja, retensi pegawai yang baik, dan kemampuan untuk berdaya bersaing yang berkualitas. Kata kunci: Implementasi Motivasi, Dampak Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

The e-commerce industry is experiencing rapid growth along with increasing consumer demand for fast, precise and reliable delivery services. Assessing the performance of goods delivery services is very important to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This research aims to develop a decision support model to assess the performance of goods delivery services in the e-commerce industry using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method was chosen because of its ability to resolve conflicting criteria through a pairwise comparison matrix and decompose problems, criteria and alternatives into a decision hierarchy. In this research there are 5 assessment criteria, namely Price (C1), Goods Packaging (C2), Goods Delivery C3), Service (C4), and Number of Branches (C5). Source of data from respondents obtained using questionnaire techniques. The research results show the final ranking of 4 alternative delivery services. From these results it can be explained that the highest criteria weight value in criterion C1 can influence the ranking results, because the AHP method is a criteria weighting method that takes into account criteria through a pairwise comparison matrix.

Abstract

This study investigates consumers' perceptions of the utility of electric vehicles and the effectiveness of social media marketing efforts on EV purchase intentions. Marketers and lawmakers must understand the drivers of electric vehicle adoption in light of increasing concerns about environmental sustainability and technological development. The research strategy adopted for the study is a quantitative approach based on a survey. A cross-section of social media users exposed to advertisements regarding electric vehicles were surveyed. The perceived utility of EVs includes environmental advantages, cost savings, and performance measured by the questionnaire, as well as the exposure to social media marketing activities and intention to purchase. Regression analysis is used as the analytical approach to finding how the variables relate. Therefore, a positive relationship exists between social media marketing efforts and perceived usefulness intending to purchase. In instances where consumers are subjected to persuasive social media advertisements describing the benefits of EVs, and when they view an EV as practical, they show a greater tendency to express an intention to buy. The practical implications of this study will help marketers devise social media ads that successfully promote electric vehicle adoption; it also adds to the literature on sustainable consumerism. This study's results will benefit politicians who want to encourage the switch toward electric mobility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work process digitalization, employee experience, and ethical leadership on employee performance in technology start-up companies in Indonesia. In the digital era, start-up companies are required to continue to innovate and adapt quickly to technological changes, so the role of work process digitalization becomes increasingly crucial. In addition, individual work experience and ethical leadership are also believed to play an important role in driving employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 100 respondents who work in various technology start-up companies. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that work process digitalization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee experience also shows a positive effect, although not as strong as the digitalization variable. Meanwhile, ethical leadership has the most significant influence in shaping employee behavior and work motivation. This finding strengthens the results of previous studies, which state that an ethical and digital work environment can drive employee productivity and loyalty. The implications of this study underline the importance of start-up companies adopting digital strategies and focusing on developing ethics-based leadership in their HR management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, ethical leadership, and achievement opportunities on employee loyalty in the airline industry in Indonesia. Employee loyalty is a crucial element in maintaining an organization’s competitive advantage, particularly in the service industry, which heavily relies on the quality of human resources. This research adopts a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 200 employees from various divisions across three national airlines. The religiosity variable was measured through the dimensions of belief, worship, and morality; ethical leadership was assessed through justice, integrity, and role-modeling; while achievement opportunity was evaluated based on perceptions of self-development opportunities and recognition. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that religiosity and ethical leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Meanwhile, achievement opportunity also has a significant effect, although its influence becomes stronger when mediated by job satisfaction. These findings suggest that organizations that support employees’ religious values, implement ethical leadership, and provide room for career achievement are more likely to foster high levels of employee loyalty.

Abstract

Competition in the business world cannot be separated from the development of the environment faced. The business environment that has a major influence on marketing success is the development and advancement of technology, as well as changes in people's lifestyles. Marketing has an important role in society because marketing involves various aspects of life, including the economic and social fields, because marketing activities involve the problem of the flow of products from producers to consumers, and marketing creates important jobs for the community. The aim of this research is to understand the importance of experiential marketing analysis on customer satisfaction for companies and consumers. This research is assisted by a literature study research. The data obtained is compiled, analyzed, and summarized to obtain conclusions regarding the literature study. Data collection uses secondary data such as archived data in the form of books or journals. The results of the study show that experiential marketing analysis of customer satisfaction shows that strong customer experiences, especially those involving emotions and interactions, can increase customer satisfaction. Experiential marketing creates added value through experiences that differentiate products or services, so that customers feel more satisfied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital promotional content quality, price, and customer experience on purchase intention of preloved products. There is a growing market for pre-owned goods due to the fact that they are both economically beneficial and environmentally friendly. To increase the likelihood that a consumer will make a purchase, digital marketers rely on two factors: the attractiveness of promotional content and the availability of competitive prices and excellent customer service. An online poll was used to collect quantitative data from one hundred people who have shopped for used goods through various marketplaces and social media. Linear regression analyses were performed on the data. The study found that factors such as pricing, customer service, and the quality of digital promotional content significantly impact the inclination to buy used products. In order to enhance their digital marketing tactics, preloved company actors can put these results into practice. By optimizing the visual quality and information of promotional content, setting appropriate prices, and creating a pleasant customer experience, business actors can increase consumer appeal and loyalty to preloved products. This study also opens up opportunities for further research on other factors that can influence purchase intention in the preloved industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Tangerang Selatan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan pelayanan publik. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tuntutan profesionalisme aparatur, perkembangan teknologi informasi, dan target peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi partisipatif terhadap pejabat struktural, staf pelaksana, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan teknis, pengembangan kompetensi digital, dan pembinaan etos kerja telah memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kerja pegawai, kualitas pelayanan pajak daerah, serta penguatan koordinasi internal. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan hambatan berupa belum meratanya akses pelatihan, keterbatasan anggaran, dan kurang optimalnya evaluasi pasca-pelatihan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan kerja (need-based training), sistem monitoring dan evaluasi berkelanjutan, serta kolaborasi lintas organisasi perangkat daerah untuk penguatan kapasitas SDM.
