Jumlah pengguna layanan kereta api di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat. Data terakhir menunjukkan, pada tahun 2015 terdapat 325.945 orang penumpang kereta api di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh inovasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap persepsi konsumen serta implikasinya pada keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan layanan kereta api. Teknik analisis data menggunakan sampel probabilitas yakni setiap anggota populasi memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang sebagai responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian pada Jalur 1 menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dan kualitas layanan secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap persepsi. Pada Jalur 2, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi, kualitas layanan dan persepsi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dalam menarik minat konsumen agar semakin memilih menggunakan jasa kereta api sebagai salah satu pilihan utama dalam melakukan berbagai aktifitas, maka operator kereta api maupun pihak terkait perlu meningkatkan inovasi dan kualitas layanan agar persepsi konsumen dapat meningkat secara positif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pengelolaan Dana Desa di Desa Orahili Induk Kecamatan Fanayama Kabupaten Nias Selatan tahun anggaran 2020, serta faktor-faktor yang menghambatnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif interaktif yang dikemukakan oleh Miler dan Huberman yakni Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, dan Menarik Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Dana Desa di Desa Orahili Induk sejak tahun tahun 2020 secara umum telah berjalan efektif. Hal ini disebabkan oleh karena tercapainya tujuan pengelolaan Dana Desa Orahili Induk yang ditetapkan setiap periodenya.

The scope of this research aims to find out and analyze whether the allocation of Village Funds to improve the Development of Hilionaha Village, Onolalu District, South Nias Regency, has been effective. This type of research is qualitative research that is descriptive. The location studied is in Hilionaha Village, Onolalu District, South Nias Regency. The data collection procedures carried out in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses analysis according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study show that the Allocation of Hilionaha Village Funds in Onolalu District of South Nias Regency for village development has been effective and in accordance with the laws and regulations. Village Funds are very useful for increasing development in Hilionaha Onolalu District, South Nias Regency. Village Funds are able to encourage progress in various aspects both in the field of economy and health. So that it can be concluded that the use of village funds 2015-2019 in Hilionaha village increases village development. The proposed suggestion is that the village head and the community are expected to support each other's village development program in accordance with existing procedures to make Hilionaha village into a village that has competitiveness to catch up with other villages that have been developed.

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Prices on consumer purchasing decisions on UD. Ovi subdistrict luahagundre maniamolo district south nias. This type of research is a quantitative research that is associative with the object under study is all consumers contained in UD. Ovi subdistrict luahagundre maniamolo district south nias has as many as 30 people. The result of this indicatesdicate that communication affects consumer purchasing decisions, which is indicated by the thing hitung (7,062) > ttabel (1,701) and the significant level 0,000 < 0,05. Retrieved value R2 of 0,640 (50,125%) ie decision-making purchasing decision on UD. Ovi subdistrict luahagundre maniamolo district south nias can be explained by independent variabel of communication. While the rest of 49,875% it is explained by other variables outside the model. From the result of the discussion, it can be seen that Product Prices are one of the important elements of marketing and also influence consumer decision to buy.

The problem of this research is Storey Level officer contribution which is expressed in solving of duties becoming its responsibility relative lower. The target of this research is to know the influence of work compensation, work motivation and culture organizational to Employee Performance at Inspektorat Office Sub-Province of South Nias. This Type Research is quantitative. Subject in this research is an Employee at Inspektorat Office Sub-Province of South Nias. The result of this research indicate that the workers compensation, work motivation and culture organizational have effect positive and significant to Employee Performance proved with value of Fcount equal to 50,528 > value of Ftable equal to 3,31 and level of signifikan equal to 0,000 < 0,05. Thereby can be concluded that work compensation, work motivation and culture organisation to Employee Performance to officer performance at Inspektorat Office Sub-Province of South Nias. Raised by Suggestion researcher is shall apply work compensation, work motivation and culture organizational better and effectively to maintain and improve officer employee performance through indicators of work compensation, work motivation and culture organizations to increase good employee performance now and also in the future and expected by period to come more improved again in the effort reaching the target of organization.

The problems of this research are the lack of trust given by the leadership to their subordinates, the presence of leadership that does not pay attention to the complaints and needs of employees, the lack of awards and recognition to employees who excel and employees have low work achievements with delays in completing the tasks given. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the Toma sub-district office, South Nias district. This type of research is a quantitative research. The subjects in this study were all 32 employees of the Toma Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency. The results showed that Leadership and Work Motivation had a significant influence on employee performance at the Toma Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. Suggestions put forward by researchers are 1) to improve employee performance at the Toma Sub-District Office, it is necessary to have trust from the leadership to their subordinates. 2) it is expected that the leadership at the Toma Sub-district Office will pay attention to employee complaints and needs. 3) it is expected that all employees of the Toma Sub-district Office to further improve their performance through high work motivation and good motivation from the leadership element. 4) it is hoped that the employees at the Toma Sub-district Office will be able to complete the work effectively.

Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah analisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) di UD. Ono Niha Oil Desa Sondregeasi Kecamatan Luahagundre Maniamolo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) di UD. Ono Niha Oil Desa Sondregeasi Kecamatan Luahagundre Maniamolo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dimanaY = 3,739 + 1,007X1+ 0,106X2. Jenis data yang digunakan berdasarkan sumbernya adalah data primer, berdasarkan sifatnya adalah data kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data bersifat kuesioner tertutup. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sedangkan kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen secara parsial. Secara simultan harga dan kualitas produk mampu mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Dimana nilai R² sebesar 0,806 (80,6%) artinya 81% variabel harga dan kualitas produk dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam model.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Onolalu Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 31 pegawai. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Onolalu Kabupaten Nias Selatan dengan nilai Fhitung 14.842>Ftabel sebesar 3.343 dengan df: n-k-1 (31-2-1)= 28. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Onolalu Kabupaten Nias Selatan.
