Research conducted aiming to create a prototype color pattern recognition tools for sufferers of color blindness. The sensor used is TCS3200-DB associated with the Arduino Uno. Closest Pair algorithm is embedded into micro controller using the Arduino IDE. The resulting output in the form of a color pattern that is represented by the letters that became the initials color sensor reading of the results have been processed with the Closest Pair Algorithm. The results obtained from this research TCS3200DB success rate and Closest Pair Algorithm in recognizing color result is 50%.

This study aims to build and implement prediction system of smartphone damage on the android platform. This application was built using android studio 2.0 and SQLite database. The recommendation system is a software that aims to assist users by providing recommendations to users when users are faced with large amounts of information. Recommendations are expected to help users in the decision-making process, such as what items to buy, what laptops will be used, or what songs will be heard, and more. This system serves to provide prediction of damage to the smartphone built from the calculation of user input parameters in the form of questions about the symptoms experienced by users on their smartphone, then will generate predictions about the possibility of damage experienced by using methods naïve bayes and laplace smoothing, this method is used in determining an event using previously collected data. The results of this study indicate that the accuracy is not satisfactory with an accuracy rate of 20%.

Along with the development of technology so rapidly the development of knowledge about dynamic systems is also growing rapidly.This aims tostudy find out the stability of prey-predator model using Leslie-Gower from with stages of structure on prey. Issues raised in the research are how to generate a mathematical model of the modification of Leslie-Gower prey-predator system with the response function of Holling type II; how to determine the point of equilibrium and stability analysis on a modified model of Leslie-Gower prey-predator with the response function of Holling type II; the effects of changes in the parameters on the actual state of the modification of Leslie-Gower prey-predator model with the response function og Holling type II; and the numerical simulation of the modification of Leslie-Gower prey-predator model with the response function oh Holling type II using the maple software. The problem was analysed based on a literature review. The steps used were: generating a mathematical model from the modification of Leslie-Gower prey-predator model with the response function of Holling type II; determine all fixed point; determine a cracteristic equation and the eigen value of jacobian matriks; determine in the value of the parameter of Hoft bifurcation; calculate the transversal angles; createa numerical simulation of the modification of Leslie-Gower prey-predator model with the response function of Holling type II using the software Maple; and drawing the conclusion.The results of the research show a model as follows:

The purpose of this research is to design a class presension application using Collective Facial Recognition using Haar-Cascade methods. The presension problem nowadays is really worrying. Lately, there’s a lot of presension problem, either from college students or from another acamedic instances. Which is why the author is trying to design a presension application that implements facial recognition system in classrooms to deal with this presension problem. The author uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 to design and create this application. The result of this research is the author managed to design and create the presension application using facial recognition with Visual Studio 2010 with accuracy rate along 71%.

Iqyu Cell Store is a store engaged in the sale of mobile accessories, and active speakers. Generally, the process of calculating the cost of goods sold for each item and product package in the trading business is currently done manually and there is no recording process after calculating and also during this trading business still does not know the exact cost of goods sold for each item and package product, This can result in high or low selling prices of each item and also the package product provided. The method of relative sales value is one method of calculating cost of goods sold that can be used as a method to determine the selling price. The purpose of this study is to design an information system for calculating the cost of goods sold by using the relative sales value method. With the system of calculating package cost of goods sold, the owner can make this system as a means of calculating the cost of goods sold in the package which will become the benchmark for determining the right selling price, and also can find the maximum percentage decrease in selling price of package products to prevent low the selling price given.

Meteorological variables predictions can help predict rainfall so that they can avoid losses from telecommunication network disruptions, determine the appropriate planting time and types of plants, and air transportation. In this study, the method used to predict meteorological variables of average wind speed is Moving Avarage and Vectot Machine Support by using the last 4 years data from the actual data for the Moving Average and while the last 5 years data from the actual data for the Support Vector Machine method. The results showed the results of the accuracy of the predictions for the average speed meteorological variables angina using the Support Vector Machine method and the Moving Average method each of 74.19% and 38.70%.

This research aim to build a College Student Service Computerisation system by using a Framework Codeigniter at STMIK Kharisma Makassar. Framework codegniter used as college student service system web-based because framework codeigniter using a MVC (Model View Controller) which build a web programme become more structured and framework codeigniter can also work with PHP 5. Data collecting method to collect requirement specification and system development are done by an interview activity and study literature. For Data Model using an ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). Application testing result which developed shows that score demand service and document demand service will be easier because we can do it online. Meanwhile BAAK administration and prodi can further the demand service process. This testing shows that Application which being developed is used as a communication media between two sides in a score demand process service and documents demand service online.

Study Program Card is something that owned by every college student. On every end of semester, college student must submit their Kartu Rencana Studi for their next semester. Sometimes college students also made a mistake when they submitted their Kartu Rencana Studi then they need to resubmit or change their Kartu Rencana Studi. The purpose of this research is to develop an Android-Based system for changing study program card on STMIK Kharisma Makassar that can help the student and college staff. There are method that writter use for this research such as Rapid Application Development for the process of developing this system and Black Box Testing for testing the system input-output. The result of this research is the author has successed for developing android-based system for changing study program card that can be used in STMIK Kharisma Makassar.

Proposed Decision Support Systems Group promotion and using the GAP Method of Culture And Tourism In East Nusa Tenggara Province is an artificial intelligence system that is built to determine prospective civil servants promoted to be proposed and studied them to the authorities. This determination is made by processing the data and their prospective employees work performance during the active period along with the criteria or rules of employee promotion requirements. The advantage of this is built DSS is able to provide fast and precise decisions and has a database that can accommodate mampuh data in large sizes and quantities so that the data storage medium used is more accurate. GAP or profile matching method is a method for comparing the criteria against which the reference criteria in order to find the value of each existing profile. From the discussion, it can be concluded that the presence of "Decision Support System Proposed Promotions Group by using the GAP Method of Culture And Tourism In East Nusa Tenggara Province", can improve the work performance of employees at the Office of Culture and Tourism of the Province of East Nusa Tenggara.

Rule Base System Supporting the Monitoring Outbreaks of Infectious Diseases in Makassar using SMS Gateway. This research aims to produce applications that implement rule-based reasoning method to determine the status of Extraordinary Events (KLB) and support the activities of epidemics of communicable disease surveillance in Makassar. Detection of epidemic outbreaks of infectious disease can be performed using a rule-based system. Rules in this system is built on outbreak detection method with EWMA, CUSUM and Temporal Detection Method by moving percentile. EWMA and CUSUM method used to calculate the threshold value for the occurrence of epidemics of infectious diseases are still in control. Temporal Detection method moving percentile is used to detect deviations of occurrence data above normal. If events over the threshold or above normal, then it is said to have an outbreak. The use of SMS gateway in this system is a technique used to obtain data on the incidence of infectious diseases via SMS. SMS usage is very supportive epidemic occurrence data collection as one infectious disease surveillance activities. Overall the system is able to work faster than the manual system to determine the status of outbreaks. In addition it is able to integrate the activities of collecting, processing, analyzing, interpreting data, and disseminating information in a systematic and sustainable as a series of epidemic disease surveillance activities.
