Abstract

Extracurricular activities are activities held outside class hours listed in the student activity program structure. Foundation Vocational School Jakarta Community College (SMK YAPERMAS) is one of the educational institutions under the care of the Community College Foundation operating in the field of education. Currently managing extracurricular data and registration of students taking part in extracurricular activities is still being carried out manually or not yet systematized, namely recording and registering students who take part in extracurricular activities still use paper forms where there is no complete information regarding extracurricular activities. Not yet available means of managing extracurricular activities at school because they are lacking in depth utilize information technology. The aim of this research is design build a website information system to support activity management extracurricular at YAPERMAS Vocational School by utilizing the application database based. Laravel was chosen to build this application It is hoped that this will make extracurricular registration and management easier extracurricular so that it is faster and more accurate.

Abstract

The management of case administration at the IKADIN South Jakarta office is a crucial aspect in supporting the organization's performance and legal services to the community. Conventional administrative processes often face various challenges, such as difficulties in document tracking, data inaccuracy, and slow communication flow between lawyers and clients. To address these issues, this research aims to design and develop an effective, efficient, and easily accessible web-based case administration information system. This information system is designed to automate various case administration processes, from recording and tracking to reporting, in order to enhance productivity and data accuracy at the IKADIN South Jakarta office. In the system development, software development methods are used, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, as well as system testing and evaluation. The main features of this system include case data management, digital document management, reporting, and notification systems to monitor important deadlines.

Abstract

The current development of information systems and information technology has led to the creation of technological tools that can assist in completing tasks more easily. As a result, many companies now utilize technology to facilitate their operations, such as in managing inventory documents. The purpose of developing this web-based document management information system is to provide convenience for companies in the process of data collection, document storage, inventory calculation, and report generation. Based on the research and discussion, the implementation of this web-based document management system ensures that sales transactions, stock calculations, and report generation are systematically organized, leading to better storage and organization of sales data.

Abstract

BKKBN focuses on population planning and management in order to achieve a better quality of life for the people of Indonesia. This research aims to design and implement a web-based employee performance appraisal information system at the East Jakarta National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN). This system is developed to facilitate the process of employee performance appraisal more efficiently, transparently, and accurately. The main features of this system include managing employee data, performance appraisal forms, processing appraisal results, and reporting and analyzing performance. The system design uses the waterfall software development method, starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, to the testing stage. The system is designed to be accessible by management and employees through a user-friendly web interface, thus facilitating the periodic performance evaluation process. The implementation results show that this system succeeds in improving accuracy and efficiency in the performance appraisal process, as well as providing data that is more structured and easily accessible by related parties.

Abstract

E-learning is teaching and learning that is supported and developed through technology and digital media, and is also a form of distance learning concept. Humble Pensacola Christian School is one of the educational institutions under the auspices of the ministry of religion engaged in education. Currently, the learning method at Humble Pensacola Christian School is still the same as other schools, namely by conducting learning between students and teachers in the classroom such as providing teaching materials, practicing questions, discussions, and giving school assignments. If the meeting between students and teachers does not occur, then the learning process cannot be carried out. This greatly impacts the lack of student understanding of the subject matter. The methods used in this research are observation, interview, literature study, design and testing methods. Then in this research there is also system modeling with UML (Unifield Modeling Language) method as well as PHP as a programming language and Mysql as a DBMS used for the development of “Web-based E-Learning at Humble Pensacola Christian School North Jakarta”.

Abstract

The design and creation of a web-based Purchase Order System at PT Adhy Mitra Permana, has a background problem, namely the process of ordering the purchase or rental of LED Panels at PT Adhy Mitra Permana is still carried out by recording the order book so that sometimes there are errors in the manual recording process, waste of paper, and the existence of lost data due to recording papers that are sometimes lost so that the system needs to be addressed and payment notes that are written manually and also the process of making reports on income and expenses at PT Adhy Mitra Permana. The system development method used is SDLC and Blackbox testing. System development includes making UML diagrams, namely Use Case, Activity, and Class Diagrams both on the current system and the proposed system. The results obtained from this study are the process carried out with an online web-based information system for LED ordering procedures, report generation, report monitoring and provide convenience in the process to be faster and more structured.

Abstract

PT Fajar Berkat Abadi is a food and beverage supply company, with the flagship product Forestly Indonesia, an instant chocolate powder drink. This research aims to overcome the challenges of manual document management that is prone to human error. The system is designed with a web-based approach to improve efficiency in document handling. The methods used in this research are observation, interview, literature study, design and testing. Then in this study there is also a system modeling with the UML (Unifield Modeling Language) method and PHP as a programming language and Mysql as a database. The results of the research include user interface design (UI) and application prototypes that have been tested, showing a valid success rate. The implementation of this system is expected to improve document management at PT Fajar Berkat Abadi, increase effectiveness, efficiency, and provide significant benefits to the company.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop an effective and efficient periodic vehicle service monitoring system. The research methodology used in the data processing system is the literature study method, which involves collecting data from various library sources, journals, and other books that serve as a basis for analyzing the issues discussed in the research. Additionally, the field study method is employed, including direct observation through interviews and observations. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used as the algorithm to solve the problem. The result of this research is the development of an application tool programmed in Java and data storage using a MySQL database, enabling effective, efficient, and practical decision-making in the monitoring process at Astrido Toyota Pondok Indah.

Abstract

This study reveals that the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has a significant impact on the job market in East Jakarta during the period of 2020–2022. AI has positive effects, such as the creation of new jobs in the technology sector and increased efficiency in several industries. However, AI also leads to job reductions in sectors dependent on manual and routine labor. Sectors such as manufacturing, banking, and retail are among the most affected by automation and digitalization triggered by AI. Furthermore, there are challenges related to workforce skill gaps, which require reskilling and upskilling to adapt to the new labor market demands. Therefore, inclusive policies and training programs are needed to ensure that the workforce in East Jakarta can compete in this technological era.

Abstract

This research focuses on a decision support system for the selection of new employees at PT. Tri Adi Bersama (Anteraja), Jakarta. The method used in this study is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The main issues identified in this research include a selection process that is still conducted manually, a lack of precision and fairness in selection, and insufficient integrated data and in-depth analysis. By using software tools, the company can more easily determine the best candidates for hiring, and information on hiring decisions is stored in a MySQL DBMS, accessible at any time. This decision support system integrates information technology with practical needs to support the effective management of employee recruitment. The system objectively and transparently evaluates the company’s candidate proposals through data analysis and predefined criteria. It uses the TOPSIS approach to ensure that decisions can be measured within a specific time frame.
