Abstract

Rabbits are mammals of the family leporidae, which can be found anywhere, rabbits are increasingly popular in the community not to be kept alone even to a profitable side business. Raising rabbits is not new anymore, there are several places that sell and buy rabbits that are very interesting. The development of rabbit farming needs to be considered because of the disease in rabbits caused by several factors including ectoparasites that are late to be handled because of the lack of knowledge of rabbit farmers about the initial action before being brought to the animal clinic, and long distances limit farmers in conducting consultations on handling diseases in rabbits. Therefore, the need for a system to diagnose diseases in rabbits by knowing some of the symptoms early, with this system is expected to be an alternative use of technology that can be used to detect rabbit disease early on quickly, precisely, and accurately, so that for the future treatment of rabbit disease sufferers can be handled more quickly by using the certainty factor method that is more accurate in analyzing data quickly in getting the diagnosis of rabbit disease. From the test conducted with the selected symptoms, namely hair loss, scales on the scalp, the scalp looks cracked, then the highest percentage value of the test results with a value of 100% and diagnosed infectious diseases of the scalp.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important aspects in life in order to form quality human resources and be able to follow the flow of the increasingly advanced era. Students ' passing scores can be used as useful data to see the development of children who will continue their education at the next level, with the results of high passing scores, can create confidence in these students to continue the level of education they want. But not all students get the passing score in accordance with what they want, due to several factors, for example lack of discipline and not too focused on pursuing grades and some are busy working so that school is forgotten. From these conditions, the SMP Negeri 1 Sei Bingai Langkat need to create a system that can predict the passing score of students who will come. The results of these predictions can be used to recommend a decent and good school for students to enter with a high enough passing score. The process in predicting the passing score of students can be done with a computerized system, one of the processes that can be done is the application of Artificial Neural Networks (Ann) with the use of the method Backpropagation process. With the construction of the system is expected to facilitate and assist SMP Negeri 1 Sei Bingai Langkat in knowing the passing score of their students, so that it can be used as a basis in recommending a school that they deserve to enter as the next level of Education. From the research conducted, the results of the number of output layer errors is still large and has not met the target error of 0.001, namely the value of Mathematics for school exams (US) Ade Christy in Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 1 Sei Bingai Langkat are as follows: maximum value (a) : 99 minimum value (b) : 70.

Abstract

Land and Building Tax (PBB) in rural and urban areas is a tax on land and/or buildings that are owned, controlled and/used by individuals or entities, except for areas used for plantation, forestry and mining businesses. This research can assist the Padang Brahrang Village Government in increasing tax revenue sharing (PBH) revenue in Padang Brahrang village. Writing this proposal uses the clustering method which is a data mining technique for grouping PBB data for the Padang Brahrang Village Community using the k-means algorithm clustering method. Based on the results of the Clustering process using MATLAB, it can be seen in the description: It can be seen that the largest amount of data is in cluster 1 with the amount of data in the UN community data, namely: the tax object area (hamlet) is Dusun Mawar with a land area between ≤100M-2,000M with a range of tax payable, namely ≤Rp. 10,000-Rp. 2,000,000.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to grow in children under five (infants under 5 years) as a result of chronic malnutrition is so necessary monitoring and assessment of nutritional status and growth of children according to the standards. Malnutrition occurs from infancy or in the womb in the early days after the baby is born, however, the condition of stunting only appears after the baby is 2 years old. According to the decree of the Minister of Health No. 1995/MENKES/SK/XII / 2010 on anthropometric standards for assessing the nutritional Status of children needs to be adjusted to the development and needs of community nutrition improvement programs. To overcome the problem of stunting status in children, it is necessary a system that can diagnose stunting disease based on symptoms felt in toddlers from an early age and can be done prevention and handling of child growth and development and can provide information to many parents at the time of counseling and guidance from health workers in posyandu activities. Based on the calculation of CF, the highest value is in stunting disease in toddlers with a value of 0.9428 or 94.28%. From the results obtained, the system identifies that the toddler is suffering from the type of anemia.

Abstract

The increasing need for transportation is unavoidable. Moreover, the ability of the community to obtain or use transportation is increasing due to the increasing income of the community. The number of means of transportation makes the density of existing highways so that sometimes the streets often run out of fuel because they do not know the location of the nearest fuel filling. General fuel filling station (SPBU) is a distribution institution built on a plot of land and has a gas station facility with a design, design, and technical specifications that have been approved by Pertamina. Gas stations are used to distribute and market fuel and or other products using Pertamina trademarks and can be used for NFR (Non Fuel Retail) business management. If the transportation equipment runs out of fuel, of course, immediately look for the nearest gas station from the location of the rider. If the distance is far from the location, he will push his vehicle until he finds the Pertamina gas station signboard, the farther the distance the location, the vehicle will definitely be tired to push it. Seeing from the many means of Transportation circulating on the streets, the author wants to create a system application that can find out the location of the nearest Pertamina gas station using the application. Users who use the application just need to run the application and search for the nearest Pertamina gas station from its location to be faster in the process of searching for Pertamina gas stations to refuel. So that users who will run out of fuel can go directly to the location to refuel at the nearest Pertamina gas station from their location.

Abstract

People's lifestyles have changed, this change is more or less influenced by the increase in people's welfare levels, which in fact has changed the type of food intake favored by the community (Sahi, 2020). Some people, especially urban people who are busy working, rarely cook themselves to meet the family's daily food needs, instead they rely on their food menu from buying ready-to-eat food from stalls or restaurants in large numbers. From habits like this people tend to choose janis food that offers the power of taste derived from fatty foods, chemical cooking spices from the factory, how to cook fried or grilled and provided a variety of flavors of chili sauce also with chemical spices factory with a variety of flavors. Diabetes Mellitus is a non-communicable disease caused by the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or the body can not process insulin that has been produced effectively. To reduce the risk of complications, blood sugar levels in patients with some of the families in the community even rarely consume vegetables, so many of their children no longer want to eat vegetables because they are not accustomed to eating vegetables in their families, which is actually a very beneficial vegetable for the body. From that background and to help patients with diabetes mellitus, the author wants to design a system or application that can control the food to be eaten, namely by choosing foods that are suitable for patients with the disease. The selection of these foods, will be assessed in accordance with the nutrients contained in the food to be consumed.

Abstract

Hoof and mouth disease (FMD) is an infectious disease that affects cloven-hoofed farm animals such as cows, buffaloes, goats, sheep and pigs. The emergence of FMD is caused by a virus called foot and mouth diseases virus (FMVD). The Virus slowly eats away at the hooves and mouths of livestock, making the animals unable to eat and walk. Examination of disease in goats periodically is currently less attention so as to make goats susceptible to disease. This makes it difficult for farmers in the initial handling and do not know what to do in the absence of an expert. The process of disease diagnosis in goats can not be done by just anyone because between the types of diseases with symptoms have uncertainty. Based on these problems, the authors create an expert system that is able to diagnose diseases in goats as is commonly done by an expert using Naive Bayes method that will help livestock groups in diagnosing diseases in goats. The input is in the form of symptoms that occur in the field and the output is the result of diagnosis and treatment advice. From the test results obtained because the conclusion value (P / PMK type Oise (O)) is greater than the value (P|PMK type Asia 1) then the decision is “PMK type Oise (O)” with a value of 0.02.

Abstract

Gestational Diabetes is the cause of diabetes that occurs during pregnancy, generally, this pregnancy occurs in the second trimester, between Weeks 24 to 28. Gestational Diabetes is one of the causes of death of pregnant women due to lack of information or knowledge about the factors that cause gestational diabetes that occurs in mothers during pregnancy, causing health risks, and affect the decision of time, cost and others in carrying out direct medical consultations. Therefore, it is highly recommended that an expert system for treating gestational diabetes in pregnant women be able to find out early about what is happening and be able to overcome the causes and reduce mortality. With the existence of this system is expected to be an alternative for patients who experience complications of time, cost and others in consulting directly about the treatment of gestational diabetes in pregnant women, before coming directly to meet with a doctor/expert. From the process using the Bayes method above, it is explained that the diagnosis of gestational diabetes in pregnant women is diagnosed with gestational diabetes Diabetes Mellitus (P01) with a percentage of 90.73%.
