Jurnal Pendidikan IPS (JP-IPS) adalah jurnal yang menggunakan model blind review yang dapat diakses online. Tujuan dari JP-IPS adalah untuk menerbitkan jurnal yang berisi artikel berkualitas yang akan dapat menyumbangkan pemikiran dari perspektif teoritis dan empiris untuk kemajuan teknologi dan pendidikan. Tulisan-tulisan di JP-IPS akan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemikiran kritis dalam bidang ilmiah secara umum, khususnya di bidang Ilmu Pendidikan IPS. JPIPS menerima manuskrip dari berbagai kalangan terkait, seperti peneliti yang relevan, dosen, profesor, mahasiswa, guru, Praktisi, ilmuwan, dan lainnya.

Abstract

The form of the nationalist character of class XI students has not been clearly seen, the sense of responsibility as students who have the character of nationalism fade. In reality, the younger generation in the current era is less interested in the history of the nation. In learning history, the dominant teacher uses lecture and discussion methods so that students are bored and passive. One of the efforts to solve this problem is the application of an e-booklet-based discovery learning model in learning history on Japanese population material in Indonesia to foster the nationalist character of class XI students. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of the discovery learning model based on e-booklets on the Japanese population material in Indonesia class XI at SMAN 1 Tulungagung, namely students can find the idea of essential values contained in the Japanese population material in Indonesia through e-booklet media by applying the discovery learning model in the form of integrity values, patriotism , and love for the homeland as an effort to instill the values of nationalism in students. The implication of the application of the discovery learning model based on e-booklets on Japanese population material in Indonesia class XI at SMAN 1 Tulungagung is that students can apply the value of integrity when learning history, students can apply the value of patriotism when learning history, students can apply the value of love for the homeland in when studying history.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to obtain information regarding the role of the use of technology-based learning media (ICT) in developing students' social studies learning at the junior high school level. The method used is a heritage study or literature study approach. This research comes from several journals that are relevant to the topic of discussion within the scope of the use of ICT-based learning media in junior high school social studies learning. Data collection was carried out by searching several scientific articles in digital scientific journals and digital websites. Data analysis was carried out using the content method through the process of selecting several scientific articles and scientific sources that were relevant to the scope of the research, so that relevant data was produced. The research results obtained are the use of ICT-based technology as a learning medium in the social studies learning process in junior high schools and relevant media in junior high school social studies learning so that it can increase motivation, learning outcomes and digital literacy in students, especially in the junior high school environment. Abstract

In the context of Islamic education, educators or teachers play a crucial role in the learning process and serve as role models for their students. Educators are not only responsible for delivering educational material but also for guiding students to apply their knowledge in daily life. Therefore, to ensure that all educators can perform their duties effectively, a conceptual framework is needed to provide clarity and direction regarding their roles as educators. This study aims to examine the concept of teachers as outlined in Surah Ar-Rahman, verses 1-4. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research methods, which are then analyzed in-depth to uncover the meaning and implications of the verses on the concept of educators. The findings indicate that there are four essential aspects an educator must possess: a good personality, knowledge, the ability to develop students' potential, and effective delivery of educational material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti tentang pentingnya pendidikan pada anak usia dini, terutama dalam pengembangan karakter kemandirian. Anak usia dini, yang didefinisikan sebagai anak berusia 5-6 tahun, berada dalam fase perkembangan yang krusial, di mana penanaman nilai-nilai kemandirian sangat diperlukan untuk membentuk individu yang mandiri dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa masalah, termasuk kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung proses pembelajaran, serta penekanan guru pada kegiatan membaca dan menulis akibat tuntutan orang tua. Observasi menunjukkan bahwa banyak anak masih bergantung pada orang lain dan kurang berani tampil di depan umum. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi apakah penggunaan media audio visual dapat meningkatkan kemandirian anak di kelompok B usia 5 – 6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan pembelajaran melalui media audio visual, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan motivasi bagi anak untuk meningkatkan kemandirian mereka. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan manfaat bagi anak dalam meningkatkan karakter kemandirian, bagi guru dalam memperluas wawasan tentang metode pengajaran, serta bagi pihak sekolah dalam implementasi media pembelajaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini merujuk pada studi sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual dapat meningkatkan karakter kemandirian anak secara signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation on the learning outcomes of students in economic education. The population of the study was all 60 students in grade XII of SMA Swasta Nurul Hasanah Tembung consisting of 2 parallel classes. The number of samples determined in this study was 60 students consisting of class XI-1 = 30 people and X-2 IPS = 30 people, which were taken in total (total sampling). The tools used to collect data in this study were Observation, Questionnaires. From the results obtained a correlation value of 0.256, while the correlation value in the correlation table (For N = 60 and significance level = 0.05) obtained a value of 0.250. While the magnitude of the correlation value of the calculation results (t) is 2.015 While the magnitude of the value (t) in the table is 1.67 for V = 60 and significant 95% (t = 0.95). Thus, the hypothesis that has been set can be accepted as true because the value of t(count) > t(table) or 2.015 > 1.67, meaning that the hypothesis that states "there is an influence of intrinsic motivation on the results of learning economics of class XI students of SMA Swasta Nurul Hasanah Tembung", can be accepted as true because the value of t(count) > t(table) or 2.015 > 1.67.
