Abstract

Abstract: Background in this study the factors that influence learning outcomes are not realized by the physical education teacher of SMAN 1 Gunungsari, appearing in the learning field is only done conventionally, which results in long jump learning outcomes of students whose percentage of incompleteness is greater than percentage of students completeness. Sehinnga researchers interested in carrying out research with the title of efforts to improve the learning outcomes of long jump squat style through media obstacles in class X students of SMAN 1 Gunungsari in the 2018/2019 academic year. class x SMAN 1 Gunusngsari Academic year 2018/2019 through learning with media obstacles. The method used in this study is the method of observation, testing, and documentation. The results of the analysis of researchers' data with statistics obtained the initial condition value with an average of 61.5 or by 28% then in the first cycle the condition experienced an increase in the average value of 70.4 or 59% completion but this increase still has not reached the target set before it, the next cycle is continued with an average score of 81.3 or a percentage of completeness of 87.5%. If the target has been reached, the learning process activities stopped in the second cycle. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that Physical Education learning with long jump material through the medium of obstacles can improve long jump skills of class X students of SMAN 1 Gunung Sari in the academic year 2018/2019. The percentage of students who reach the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) is more than 80%, which is 87.5%

Abstract

Footwork exercises use many methods and methods of using games, cones etc. However, this method includes conventional methods and athletes are bored with the same method. Therefore, new methods are needed so that athletes get a new motivation and new enthusiasm to practice footwork. One form of footwork exercise that needs to be tried is technology using training. The technology used is a light mounted on a corner of the field and controlled by a remote control. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to study the effectiveness of the application of footwork training on the agility of futsal players. This type of research is research by applying the pretest and posttest to the subject that discusses the agility test using the agilty test. The population in this study were 14 futsal players at Al Hasaniyah NW Jenggik High School. Because the population is small, all populations are sampled and the sampling technique used is population studies. The technique of collecting data in this study uses documentation and tests to measure agility. Data analysis techniques using a different test means with the help of SPSS 17.0. The data collected and processed are the results of the measurement of the agility of futsal players of Al Hasaniyah NW Jenggik High School. This agility test uses the Side Step Test before practice (Pretest) and after practice (post test). Based on the results of the research and discussion explained in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the conclusions in this study are as follows (1) It is necessary to increase the agility of Al Hasaniyah NW Jenggik High School Futsal Players from the application of Footwork Training Technology Applications. (2) Increased players increase 4.05% increase.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of basic skills in the basic game of football in MTs NW Lingsar extracurricular. This research was conducted with the aim to find out the basic skills of playing soccer. The design of this study included descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The study population was all extracurricular MTs NW Lingsar with 20 research subjects or using population study techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical data analysis technique, which is the technique of grouping the results of the t score into five categories of football test norms, then the data that has been grouped in the category of basic soccer skill criteria is calculated using the percentage of basic soccer skills using the percentage formula P = F / N x 100%. And it can be concluded that the basic ability of soccer in MTs NW Lingsar extracurricular is in the sufficient category with a percentage of 50%.

Abstract

Abstract: Basketball is a game played by two teams of five people each. The team consists of twelve players including the captain. Each team tries to score a number. This research was motivated by extracurricular male students not being able to master the chest pass technique properly, how to feed the ball is still not right, especially chest or chest pass, and the training program for basic techniques is still lacking. This study aims to determine whether through massed practice exercises can improve chest pass ability in the basketball game for male students who take basketball extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsari. The method used in this study is an experiment, this research is included in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were students at SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsari, while the sample was extracurricular basketball participants at SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsari, totaling 15 students. The instrument used was a wall bounch test with a validity level of 0.804 and a reliability of 0.893. The data analysis technique used is the t-test statistical analysis with hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that: There is a significant influence between massed practice exercises on the chest pass ability of male extracurricular basketball students at SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsari. From the t test data it can be seen that t-count (4,561)> t-table (2,145), then there are significant differences in the level of chest pass ability. The results of the study and discussion can be concluded that there is an effect of massed practice exercises on the ability of chest passes in male basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsari.

Abstract

Ability to shoot of extracurricular petanque students at MA Yahdinu Masbagik East Lombok is so weak, there is a impact of arm muscle strength and body balance by players. In carrying out the shooting, the related components that affect the shooting are, the ball grip, the position of the body leading to the target, the statistical balance of the limbs, the low body position and leaning forward, the ball relay, continue. The balance when throwing strongly influences an petanque atlet. Another thing that concerns us is training the core muscles because the center of balance of the human body  or the center of gravity of the human body is on which parts are attached to these muscles. The research design used in this study was a pretest posttest group design with sampling technique Purposive samples obtained as many as 20 samples. The method of collecting data uses a firing test based on the standard FIPJP. Data analysis techniques using the T-test Paired test with SPSS 17. The results of the data analysis showed a significant effect on Core Stability training on improving shooting ability in petanque sports, this is evidenced from the t-test results of 9,815 with a significance of 0.00 < α 0.05.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of training medias (using batting tee and hanging ball) and hand-eye coordination of forehand in Tenis. This research is conducted at thundercat cilegon”s tennis club. Using 2x2 factorial design. The analysis of variance between groups is at level of significance  = 0,05.This research also aimed to find out the link between training medias and hand-eye coordination toward forehand skill on tennis. Hand eyes coordination consists of hight and low levels. This research was carried out in thundercat cilegon’s tennis club.The sample consists of 40 athletes who are devided into four group, each group consists of 10 athletes. The data analysis techniques use in this research were two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and further continued by Tukey test at =0,05 level of significance. The results of this research show that (1) in general, forehand skill for group of athletes who trained with the use of batting tee media is better than the group of athlete who were trained with the use of hanging ball media, (2) for hight hand-eye coordination which uses batting tee training media is batter than the which uses hanging ball training media, (3) for low hand-eye coordination uses hanging ball is better than the which uses batting tee training media at =0,05 level of significance, (4) there is a link between training media and hand-eye coordination toward forehand skill on tennis.

Abstract

Infrastructure that is owned on average is only a landing tub with a minimalist size and a free area for taking the start of a running start in doing jumping activities is less than ideal. This happened not because the school was unwilling and unable to provide it, but because of the limited land available for the field. However, the learning process will be carried out well, if the teachers can modify the facilities and infrastructure, so that the objectives of learning can be achieved. Seeing the condition of the low achievement or student learning outcomes of class V on the material jumping style Bouncy (Schnepper), several attempts have been made by the writer both as a researcher and as the phisycal education teacher in class V SDK Lewoloba. One of them is to work with Penjasorkes teacher friends in a group or allied group to improve the quality of learning in the classroom by applying the learning of tire jump modification to students. With the tire jump modification learning, students are expected to be able to carry out long jump learning with a different atmosphere, more comfortable, relaxed, but possible to improve their learning outcomes. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an increase in Long Jump Learning Outcomes through the modification of the Jump Jump Learning for Class V Students of Lewoloba SDK School year 2018/2019 ?. The purpose of this study was to find out the improvement of Long Jump Learning Outcomes through the modification of Ban Jump Learning for Class V Students of Lewoloba SDK 2018/2019 Academic Year. The research method used was classroom action research (CAR). The population and sample used were students of class v SDK Lewoloba, totaling 20 students. The results of the study in the first cycle showed that the percentage of students viewed from the classical completeness formula was: KK = 13 / (20) x 100% = 65%. So students who get a minimum score of 70 is 65%, this means the research indicators have not reached classical completeness so it needs to be continued in the second cycle where the result is the percentage of students viewed from the classical completeness formula are: KK = 18 / (20) x 100% = 90% . So students who score at least 70 are 90%. This means that the research indicators have reached classical completeness. This can be seen from the minimum completeness criteria in the Application of Learning to Modify Jump with Tires to Improve Learning Outcomes of Long Jump in Class V Students of Lewoloba SDK, Ile Mandiri District, East Flores Regency, Academic Year 2018/2019 with individual completeness is ≥ 70 and classical completeness ≥ 90%.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in this study is the lack of students' ability when passing control the ball while playing sepak takraw. Researchers try to apply the form of exercise to solve existing problems, wherein this exercise refers to passing control the ball requires the right abilities and techniques. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is the effect of hanging ball passing exercises on the ability to control the ball in sepak takraw on extracurricular students of SMPN 1 Brang Ene in Academic Year 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of hanging ball passing exercises on the ability controlling the ball in sepak takraw on Extracurricular students of SMPN 1 Brang Ene in the Academic Year 2019. This study used an experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 15 extracurricular students at SMPN 1 Brang Ene. The technique of collecting data uses an act test. Data analysis techniques using the t test. The results of data analysis obtained a t-count of 4.771 t-table with db = 14 and a 5% significance level apparently obtained a t-table of 2.145. This means t-count is greater than t-table or 4.771> 2.145. So the conclusions from this study are significant, so the conclusions of this study are: Ada ’There is the effect of passing training with the ball being hung and paired passing on the ability to control the ball in the soccer takraw game on extracurricular students at SMPN 1 Brang Ene School Year 2019

Abstract

From the results of observations made in class V SDN 19 Woja Dompu District, it was found that the classical completeness obtained was far from the determined indicators. The low student learning outcomes are thought to occur because the presentations are more often used methods that do not practice soccer playing techniques. The Inquiry learning model invites students to be able to practice their ability to improve problem solving skills so as to improve learning outcomes and technical ability to kick the inside foot and instep in soccer games. Research Objectives To find out the application of Inquiry learning model can improve the basic technical skills of kicking a ball in a soccer game for students of SDN 19 Woja Dompu Regency in the 2018/2019 school year? The design of this study was classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles consisting of the planning stage, with a sample of 24 students in class V of SD Woja implementation, observation, evaluation and reflection. Research data in the form of student learning outcomes were taken by assessment techniques in the form of student observation sheets according to indicators of achievement of soccer game material. Based on data analysis formative assessment results show that in the first cycle of students who completed their learning outcomes as many as 15 people or 62.5% and those who have not yet completed learning as many as 9 people or 37.8%. While in cycle II students who completed their learning outcomes were 21 people or 87.5 %% and those who did not complete as many as 3 people or 8.70%. So the mastery learning of fifth grade students at Woja Elementary School in cycle II has reached the level of mastery learning set by the school which is at least 75%. The conclusion of this research is the application of the Inquiry model to improve the ability of the basic technique of kicking the inside foot and instep on a soccer game for students of SDN 19 Woja Dompu Regency in 2018/2019 Academic Year.
