<![CDATA[Based on the data of Indonesia National Plastic Action Partnership in 2020, about 67.2 million tons of garbage in Indonesia are still left off every year. Garbage problem from year-to-year still have not been taken seriously by the government. A way in decreasing the volume of garbage is by building temporary waste storage. Sadly, some of the Indonesian temporary waste storage are not working properly. Not to mention the temporary waste storage in Limau Manis Selatan. Therefore, an education, socialization and training are needed. The main goal of this project is to minimalize the amount of waste with the help of information technology based website, to serve informations to the waste bank in Limau Manis Selatan. By creating this waste management app, people in there will feel the ease to manage their waste, and become more aware of the importance of proper waste handling. From this activity, satisfying result was obtained. People in the community start building a good habits, from sorting the trash based on the variety, building aquaponics, and maggots cultivation in terms of reducing the waste volume. <![CDATA[The goal of on-the-job training with a cognitive ergonomics theme in a wood company is to improve employee performance, health, and safety by integrating cognitive ergonomics principles into their work between man and computer in ERP system workstation. In this training, employees will learn about managing cognitive load and adapting their work environment to support their cognitive performance on the job directly. By integrating cognitive ergonomics into on-the-job training, the wood company can ensure that employees can adapt to their work environment more quickly and effectively while also applying cognitive ergonomics principles to improve their performance. Ultimately, this will help the company achieve its goals more effectively and efficiently while improving the quality of work and employee satisfaction. Training result after two months made work perfomance increase from 0,43 to 0,47.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service activities are carried out at the Sumber Rejeki Livestock Farmer Group -Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency. The activities were followed not only by the Sumber Rejeki livestock farming group but also other groups. In general, farmers already know about FMD (47.5%) some things that farmers are still very new to is that FMD can be transmitted through human traffic. <![CDATA[Everyday life of society has changed significantly as a result of technological advances. Not to mention the development of viruses that can infect a computer or laptop, the need to deal with viruses that can harm the computer and must be handled appropriately, but there are still several ways to eliminate them before causing serious damage. The operating system and applications can be damaged by viruses. Therefore, it is very important for the Pekon Bumi Rejo community in Pagelaran District, Pringsewu Regency to have the necessary expertise to fight this virus. The suggested solution is to teach the public how to deal with viruses on a computer through this training so that they can use knowledge and understanding to protect their own computer or laptop from the invading virus. The implementation of this community service activity uses digital modules, through training that is used to put community service projects into action. <![CDATA[Margo Lestari Village is a village with potential as a laying hen farming center. This can be seen from the people who raise laying hens. However, the high egg production in the village is not matched by egg sales or marketing. This results in the production of eggs that can rot before being utilized or consumed because eggs have a fairly short shelf life. Thus, it is hoped that this service activity can increase the income of farmers through improving the quality of salted egg products from laying hen eggs in Margo Lestari Village. This counseling activity uses the lecture method and question and answer section. Extension activities were carried out on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 09.00 to 12.30 WIB at the Margo Lestari Village Hall, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. The socialization was attended by 20 people, most of whom were breeders. After carrying out community service activities, it can be concluded that there are several things obtained by farmers as participants, namely increasing knowledge related to processing poultry farm products into salted eggs to increase the selling price and shelf life of production eggs in an effort to increase the economic value of farmers. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT This community service in the form of urban farming training aims to increase the understanding of the people of Bandar Lampung about urban farming so that they are motivated to become new entrepreneurs, at least they can build family food security. The method used is Community Empowerment so that community capacity can be increased through training. The results of this training where 100% of participants considered this training interesting and useful, there was an increase in the understanding of participants as much as 60% who were the younger generation, most of whom were high school students along with teachers, students and the younger generation of Lazdai. They gain interesting experience and knowledge and hope that there will be an advanced program that involves more young people so that a generation that is concerned with food security will emerge. <![CDATA[Fish health is one of main problems faced by fish farmers, one of them is Adipati Farm, an ornamental fish business located in Kedaton, Bandar Lampung City. The occurrence of fish pests and diseases often causes business failure. The lack of knowledge upon quarantine process and good fish health management system is one of the main factors causing fish mortality. The objective of this event was to increase the knowledge about the quarantine process and good fish health management that can help them to increase the succession rate of fish farming process. The method used in this activity is a participatory counseling method with lectures and discussions from the participants. The discussions between resource persons and participants done regarding fish quarantine techniques, fish health management, and the benefits of both applications. The result of this activity is additional knowledge, insight, and awareness of the participants regarding the priority of quarantine and fish health management and their application to support ornamental fish farming businesses.
