Abstract

The PJOK subject in its implementation must be pursued with the conditions of learning that are conducive in the sense of an active, creative, effective and even innovative learning. To create conducive learning conditions, it is necessary to make an effort to maximize the use of existing facilities and infrastructure, even if it is deemed necessary for a teacher to make the necessary teaching aids themselves. PJOK lesson material can not only be conveyed through information or only rely on theories, but must be sought for evidence in an effort to avoid verbalism. It's just that the reality that occurs in the field is that most of the use of teaching aids in PJOK learning, both direct and imitation / artificial, has not been sufficiently optimized in elementary schools in general. This reality is also experienced in class VI SDK I Kiwangona East Adonara District East Flores Regency 2017/2018 Academic Year where the classroom action research is conducted. From the results of observations conducted by researchers on the school used as a place of research, when the learning process the teacher only explains the subject matter with theories without the help of the right teaching aids. As a result student learning outcomes are lacking, lack of understanding the theory being studied and student activities are not visible, because the learning process is teacher-centered. Based on the background above, in general the problems in this study are: "Can the use of Teaching Devices improve the understanding of PJOK for class VI students of SDK I Kiwangona, East Adonara District, East Flores District. Abstract

the aims  of  this  study is to improve the basic motion skills of children through the approach to play on the seventh grade students of SMP Kedunggalar Lesson Year 2015/2016. This research uses Class Action Research method (PTK). The data source of this research is the students of class VII SMP KEDUNGGALAR Ngawi academic year 2015/2016 amounted to 76 people consisting of 37 students VIIA and 39 students class VIIB. Technique of collecting data with observation and assessment of learning result of basic movement skill. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive based on quantitative analysis with percentage. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the use of play approach method can improve the learning outcomes of the students' movement of the class VII SMP KEDUNGGALAR Ngawi in academic year 2015/2016. From the analysis result obtained significant improvement from pre cycle, cycle I and cycle II. The basic motion of children in the pre cycle in the complete category is 51 students. In cycle I in the category of complete is 55 students. While in cycle II there is an increasing number of mastery of student learning outcomes to 64 students in the complete category. The conclusion of this research is the use of play approach can improve the learning result of Basic Motion Skill of VII Junior High School students of SMP Kedunggalar Academic  Year 2015/2016.

Abstract

The aims of this  study is to examine the passive ability of volleyball extra-curricular students at Bangorejo High School 1 N to find out the Pasing ability of volleyball and try to improve the ability of the upper pas, in this case the researcher will study using the theory of overload that is given training giving to students must be heavier than the previous exercise, in this case the researcher uses the basketball method, why is that because the weight of the basketball is much heavier than the volleyball. The number of respondents was 30 students who followed the volleyball extracurricular extracurricular activity at Bangorejo Public High School in Banyuwangi District by using quantitative methods through an approach using t test analysis techniques and obtained results. 1 BANGOREJO Academic Year 2018/2019. From the pretest data the mean 24.4 at the time of the posttest average reached 28.8. The magnitude of the change in the above passing ability can be seen from the difference in the average value that is equal to 4.1.

Abstract

Physical and technical conditions are two factors that support athletes to achieve peak performance. With good physical condition, athletes will be faster and more appropriate to use technical abilities and apply tactics given by a coach. Thus, achievement will certainly be obtained faster. However, the extent to which the physical condition contributes to the skills of the game's sport has not been known in more detail. The formulation of the problem in this study is how does the physical condition and playing skills of athletes playing sports contribute? The purpose of this study was to measure and analyze physical conditions and playing skills in sports. The research method used is correlational. Subjects in the study were 45 members of the IKIP Mataram Sports UKM. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique with SPSS is multiple linear correlation. Based on the results of the research and discussion described in the previous chapter, the conclusions in this study can be stated as follows: (1). The physical condition of the PS IKIP Mataram players is in a very good condition (2). The skill of playing soccer PS IKIP Mataram is in the good category. (3). There is a relationship between the physical condition and the skill of playing football players PS IKIP Mataram

Abstract

The purpose of this research and development is to produce a dribbling football learning model for middle school age in the city of Mataram. In addition, this research and development was carried out to obtain in-depth information about the development and application of a soccer dribbling model for middle school age and to know the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of children towards the models made. This study uses research & development (R & D) research methods from Borg and Gall. The subjects in this research and development were junior high school students consisting of 60 children. The instruments used in this research and development were questionnaires, questionnaires, and the Dribbling football dribbling test instrument used to collect middle school age children, as for the stages in this research and development, at stages: (1) needs analysis, (2) expert evaluation (initial product evaluation); (3) limited testing (small group trials); and (4) main testing (field testing). Test the effectiveness of the model using ball rolling skills to determine the level of soccer dribbling skills for middle school age before giving the treatment in the form of a dribbling model that was developed and to determine the level of dribbling skills after the treatment or treatment of the dribbling model developed. students amounted to 750, then after being given a treatment in the form of a dribbling model obtained the students' dribbling skill level of 940. Then the model of drawing the ball was effective in improving futsal dribbling learning for junior high school age. Based on the results of the development it can be concluded that: (1) With the dribbling learning model in football for middle school age in the city of Mataram can be developed and applied in physical education learning in schools (2) With the junior high school dribbling learning model that has been developed, there is evidence that this increase is shown in the results of testing the results of pretest and posttest data with significant differences between before and after the treatment model.

Abstract

The background of the conduct of this study is based on the achievement of squat jumps in particular and athletic sports in general that do not show progress. The author realizes that this is important so that through discussions at the KKG level, almost all schools complain about the disinterest of students in this one sport. Therefore the author feels compelled to make a classroom action research to be able to find a solution so that the deterioration of athletic sports, especially the long jump number can be returned. The method used in this study is a class action research method wherein the jump and jump patterns are packaged in an exciting game, so that students are motivated in participating in this learning material. For the sample population in this study were all fifth grade students in SD Inpres Tikatukang in the academic year 2017/2018. The research procedures include: Planning, Implementation, observation and reflection. Through the application of the jump and jump approach it was observed that there was an increase in student activity from cycle I to cycle II, where through observation from the active category it became very active, the good category became very good, from discipline to very disciplined. It was illustrated that by jumping and jumping students experienced an increase in learning achievement, namely 100% of children in the good category (B). While the long jump with a prefix of 95% of children is in a good category. 5% enough category. The attitude of drifting 85% of children in good category, 15% of children in sufficient category, while attitude to landing, 89% in good category and 11% in sufficient category

Abstract

In providing the facilities and media, the researchers took the initiative to invite students to make artificial volleyball modifications so that they could be used as a medium in learning volleyball games. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which volleyball modified media made from dried banana leaves or rounded old newspapers as big as volleyball and then wrapped with dried banana bark and then woven with banana ropes, in class VI SDI Oringbele. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were 30th grade students of SDI Oringbele, amounting to 30 people. To collect data, researchers observed the activities of students in passing volleyball, questionnaires. The results of student activities stated an increase of 90%. referring to the Student Activity Indicator, the amount of activity is 85% including the Good criteria. The results of the observation of the first cycle reached 90%. The results of reflection on learning completeness for the prefix aspect reached 90% of sons and daughters reaching 100%.

Abstract

The aims  of this study is to determine the effect of the drill exercise and the smash pattern toward the accuracy of smash on badminton athletes of PB Liansa Junior Masbagik East Lombok in 2019. This study uses the experimental method with the design of two groups pre-test-post-test design. The population in this study is the athlete of PB. Liansa Junior Masbagik East Lombok in 2019 which amounted to 27 players. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling, with criteria that is: (1) the attendance is at least 75% (active to follow exercise), (2) players are athletes of badminton PB Liansa Junior Masbagik East Lombok 2019, (3) aged 10-12 years old (junior), (4) male, (5) training duration is least 3 months. There were 18 athletes who met the criteria. The instrument used is the smash accuracy test from PBSI (2006: 36). Data analysis used t-test formula. The result of research shows that: (1) There is effect of drill exercise toward smash accuracy on badminton athletes of PB Liansa Junior Masbagik East Lombok in 2019, with t score 14.473 > t-table 2.31 and significance value of 0,000 <0.05, with percentage increase of 61,02%. (2) There is effect of the smash pattern exericise on the smash accuracy on badminton athletes of PB Liansa Junior Masbagik East Lombok in 2019, with t score 11.701 > t table 2.31, and significance value of 0,000 < 0.05, with percentage increase equal to 46.43%. (3) the drill exercise is more effective toward the accuracy of smash on badminton athletes of PB Liansa Junior Masbagik East Lombok in 2019 than the smash pattern exercise, with posttest average difference of 2.889.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes with the application of cooperative learning models in improving student learning outcomes Penjasorkes subject of Self Defense Basic Competence with martial arts subject matter Karate class XI-RPL.1 Middle Praya 2 Vocational High School 2015/2016 academic year. The subjects in this study were students of class XI-RPL.1 in the 2015/2016 school year which amounted to 30 students consisting of 12 male students and 18 female students. The research method uses a classroom action research method consisting of 2 cycles of action. Each cycle consists of four stages including planning, implementation, observing the results of actions, and reflection. Based on the results of the evaluation of learning prior to the application of cooperative learning in Karate Martial Arts with students completing 26 students (86.66%), and 4 students (13.33%) stated to be incomplete, then action in the first cycle required 19 students (63.33%), and 11 students (36.67%) stated that they were not completed with KKM 76, the highest score was 90 and the lowest score was 69 while the average score was 70.00 so there was a need for improvement in the next cycle, with classical completeness of 63.33 Levels of mastery of subject matter 1 person (3.33%) high ability category, 18 people (60.00%) moderate ability category, and 11 students (36.67%) low category. The results of the implementation of the second cycle evaluation were stated by 27 students or (90%) declared complete, and 3 students or (10.00%) were declared incomplete with KKM 76 The highest score was 94 and the lowest score was 67 Students who reached the ability standard category category height of 10 students or 33.33%. Students who get the ability of the medium category are 17 students or 56.67% and students who have low abilities are 3 people or 10.00%. While the percentage of classical completeness obtained was 93.33%, there was an increase in classical completeness from cycle I and cycle II at 30.00%. The conclusions of the study are that the application of cooperative learning can improve optimal learning outcomes in the XI-RPL class.1 odd semester at Central Praya 2 Vocational School in Central Lombok Regency Academic Year 2015/2016.
