Abstract

This study explores how online reviews influence consumer purchasing decisions on popular e-commerce platforms such as Google, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The main purpose of the research is to understand how factors like review credibility, quantity, and tone affect customers trust and willingness to buy products online. A quantitative approach was used, where 200 online shoppers in Malaysia were surveyed through a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and regression analysis to determine the strength of the relationship between online reviews and consumer decisions. Our findings indicate that trustworthy and positive reviews strongly encourage consumers to make purchases, while negative or unclear reviews cause them to hesitate or seek other options. The study concludes that online reviews are an important factor in shaping consumer confidence and purchase behavior. It is suggested that online sellers and platforms focus on encouraging honest reviews and responding to feedback to build stronger relationships and loyalty among customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide solutions to the problems of SMES in Kampong Nambangan Kenjeran West about the process of drying fish that are conventional and long drying time. The method was designed to resemble a house that has 3 shelves made from Food Grade and a house wall made from acrylic transfaran, with a hybrid energy system that is sunlight and Infra red stove made from LPG Gas Fuel. This machine integrates ECU (Electrical Control Unit) technology. The results with a hybrid drying system can improve the drying process faster up to 3 times, The productivity increased from 25kg/day to 50 kg/day.

Abstract

Koperasi Primkopti Bangkit Usaha adalah salah satu koperasi yang menjual tempe maupun kedelai yang ada di Kota Malang. Koperasi ini menjual kedelai mentah maupun olahan kedelai seperti tempe. Koperasi ini berdiri pada tahun 1981. Asal mula koperasi ini berdiri dikarenakan banyak dari pengusaha tempe yang tidak memiliki wadah secara koperasi dan hanya segelintir pengusaha saja yang memilikinya. Pada waktu itu mereka menjual tempe dengan cara dipikul. Koperasi tersebut diberi jatah oleh Bulog. Dikarenakan tidak mampu membayar dan tidak memiliki gudang untung menyimpan kedelai. Maka koperasi tersebut di tutup. Pada tahun 1995 koperasi tersebut diharapakan oleh kementrian koperasi untuk buka kembali. Koperasi tersebut pernah melakukan perubahan nama. Pada tahun 1981 bernama Koperasi Tahu Tempe Indonesia, dan pada tahun 1995 berganti lagi menjadi Koperasi Primkopti Bangkit Usaha hingga saat ini Pada tahun 2013 koperasi teresebut memiliki jumlah anggota berkisar 400 orang. Namun dengan jalannya waktu banyak yang mengundurkan karena berbagai alasan, salah satunya adalah ketika mereka membeli kedelai tapi mereka tidak membayar. Dan anggotanya hingga saat ini berjumlah kurang lebih 100 orang. Untuk jumlah produksinya pada tahun 2013 berjumlah 12 ton dan untuk saat ini berkurang sangat drastis sekitar 5 ton (

Abstract

This study aims to shave the speed of badminton players and serve as a media trainer to improve the speed and agility of badminton players, especially the problem on the players to hit well and quality, should be rested on foot movement. for that must practice footwork diligently and diligently, with the creation of SMAIZER Tool. The method used Effective and efficient footwork (footwork) will facilitate athletes move in the field so that the required stamina will be smaller. Simulation results Tools that are processed to produce accurate data have software and hardware systems to input user movements as desired or can be randomly based on the indicator lights on the Shadow Trainer.

Abstract

The Primanto Pangan Selaras company is a food producer which produce fruit chips and “jenang”, located in the Batu City, precisely on Sumber Urip street number. 239, Tlekung, the owner of this company is Mr. Efri Gunawan. We choose Australia as a destination country, because the number of fruit chips like snake fruit & jackfruit are located the most in Asia, especially in Southeast Asia, and it’s quite rare in Australia, but from company data that has been obtained, it is known that the company is still focused on developing business in the home city because the company is relatively new. For the marketing strategy, our group advises the company to be more focus on promoting it products on social media, because nowadays, there are many social media users, and the other benefit is that marketing can be done abroad, we also plan to establish cooperation with Garuda in the export process. For human resources in this company, the company employs 4 employees, the reason the company employs 4 people is because the company's production machinery is quite efficient, and the marketing costs are carried out by the owner of the company itself, so there’s no marketing fee. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide solutions for problems in SMEs katul leaven, especially the problem of drying process that the process is still using the traditional way and the tool is still relatively simple so less hygienic. The method used is to utilize sunlight, exhaust fan, and Heat Exchanger technology that supply electric energy from solar panels and operate semi-automatically. The expected result is the increased productivity and efficiency of the production process so that the productivity of SMEs leaven can increase twice from 40 kg / day to 80 kg / day.

Abstract

Nowadays, decoration is one of the most developing industry all over the world. People are starting to care about their house or office looks. In Indonesia itself, curtain also become one of the many people needs. Curtain intended for blocking the light and make a room athmosphere more comfortable. A comfortable room will make activities more fun and making a job done a lot faster. In Indonesia the curtain business also making a great income, because lots of cutrain cloth is imported from foreign countries. The company will pay a certain amount of tax when they imported the cloth used to make the curtain. Ocasionally curtain cloth is produced in Indonesia and also being exported to other country. The demand from certain country is very high in curtain and this a very good oportunity to export many products. Many curtain sellers in indonesia still importing their products from foreign country, therefore CV Senyum Indonesia is trying to produce an import quality curtain and hopefully can export their product to foreign countries. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to problems that exist in SMEs D.Sadewa Kenjeran Coast region in the process of cooling and storage of marine products is traditionally the process is still using ice as the cooler in the box (box) fish storage. The method used by using PEC in the box of fishes storage to produce stable temperature. The PEC box control system is equipped with Arduino and programmed with CX programmer. It is designed to accommodate 15kg of fish /process. The expected result is to improve the stability of the cooling process (below 100C), So the productivity of SMEs can be increased twice .

Abstract

The market for economic activities is not only limited to Indonesia, but also international to become international business. One of the activities for market expansion is to export products to the international market. Koperasi SAE Pujon is the largest supplier of raw cow milk in East Java (98% of all East Java in 2018) which will be aimed at export planning for one of its products, Caramel Milk Candy. Caramel milk candy is a product made from milk and a caramel mixture compacted into candy. The planned export of caramel milk candy will be aimed at one of the countries with the highest population in the world, namely China (1.386 billion people in 2018) while taking advantage of the opportunity that the Chinese government issued a policy of reducing import duties (17.3% to 7.7%) . The concept of marketing strategies utilizes the ability of cooperative relations with other institutions to assist cooperatives in promoting their products, and cooperatives as vendors. The process of shipping goods through international shipping services that has an export license for goods to be exported such as DHL, Pos Indonesia, etc., but the cost will be cheaper if the calculation based on container, not per kilograms, except for sending product samples to importers . Recruitment process for adding more workers to support production and something else that make the product marketed, will be carried out as needed. Financial Capital is done in two ways, credit to banks or using savings or cooperative cash.
