Abstract

Employee loyalty is a strategic organizational behavior construct that reflects employees’ willingness to remain with an organization, support its goals, advocate for it, and contribute beyond minimum contractual obligations. In an era of talent mobility, hybrid work, rising employee expectations, and competition for skilled labor, understanding the determinants of employee loyalty is important for human resource management and organizational sustainability. This article reviews the literature on determinants of employee loyalty using a structured narrative review. The review synthesizes conceptual, meta-analytic, systematic, and empirical studies related to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, perceived organizational support, employee engagement, compensation, career development, leadership, organizational justice, work environment, work-life balance, trust, psychological contract, and job embeddedness. The review indicates that employee loyalty is shaped by a combination of economic, relational, psychological, and organizational factors. Job satisfaction and affective commitment are central attitudinal foundations, while perceived organizational support, justice, leadership quality, and career development create conditions that strengthen employees’ intention to stay. Employee engagement, trust, and job embeddedness function as important mediating mechanisms. The article proposes an integrative conceptual framework linking organizational determinants, relational determinants, psychological mediators, employee loyalty, and organizational outcomes. This review contributes by organizing fragmented loyalty determinants into a coherent model and by proposing future research directions for empirical studies, particularly in service, education, and emerging market contexts.

Abstract

This article reviews the literature on green leadership and organizational behavior, examining how environmentally oriented leadership shapes employee attitudes, workplace behavior, and organizational sustainability outcomes. The article employs a structured narrative literature review to synthesize conceptual, systematic, bibliometric, meta-analytic, and empirical studies on green transformational leadership, environmentally specific leadership, green human resource management, employee green behavior, and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment. The review identifies four dominant themes. First, green leadership serves as a behavioral catalyst, translating environmental strategy into daily workplace expectations. Second, organizational behavior provides the micro-foundation of sustainability because environmental performance depends on employees’ required and voluntary green actions. Third, psychological mechanisms such as green self-efficacy, green work engagement, moral reflectiveness, environmental identity, and pro-environmental motivation explain how leadership affects behavior. Fourth, organizational context, including green culture, green HRM, psychological green climate, and leader support, strengthens or weakens the leadership-behavior relationship. This article proposes an integrative conceptual framework linking green leadership, organizational context, psychological mechanisms, green organizational behavior, and sustainability outcomes. The review contributes to the literature by positioning green leadership as an important antecedent to environmentally responsible organizational behavior and by offering research propositions for future empirical studies, particularly in emerging-market and higher-education contexts.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: A STRUCTURED LITERATURE REVIEW Laura Lilyan Tigristy Sianipar

Abstract

Supply chain management is a strategic field that coordinates material, information, financial, and relational flows across firms in order to create value for customers and stakeholders. Contemporary supply chains operate under conditions of uncertainty stemming from global disruptions, digital transformation, sustainability pressures, geopolitical risks, and changing customer expectations. This article reviews the literature on supply chain management using a structured narrative literature review. The review synthesizes foundational and recent studies related to supply chain integration, digital supply chains, resilience, agility, sustainability, circularity, risk management, and performance. The findings indicate that effective supply chain management depends on the interaction between interorganizational integration, information visibility, technological capability, collaborative governance, and dynamic capabilities. Digital technologies such as analytics, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, blockchain, and digital twins can improve visibility and decision-making, but their value depends on organizational readiness, data quality, trust, and alignment with strategy. Resilience and sustainability have also become central themes, shifting supply chain management from efficiency-oriented coordination toward viability, adaptability, and responsible value creation. This article proposes an integrative conceptual framework linking strategic orientation, supply chain integration, digital capabilities, dynamic capabilities, sustainability practices, and supply chain performance. The review contributes by organizing fragmented supply chain management themes into a coherent model and by offering future research directions for empirical studies in emerging-market and organizational contexts.

Abstract

Green marketing has become an important field in contemporary marketing because firms are increasingly expected to integrate business objectives, consumer needs, and environmental responsibility. This article reviews green marketing literature by examining conceptual foundations, strategic dimensions, green marketing mix, consumer behavior, green trust, purchase intention, and greenwashing. A structured narrative literature review was conducted by synthesizing conceptual papers, systematic reviews, bibliometric studies, empirical research, and policy-oriented documents. The review shows that green marketing has evolved from a narrow promotional activity into an integrated business strategy involving product design, pricing, distribution, communication, process improvement, and evidence-based environmental accountability. The findings indicate that perceived green value and green trust are central mechanisms by which green marketing influences green purchase intention and behavior. However, greenwashing weakens these mechanisms by increasing consumer confusion, perceived risk, and skepticism. This article proposes a conceptual framework linking green marketing mix, green perceived value, green trust, green purchase intention, and green purchase behavior, with greenwashing perception as an inhibiting factor.

Abstract

This paper explores the effect of planned interventions on the employees' earning capacity, the preservation of the company, and creativity in private enterprises. Companies that continuously develop their capabilities are better able to solve problems, innovate, and adapt to change. Upskilling employees enhances productivity and yields long-term financial benefits, such as lower costs of hiring new people, reduced employee attrition, and more engaged employees. The results also indicate that workforce building is not simply a cost but a wise investment necessary for long-term success.
