Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic not only affected health, but also the economy and community purchasing power to decrease, this was due to the many reductions in salaries and job layoffs made by companies. To overcome this, the government created a salary subsidy assistance program, with the hope of increasing community purchasing power. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and impact of the salary subsidy program on community purchasing power that using the inflation indicator. This study uses descriptive analysis to explain the effectiveness of the salary subsidy assistance program and its impact on community purchasing power. The results show that, so far, the salary subsidy program has been effective and can increase community purchasing power.

Abstract

Nowadays, it's all about social media. Antecedents - Based on the results of the analysis of previous studies, researchers categorized antecedents for marketers by using social media as a marketing communication tool. Viral marketing is one of the advantages of social media over traditional media. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Corporate Shared Value (CSV) in Halal Agroindustry at PT. Great Giant Pineapple (GGP) towards the welfare of partner farmers (E-Growers) in Tanggamus Regency. The research method used is quantitative research. Respondent data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to GGP partner farmers. A sample of 206 respondents was analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The researcher found that the positive effect of CSV was 19.5% and had a fairly strong correlation value on the Welfare of Partner Farmers (E-Growers) in Tanggamus Regency. The Regional Government and GGP can continue to support efforts to develop SCV for the welfare of the community with various policies and training for empowering human resources and nursery capital.

Abstract

This study aims to explain in detail how the objective conditions of motivation experienced by students in online learning during the period Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach using survey methods. This research was conducted at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang involving 50 students in the Economics and Business study. Data collection in this study used a survey technique with a Likert scale. The survey is made in a google form so that it can be easily accessed by students. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the percentage of data from each indicator, then interpret the percentage score and analyze each indicator in depth. Based on the results of the analysis of student motivation towards online learning during covid-19 pandemic average score the overall percentage is 50%, with sufficient category. so that it can be interpreted that UBP Karawang students lack the motivation to learn online during the pandemic Covid-19. Has sufficient limitations such as sufficient concentration, poor curiosity, and sufficient enthusiasm for learning. Such as media, materials, application usage, network access and quotas are obstacles for students in online lectures. This research is expected to be an evaluation of various parties in conducting online learning in universities, especially those involving motivation in it, this research is also expected to be a study material for other researchers in analyzing and developing students' learning motivation in online learning during an emergency in higher education.

Abstract

Dissatisfied employees because the server is too heavily charged in a short time causes a person to experience emotional distress and emotional separation. This condition will eventually cause emotional victims. This study aims at the Effects of Emotional Fatigue on Job Satisfaction of East Lampung Mini Market Employees. Respondents in the study were employees of a mini-market in East Java, meaning 89 people. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that emotional exhaustion had a negative effect on the job satisfaction of minimarket employees in East Lampung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of compensation on employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Brass, (2) the effect of competence on the performance of employees at Bank BJB Branch Brass, and (3) the influence of compensation and competency on the performance of employees at Bank BJB Branch Brass, this research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is employees of Bank BJB Branch Brass with a population of 54 respondents. Data were collected by questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. As for the data processing using the program SPSS version 20 for Windows. The results showed that: (1) compensation effect on employee performance is evidenced by the beta coefficient equal to (β) equal to 0.323; (2) competence influence on employee performance is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) of 0.641. Also seen from count variable compensation and competency that is greater than the value table and significant value which is much smaller than 0.05. And (3) compensation and competency together (simultaneously) affect the performance of employees at Bank BJB Branch Brass, seen from the value of F of the two independent variables is greater than the value of F table (40.694 3.179) with a probability smaller than 0.05 (0.000 0.05). The results of the coefficient number Adjust R Square were obtained at 0.615. This means that compensation and competency have an influence on the rise and fall of the performance of employees by 61.5%. While the remaining 38.5% are caused by other factors not analyzed in the models used in the study.

Abstract

This observation targets to take a look at the impact of compensation and financial technology on employee performance mediated through employee job satisfaction. In addition, this observation additionally targets to take a look at the impact of compensation and financial technology on job satisfaction, the impact of job satisfaction on overall performance, the impact of compensation on overall performance, and the impact of financial technology on overall performance. The results confirmed that compensation and monetary generation have a partial and simultaneous have an effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an advantageous and significant effect on overall performance, repayment has a significant advantageous impact at once and in a roundabout way on overall performance, even as financial technology has no direct have an effect on overall performance. overall performance however if it's miles mediated through job satisfaction, financial technology will make a contribution a significant impact.

Abstract

In the condition of the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic, many people have lost their jobs because the government has implemented Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and social distancing policies in all regions in Indonesia which have an impact on the economic decline, and many companies are laying off workers. but in the bird cage craft industry, Jaya continues to produce bird cage crafts and does not carry out Termination of Employment (PHK) on employees. The bird cage craft industry is one of the business actors in the creative economy sector. In a business, of course, there are internal and external company problems that have an impact on a business. This study aims to find out what strategies can develop the Creative Economy of jaya bird cage crafts during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research conducted is a field research with the research location in Banjarsari Village in November 2020-June 2021. The data collection method is in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. To systematically identify various factors and formulate a company's strategy using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Creative Economy development strategy during the covid-19 pandemic of the jaya bird cage industry is to continue to increase production, increase bookkeeping and skill training for employees, improve product quality, and increase promotions using various social media. With the creative industry of the Jaya Bird Cage craft, it adds to the contribution to aspects of people's lives

Abstract

Robusta coffee is a type of coffee plant with the scientific name Coffea canephora. The research objective was to analyze the benefits obtained by coffee farmers, to determine the price risk faced by coffee farmers who delayed selling, to identify problems faced by coffee farmers, to analyze factors that influenced coffee farmers' decisions to delay selling, and to determine economic benefits. received by coffee farmers who delayed selling in Pulau Tengah Village, Jangkat District, Merangin Regency. The choice of location in Pulau Tengah Village as the object of research was carried out purposively (deliberately) by considering that Pulau Tengah Village is a production center for coffee plantations in Jangkat District (Jangkat 2019 District). This research was conducted from December 30, 2019, to January 30, 2020. The data analysis method used in this study, namely the descriptive method, is a method used to describe a research result. Where data was collected descriptively through questionnaires. The results showed that the coffee farmers in Pulau Tengah Village, Jangkat District, Merangin Regency received a profit of Rp. 78,473,628 / year. The price risk faced by coffee farmers who delay selling in Pulau Tengah Village, Jangkat District, Merangin Regency has a low risk (CV) of 0.003. The problems faced by farmers who delay selling in Pulau Tengah Village, Jangkat District, Merangin Regency are price uncertainty, how to deal with shrinkage levels, pest attacks, and fulfillment of needs. The factors that influence the farmers' decision to postpone selling in Pulau Tengah Village, Jangkat District, Merangin Regency are price, income, and production as well as the economic benefits received by farmers who postpone selling in Pulau Tengah Village, Jangkat District, Merangin Regency, in the form of a selling price difference of Rp.1.376.62 / kg.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Tebo Regency Public Works and Public Housing Service. The population in this study were 64 people and the sample was 64 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The results of the analysis of multiple linear regression equations are: Y = 2.513 + 0.301X1 + 0.640X2 + e. The results of the t-test of the training variable (X1) significant value 0.021 0.05 with a value of tcount ttable (2,371 2,000). The work discipline variable (X2) has a significant value of 0.000 0.05 with tcount ttable (5,308 2,000). The results of the F test are known that the value of Fcount is 51.201 Ftable of 3.15. The value of R Square is 0.627. The coefficient of determination illustrates that the variables of training and work discipline are able to explain the variable of employee performance by 62.7%, while the remaining 37.3% is explained by other variables not included in this research model. Suggestions from this research, increase training for employees and continue to improve employee discipline in order to improve employee performance.
